These are supposed to be bacon, egg, and cheese on chibatta sandwiches! However, no bacon was on any of them!

This has got to be the worst Panera Bread franchise built! I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches with egg, bacon, and cheese for Doordash delivery and when I opened the 3 sandwiches--no bacon! Of course when you try to call no one answers the phone. I put in a refund request and was only credited $2.08! I should have gotten a full refund, especially with the tax and fees they charge for Doordash! Now I know why I stopped going there! They deserve 0 stars!

The charge for an everything bagel with a side of avocado

A bit of a mixed review, possibly not totally the restaurant's fault. My wife is vegan ( and I try to do so when I can) , and although there's limited choices at Panera, she's found that for breakfast the everything bagel with a side of avocado works. At our normal Panera that's the cost of the bagel plus $1 for a side of avocado. Not here, $3 for the avocado, plus a convoluted way of putting the order in ( which they also got wrong ). Since this totally baffled the cashier, and her backup, they got the manager. The exchange with the manager was polite but a little weird as she made a slightly veiled accusation of being a TikTok-inspired hack trying to get something for free - I felt like saying : no lady, it's a vegan thing - one of the limited menu items you have for vegans ( but I was nice and didn't say anything ) . She then justified the method for making the charge since there was a corporate change 6 months ago to the software, no more miscellaneous charges - strange, because 2 other places we visit still do it. I'll reserve full judgment in case the other 2 places I frequent also make this change -- although thus far that hasn't taken place yet.

I have been patronizing this location for a while now but I'm done! If you want your order made correctly don't come to this location. I placed a to go order and didn't check inside my salad and I ordered a fuji apple chicken salad and didn't check to make sure they had all the ingredients and get home with not one apple in the salad. Only a total chicken salad. I called customer service panera and they tell me. The store like to handle its own mistakes. You think I received a call or email. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Everytime they keep telling me they have 14 days to resolve this issue. How about just getting your orders right. Learn what's actually provided in every item on your menu. Is that to much to ask!! Definitely going to a new location that can actually get it right smh. If I only wanted a chicken salad. I would have ordered one. Poor customer service.

This was not a good experience. The man who seemed like the manager asked about what's the name of my order and blamed me for ordering it online and coming in too early. Then he said I placed the order for the wrong time, meaning at a later time. In fact, I just placed the order, the app didn't even ask me that question. Anyway, it was not a good experience at all. I like Panera Bread in taste, but managers like this man with orange shirt make it miserable to go get some food there.

This was my first time visiting this location, which features a drive through window. In most instances, it is a good option. Though I did not use it for this trip, it is good to know that it is available The nearby location that I visited in the past closed permanently, so this was the next closest location from where I was at the time. The process was pretty typical. I placed my order in the bakery area and picked it up in the pickup area. I ordered my regular avocado, egg white and spinach breakfast sandwich with the strawberry smoothie. Both were good as usual.

Cinnamon raisin bagel with regular cream cheese. Also, a cup of coffee in a for here mug.

I used to love coming to this location when this location first opened. Now, things have changed. I ordered two pieces of bagel, and I asked one of the staff members for some cream cheese. Another member tells her co-worker that I need to purchase cream cheese separately so which I did. They had me purchase a WHOLE TUB of cream cheese for just two orders of bagel. I never got charged for cream cheese with my bagel back then. The quality of service has dropped significantly. I'm never coming back to this location again. I wish the best of luck for this establishment to improve.

Today was the day! ;) It was around 1140 so it wasn't busy yet, meaning I was able to order immediately and got my takeout order in about 5 minutes. The counter person was friendly and so polite. I chose a "choose two" with broccoli cheddar soup and the jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich. Both turned out to be excellent choices. I have to say that the soup beats Panera hands down. The broccoli was distinct bites, the flavor deep and rich, and there were nice globs of cheddar cheese. Wow! I've never had a sammie made with a jalapeño roll except those I make at home with bakery rolls. This was just delightful, and the "crunch" is supplied by jalapeño kettle chips. Inspired! Even one half of each was plenty to satisfy my hunger, so I'm getting two meals for just over $14 including tip. I will definitely go back to try other soups & sammies!

At 1:45 an employee working the dining room area asked the name of the order I was waiting on. He went and asked about it and they handed it over to him. The receipt on the bag was 1:37. I guess they don't call out names when an order is ready so my sandwich was just sitting there waiting for someone to ask about it? Anyway- I got my smoky pepper jack turkey sandwich home, opened it up - and there was NO bacon. The sandwich was just okay- I should have just gone a couple doors down to Jersey Mike's. I am annoyed that I tipped at the register when I ordered and in exchange received terrible service and a bland sandwich.

Bigger than most deli's I've encountered. My steak and cheese omelette came out really fast, which was nice, I'd give it a solid 6. The home fries were decent as well. Nothing was overwhelmingly good but it wasn't bad either. It kinda was one of those was what it was meals from a corner deli with a really large menu. The size of the sandwich is fine as far as normal sandwiches go, but it's small for a cheese steak. There wasn't much meat in there and it was a bit bland. The bites with cheese had the most flavor. I didn't dislike it; it was just okay. The fries were good and fresh. I don't really go for the battered fries, but if you like that batter you'll love these. They were definitely hot and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. They were really kind. I'd made an order online that they didn't notice, so they started on my sandwich as soon as they realized their mistake. I was waiting less than 10 minutes; there was no one else in the store, so I got all of their attention.

A great spot to take your friends for after work drinks and eats. They even have a cozy lounge area to relax. Plenty of seating and great service. The tab system makes it easy to move from room to room so you don't have to worry, it's easy to add drinks and food as you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Will definitely recommend for a relaxed atmosphere where you can watch games and also enjoy lively conversation. Better than a sports bar for food AND drinks.

There was like a tangy sauce on the tuna which took away from the flavor of the fish and for $22 I was expecting something a bit more. They usually have reservations and larger parties, but it's a pretty open/communal space, so there aren't typically issues with seating. All in all, a great spot for many occasions.
