I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service or rude behavior toward paying customers. If a business cannot manage being at full capacity, it should have a better system in place rather than taking frustration out on guests. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

had someone go purchase three soups chicken noodle had nothing but brought had hardly no noodles. I counted three noodles in my chicken noodle soup so we caught the restaurant to explain why wasn't there any noodles in the soup? We was told that when they make the chicken noodle soup they make it with less noodles so it may be broth how could I call a chicken noodle soup after my daughter spoke with them they had asked her to bring the soup back. She explained to them that our household has Covid and they said we'll do soup for soup so I called and spoke with the general manager, Jamie and I explained to him that you're asking for soup for soup when my household has been exposed to Covid he said he he understands that so I asked him. Are you willing to put your employees at risk of exposing to Covid I also let him know the car was being recorded because I recorded it. He said yes in order to get new soup I want soup from soup even if y'all eat out of it and have Covid I explained to him I don't feel comfortable returning it and exposing your employees so I went on and explained to him I will be contacting the health department so with this I contact the customer service and they told me the same thing and I let them know if I go inside your restaurant. I'm going in there a mask. I'm recording it and I'm letting everyone in there. No I'm exposed to Covid and y'all want this soup return so I'm wondering who's riding who's wrong at this point because I really want to go in there and return the soup and mask since he's willing to expose his employees, but I'm not gonna do it and if they review this Jamie, you're doing a good job as general manager you're willing to expose all your employees to Covid. read more

I love popping in for a quick coffee, a cold drink, or a quick bite when I'm in the neighborhood. Their service is excellent in all categories, so I know I will get whatever I'd like super fast, always accurate, always tasty, and provided with genuine smiles and appreciation. Before I leave the restaurant they insure I'm totally pleased with my order and the service provided. That's why they are my favorite fast casual restaurant in this area. read more

I ordered a half steak and cheddar sandwich. The food was ok, a little skimpy on the meat. The price posted on the menu panel was $8.99. The price I was charged was $12.49. That's almost a 40% increase. I can understand a small adjustment (less than $1) with prices changing so fast. But a 40% increase!? It's time for updated menu prices! At least the customer should be advised that the prices are not accurate before being charged. read more

Horribly long lines that are forced through the front door, food not given to us, and severely disrespectful customer service, that is what describes my experience at panera bread. I do not plan on going back to this horrendous restaurant until severe changes are made in staff. While the food may be good, the attitude altogether made me lose my appetite. read more

I'm African-American, and my daughter is only five years old. She is a very friendly, sweet child who loves talking to people and showing them her little toys. During our visit, my daughter tried to interact with one of the cashiers, a woman who had blonde streaks in her hair and clear glasses. My daughter was showing her a squishy toy and trying to talk to her, but the cashier continued staring at my daughter without responding or acknowledging her. My daughter eventually walked away. As her mother, it was heartbreaking and uncomfortable to watch, especially because my daughter had done absolutely nothing wrong. One of the other cashiers was named Gabriella. She had burgundy-colored hair. I did not get the name of the cashier with the glasses, although I believe her name on her badge may have been Jasmine. After I received my food, I went to my car with my children. There was a coupon in my bag for two cheeseburgers, so because my children wanted them, I went back inside to place another order. At that point, Gabriella and the cashier with the blonde streaks and clear glasses began whispering to each other. Gabriella looked directly at me, and when I looked back at them, they turned around. I cannot say exactly what they were saying, but the situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable and gave me the impression that I was being talked about. Whether that was their intention or not, customer service is about making customers feel welcomed and respected, not uncomfortable or unwelcome. The entire experience left me and my children feeling very uneasy. It is especially sad to me that in 2026, people can still walk into a business and feel like they are being treated differently because of the color of their skin. I am not saying that I know exactly what was in these employees' hearts or what they were saying, but the way the situation unfolded made me question whether my family was being treated differently because we are African-American. I strongly encourage management to address this situation and provide additional training on professionalism, customer service, and appropriate workplace behavior around customers. Whispering and looking at customers in a way that makes them feel targeted or uncomfortable is not appropriate. My daughter is five years old. She should be able to walk into a business, smile, talk to someone, and show them her little toy without feeling ignored or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this experience has made me reconsider returning to this location. I hope management takes this review seriously and uses it as an opportunity to make sure every customer and every child who walks through those doors feels respected, welcomed, and treated equally.
