Don't make a customer feel "less than" or demanding because they want something how it was ordered and you made a mistake. My wife called and was treated this way. An hour later and we still saw no lettuce and tomato. Another call and more attitude from the same call taker. A manager got on the phone that time and assured her it would be on the way soon. eventually it got there, but it was too late for my wife's dinner by then. We understand when a restaurant gets busy. However, when you make a mistake, learn to own up to it and do your best to fix it immediately. We shouldn't be waiting in a queue or rotation for you to correct something dumb.

They are supposed to get .55 cents a mile, but when you do the math, that's impossible. The managers steal tips from drivers. They say you don't have to go to dangerous places, but insist you go to places because they are too "sketchy" for Door Dash to deliver to. I was hired as a driver, but spent much of my time washing dishes, which I didn't get paid tips for. Hands down the WORST job I have ever had and made me scared to ever eat there again.
