I used the Panera app to order food for me and my wife. I went and picked up the order and when I got home, to my surprise, half the order was correct and the other half was wrong. What you see pictured was supposed to be a egg and cheese croissant sandwich. What they prepared was a egg with no cheese wrapped in one slice of bread!!! Please check your orders before leaving the restaurant!! read more

Food is always good. Settings are a bit small, but consistent. Service is quick and prices are good.

This Panera is nasty. Everything is filthy. They are super slow and I just pulled rotten avocado off of my sandwich. Never Again!

We just ate lunch at the Lawrenceville GA location. 1. The French onion soup was served cold without the cheese or croutons which we ordered. 2. The chicken, cranberry and walnut salad was served with lettuce and tomatoes which we did not request. 3. most of all the bathrooms were disgusting and filthy with feces all over the handicapped area and toilet. 4. We will NOT return ever. read more

Actually I didn't go to the restaurant- friend brought this in for breakfast!!! Not sure what this is called but it is FABULOUS!!! Egg whites, fresh spinach, avocado & some sort of cheese. The bread... omg the bread! Oats obviously, but the crisp edges, soft inside, chew & oats- seriously great!!!!! Thanks Panara for a great breakfast sandwich! To my surprise this is the best!!!!' Thanks, friend for opening my taste buds!!!!! read more

Panera Bread - Nit sure what this is called, breakfast sandwich is AMAZING - Sandwiches Near Me - Lawrenceville, Georgia

Was excited about a Friday lunch out and the decision to go to this Panera was realized to be a HUGE mistake. Dirty restaurant, slow service, food prep person was restocking with cardboard boxes in the food prep area with his gloves on and then didn't change gloves when preparing food. Dirty tables - all. Drink area was filthy and just an over all horrible experience. The soup was Luke warm , bread was fridge cold and all other items were really marginal. And at $13 per person we Wont be coming back. !!! read more

We waited quite awhile for our food. The store was not busy, and our order was not difficult: 1 Garden Avo and Egg White sandwich, and one Green Goddess Avocado Toast. Both breakfast items were cold. They weren't lukewarm. They were cold. read more

Pathetic, slow, apathetic workers. The only cashier just sorta walked away for a few minutes while the people in line waited and looked at each other wondering what was going on. Then he just sorta mumbled at us. Order was made wrong. The green goddess chicken salad didn't have any chicken in it. It's in the name. They were out of baguettes, so I asked for an apple for my side. The apple they gave me was old and gross. It was also pretty dirty in there. read more

This is one of my favorite spots EVER! I've been coming here for years and the vibe remains the same. Very warm and welcoming! I decided on the margarita flatbread today. Though I'd change it up. I'm so glad that I did! This was quite possible the best flatbread I've ever had! Mostly because of the bell pepper tomato sauce. I didn't even know that was a thing! Anyways, the serving size was exactly what I needed to feel satisfied. I love everything Panera does! Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit read more

Grabbed a hazelnut coffee and a bagel this morning. They gave me no problems as a Sip Club member and the associate in the front was friendly. Did not take too long to get everything and be on my way. Recommend. read more

So disappointed in Panera again. Smallest half sandwiches and what we thought would be a bread bowl soup was a cup with bread. Luckily the grilled max/cheese was for my son and he let me have his soup because I wanted a BOWL of soup not a cup. I only ordered the bread for my husband to have since he likes it. Be sure if you really want a BOWL of soup you do NOT order the BREAD bowl. You'll get a cup of soup with bread and we'll you're already getting a free piece of bread/banquette. I suggest you save your money and go to La Madeline where they're portions and food taste way better read more

So, I placed an order and waited about 20 minutes before noticing the people behind me had already gotten their food. I go up and my food was just sitting out. No one called my name ONCE. I wouldn't leave a review if it weren't for the fact that they called this guy Tony's name about FIVE TIMES, loudly. I guess it was an easier name than mine to pronounce. I had my father's name on the account which is Elvis with a long last name. So it printed out "E *long last name*" & I realized they simply didn't want to call the name because it's hard to pronounce. My food was cold by the time I got it. read more

This location is a central meeting place for some friends, but it is not my favorite location. The wall next to our booth was filthy. The table we sat at also needed to be cleaned. I did not see anyone in the dining area cleaning tables. I also like the locations that give you a pager and bring the food to your table instead of standing at the counter waiting for your name to be called. This restaurant does not do that yet but I hope they do that soon. One thing I have never liked about Panera is having to take your dishes to the trash. I would much rather someone be available to take the dishes instead of my having to stand and dump my trash and look at all the other dirty dishes. Now, on to my food order. I ordered a full Caesar salad with chicken. See the photo. It is about the size of a half order which is what I normally order. When I asked if it was a full salad I was told because it was made with spinach instead of Romaine (due to recall) the spinach flattens down more than other lettuce. Whatever, it was extremely small for an $8 salad. A very disappointing visit. read more

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Where to begin. Tried to get a bowl of soup 3 months ago and left without after waiting over twenty minutes. Second time, two says ago, used gift card (only reason i went back)- asked for a refund after 25 minutes and left. Maybe a bowl of soup is just too hard. Manager made me wait another 6 minutes to get refund and she had to do it twice because that was too hard. Saw 2 other people ask for their food expressing that had been waiting over 25 minutes to get. Come on. This is warmed up food- nothing is actually cooked on site. Lastly, food prep folks have gloves but they touch everything from machines to garbage cans with them. Beards are not covered either. Clearly a management problem. read more

Not impressed with my bacon egg and cheese on multi grain bread. The egg looks disgusting. The staff seemed to be in a rush for breakfast to end. I went about an hour before breakfast ended but the quality of my sandwich just was not great. Panera is usually a good place to go eat a nice healthy meal when you don't feel like cooking. This is the only time I've experienced bad food. I will continue to go back here. I love the sweets they keep in the front such as cookies, brownies, muffins, etc. read more

I never had Panera bread before but I don't think I'll be coming back. I felt like I was eating hospital food. Everything I ordered was okay.. nothing to rave about... Lots of parking spaces. They're too fancy in trying to be for so called "middle classers" . For sandwiches Expensive sandwiches at that. Feels like Starbucks with folks on their laptops. Too pricey for me. for pomp and appearance of plastic designer dinnerware for dining in, I'd rather have TLC from a mom & pop diner. read more

Placed an app order, it was late. Said it would be ready at 11:33am. Wasn't ready until 11:45am. I ask for an Apple, I got chips. My order was delayed because it needed to be remade, as I asked for no avocado and it had avocado on it(this was placed specifically in the app). When I arrived, there were 7 employees working behind the counter... I noticed a lot of chatting. They were slammed with several online app orders and 3 other people came in behind me with in house orders. I would love to see them pay more attention to detail and precision with the food. There is a lot of inconsistency here. A bit disappointed. Staff is very nice though, that is a big for me. read more

EVERYTIME me and my boyfriend come here there's always a dilema with my order wether that'd be simply a lack of produce (breadbowls/soup etc.) the bread is also often dry and stale the times we do end up getting our order. I was so upset until I read previous reviews on this place. So they're pretty much giving shitty service to everyone equally. Go in 8:30PM they close at 10PM Mr. or Miss MANAGER! Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE! My usually perfect Mediterranean Veggie sandwich is a good weighted bag to take home but today from this location it was so light I had to open the bag to check if I even had my sandwich in there! I also loved waiting 15 minutes for my food while the two younger tweens in the back were flirting and joking with a male employee. Terrible location. They were out of chips and apples for a side so if you were getting a sandwich you didn't get your side, unless you wanted another piece of bread. I ordered a roasted turkey avocado BLT and they left the turkey off of it. When my husband took it back up to have the turkey added, they put almost frozen turkey on it. They also put tomato on my sons pepperoni flatbread which isn't mentioned on the menu and he really doesn't like tomatoes. They just do not seem to care. This is my second bad experience at this location. Will not be going back. read more

Lately, when I order from here I end up missing items I paid for. This time it was the spread to my bagel. If you're going to charge us for an item at least put it in the bag. The place could use some cleaning up but other than that the salad was just what I needed. The greens were fresh and the chicken was tender. The side piece of bread was soft and the water tastes good out of the fountain machine. I used to come here for mathematics tutoring in college and haven't been back in around 7 years. I only bought a squash bread bowl soup and apple. The manager told me the soup was "gross" because it was like "liquid pumpkin pie." I thought that sounded amazing, but he told us to try it before we buy it, which we did and loved so we still got it HAHA. I thought I had a free drink reward and could get the pumpkin spice latte, but nope...yet the manager later brought it out for me for free, then came back out again with more free pastries (uhh yes more pumpkin). Whatever your name is...thank you! Docking one star for the flies bugging my meal while eating outside though. read more

This location is absolutely the worst. This is the 3rd time experiencing an unfortunate situation there. I went in with my two little ones to order breakfast and the lady that was taking orders was rude and didn't appear to want to be there. Shortly after trying to place my order, the lady from the bakery advised that I'd have to wait until the bagels were good to cut. Mind you the bagels was sitting out. It's like you'd think they would prepare early enough to have food ready to order but it was barely nothing ready. Besides that I took my boys to the restroom, it was gross and smelled so bad, if the bathroom look like that, I can only imagine what the food prep area look like in hidden sight. I will not be back. read more

the lady on the cash is soooo rude. we asked her about a type of Bagel, whether it is sweet or salty. she replied angrily. I don't know! I rarely complain about anything, I usually try to give the benefit of doubt . However, the experience at this location is repeatedly disappointing. The service is poor. The store is not kept well and they are always out of something. Today there were no wraps for the breakfast wraps , another time avocados, time before no oatmeal raisin cookies. Foolish me there too many other instances that I overlooked because of illusion of convenience. I am always having to adjust or cancel my order because they are out of something or walk out because of poor service. Do not patronize this location. As much as I Ioved the idea of having a Panera around the corner. I'd prefer to travel to a functional store and close this location than to have this imposter store in the vicinity. read more

*clears throat* Anyone notice as you read the reviews there didn't appear to be any response from the owner. It appears management does not truly seem to care to formerly address the unfortunate inadequate service from this particular location. The customer service is hit or miss depending on the attitude between the staff-from front crew through to management. The tables and seats are not really clean and so therefor you already know during a pandemic this is safe to assume that the restaurant is not thoroughly following adequate sanitize standards. They are frequently out of stock with their food products and do not seem to anticipate how frequently they should be prepared. They lack professionalism not only in customer service, but in appearance of the restaurant, the food products itself, and the overall lack to maintain stock and are unapologetic about it despite the increase of customer complaints and dissatisfaction. Until this restaurant completely loses their customers, this is probably why they will not make a significant change if any at all...nor any attempt to accommodate for the inconvenience. read more

Let's just say turtles move faster. It doesn't matter if it is the morning rush or a Sunday morning, they are very slow. The staff is polite and the food is Panera. I have come to this location 3 times and one of those times I left because only one person was on the register and there was a line of people. No other employee stepped up to help. Sad.
