Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich.
    Peter K.

I ordered a roasted turkey and avocado BLT sandwich, excited for the avocado, later to notice that there was almost no avocado in my sandwich. I'm quite disappointed.

    I really didn't lie it was $67

So disappointed in Panera again. Smallest half sandwiches and what we thought would be a bread bowl soup was a cup with bread. Luckily the grilled max/cheese was for my son and he let me have his soup because I wanted a BOWL of soup not a cup. I only ordered the bread for my husband to have since he likes it. Be sure if you really want a BOWL of soup you do NOT order the BREAD bowl. You'll get a cup of soup with bread and we'll you're already getting a free piece of bread/banquette. I suggest you save your money and go to La Madeline where they're portions and food taste way better

This is one of my favorite spots EVER! I've been coming here for years and the vibe remains the same. Very warm and welcoming! I decided on the margarita flatbread today. Though I'd change it up. I'm so glad that I did! This was quite possible the best flatbread I've ever had! Mostly because of the bell pepper tomato sauce. I didn't even know that was a thing! Anyways, the serving size was exactly what I needed to feel satisfied. I love everything Panera does! Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit

    Repairman in food prep area.

Went to Panera at 7pm and noticed someone up on a ladder doing work in the ceiling right over the food prep area and dust falling from the ceiling. Seems like they would avoid doing this type of work in the midst of dinner time.

I never had Panera bread before but I don't think I'll be coming back. I felt like I was eating hospital food. Everything I ordered was okay.. nothing to rave about... I was very confused about how to order. Service was okay but they were helpful with ordering. Its very big inside but I didn't like how a lot of the table were so close together.

Before, they had shallow bowls and smaller portions but they upgraded to a deeper/bigger bowl and bigger portion sizes. The only difference is it doesn't come with the free sweet potato chips anymore, but you can still get the chips for extra. But hey, I would definitely take bigger portions over a side chips any day. It's super easy to order here. Just pick your flavor profile, the base (greens, brown rice, or half and half), and protein. My favorite flavor is still the Chipotle Mango Avocado. I love the creamy chipotle sauce. And they give more of the avocado mixture now. It has black beans, red onion, corn, cheese in it. For proteins, I love the shrimp and tofu. The tofu is a great vegetarian option. This is my favorite location too. It's spacious (also has an outdoor dining area) and very clean. Food is great and feels very healthy compared to some other fast casual options.

The interior dining space is always warm and inviting. Always a fan of the high ceilings and the artwork. This location doesn't have a drive thru. I wish they did! I would probably come a lot more often when I have my dog with me. Gusto also has the best sweet potato chips. I love both options- BBQ and regular. They need to sell those in a big bag. If they were cheaper, I would buy a ton of extra to take home. Yes, it's that good. Definitely a spot to check out if you enjoy fresh & tasty clean eats!

The Thai tea was authentic and delicious, not too sweet. We had the pad see ew, which was perfect. The ambiance was mostly people waiting for their food, so it is not really a spot where you dine in and chat with people. Definitely more of a grab and go spot. I think the service was fine. I got the Chicken Shawarma Pita with Fries on the side. I thought that the chicken shawarma was both dry and juicy at the same time. I think it could have been marinated better. I liked the pickles inside the pita, but they were a bit too strong so it kind of overpowered the chicken shawarma. Moreover, I wish there was more sauce inside of the wrap. The fries were just alright. Overall, I am not sure that I would come back here again. But I think it is a solid spot if you want a quick fix for Mediterranean food.

It served me well to sit at the high top seating as I find that more comfortable for me and it is very, very quiet here. The person making that salad greeted me as I approach. I guess he was waiting to see if I was going to use the kiosk as several others did while i waited for food to be prepared. I was the only one dining in, everyone else took there's to go and a few Uber Eats or Door dash showed up. I mean like I thought we mistakenly ordered blackened. I always wonder when someone SERVES you food like that. Did no one else notice that it was burnt? Did they hope we wouldn't notice? Did they REALLY think he was going to eat it that way without saying anything? My ONE question (ALL the time): "If you wouldn't eat it, why would you serve/sell it to someone else?" I usually get a blank stare because, at that point, there isn't a good answer. Yes, we had them remake it. The cook argued a bit with the girl at the counter about remaking it too. He lost. Oh - and part of the problem was that the cook's "crew" was hanging out in the dining room - their shifts were over but that didn't stop them from being a distraction and going in and out of the kitchen (Tazikis has an open kitchen area - visible from dining). Pic of the fish. (Again, this is supposed to be grilled NOT blackened). Already on the lookout for a better Greek restaurant in the area. Probably won't be our go-to anymore.
