Honestly I don't know why this Panera has a 2.5 star review. I thought the food was good, I had the cranberry/walnut chicken sandwich which i enjoyed with my potato chips. And I was offered a dessert for half the price, which was delicious! I was standing in line an immediately another employee came and took my order so service was quite fast. This is a full Panera at lunch it looks like everyone comes here for lunch! It's is a smaller Panera but still nice!

If you want to eat healthy food and something that taste great, this is the place. The service was great very friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant was clean and tidy, some chill music play...very relaxing and inviting. Stop getting those street tacos and eat something healthy for a change

This is Hesperia Panera on Bear valley a place that don't really know how to treat their customers talking about managers

truly wanted to like this Panera location, but I've been treated with disrespect more than once -- and I can say with complete confidence that I've done nothing to deserve it. About a month ago, I reported to management that someone was using my Sip Club ID without my permission. Instead of being helped, I was blamed and told it was my responsibility to confront whoever was using it -- even though that's unsafe and clearly not my job. I let that go, hoping it was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, today proved it wasn't. As someone who visits the Hesperia Panera nearly every day, I've always tried to be a polite, loyal customer. I have a bad back and hips, so I park as close as possible to the entrance -- usually in the same spot if it's open. That small routine is part of what makes my mornings peaceful: a close parking space, a cup of coffee, and a few minutes watching YouTube before I start my day. Today, while parked in my usual spot -- fully within the lines and without touching or endangering any car -- an employee came outside during business hours and confronted me angrily. She accused me of parking too close to her car, even though there was plenty of space between us. Another employee stood nearby as if to "protect" her, which made the whole situation feel intimidating and unnecessary. She even told me that I park next to her "every day," as if that were something wrong or disrespectful -- which makes no sense. I simply park in the safest and closest available spot to minimize the pain from my back and hips. I've never damaged or even come close to another vehicle. The photos I took show this clearly. What made it worse was that this all happened while she was on the clock -- representing Panera. Instead of treating a regular, paying customer with respect, she chose to make me feel uncomfortable and attacked for no reason. Employees should not park in the best customer spots, and they definitely shouldn't confront or blame customers for simply parking correctly. It's disappointing and unprofessional. I love Panera's food and atmosphere, but experiences like this make me think twice about returning. Please train your staff to treat customers with basic respect -- and to remember that kindness goes a long way. I'll give this location one more chance, but if this happens again, I'll be contacting corporate directly.

My eldest daughter had her orchestra class the other evening. Prior to class, she was thirsty and we didn't have water in the car. We had 13 mins to spare so I drove to Panera to get some water. We went through drive-thru. Exterior looked well maintained. We couldn't just get water so we also got 1 half Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT sandwich + chips and 1 frozen strawberry lemonade plus the 2 waters. There were a couple cars in front of us so wait wasn't too long. Funny, I just realized I didn't give them my phone number to add my order for rewards. Oh well... I guess it wasn't meant to happen. Anyway, staff was super friendly at the window. We got our order fairly quickly. Thank you! Unfortunately, the Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT did not have any taste to it. It looked good, but it was bland. It was almost like the chicken wasn't even there LOL. We haven't eaten the chips yet, but I can't imagine it being not great, but who knows. The frozen strawberry lemonade was disappointing as well. It tasted like raw unsweetened strawberries blended with ice only. We did not taste any lemonade in it. Water was the highlight. It was very cold and refreshing. I was going to give it 2 stars, but service was exceptional so I bumped it up to 3 stars. Hope they improve in these two items.

Pay for food they don't give you. This is the second time I've been to this location and they've given me the wrong order. I had to wait 20 minutes in the dive thru and ask the cashier twice if everything was okay with my order, only to drive home and find out that I was missing items. It's unacceptable that they charge you for something, that you wait, and then even after you've paid for it, they still don't give it to you. I will not drive Back to get a bagel. And if you're thinking of calling, good luck with that. I prefer to lose that money than waste my time.

This is the latter. Walking into the restaurant, tucked into a strip mall, I was getting ready to fire up the generic alarm. But then the sweet lady that was our server disarmed me with her speed, kindness, and directness. Then the cucumber salad came out. Even if you like Veggie Tales it'll make you kiss Larryboy good bye. Next came the yellow curry--it took me back to my favorite hole-in-the-wall Thai place in NY, and I was in curry heaven. Incredible taste, hearty potatoes and carrots, and a happy tummy. Like I tipped the bowl to drink the last of it. But beware! They play these addictive videos of people making street food on the wall-mounted TV that will make you want to a) buy all the food and b) take a bite out of the screen. If at first you don't succeed, Thai Thai again.

I ordered the pad Thai chicken and shrimp and the noodles weren't all covered in the pad Thai sauce, they were lacking flavors. The order had all the elements to make it spectacular but just not saucy enough. The beef drunken noodles were delicious but the beef had no flavor, and had a rubbery texture. I ate all the noodles but spared the beef. I recommend getting chicken shrimp or tofu in this order, I did not like the beef. The satay chicken was delicious, very tender and tasty. And I ordered spicy basil chicken fried rice, but instead I got spicy basil chicken with a side of jasmine rice. The dish was delicious, but not what I ordered. I also ordered the sticky mango rice and that was delicious and met my expectations but I do believe a better version exists at Lotus Thai. I highly recommend to double check your Togo orders before leaving the restaurant especially when placing more than 3 dishes. The price is very reasonable and they provide large portions. A dish can feed 2 people. This place was big and clean. It's located in a area with other shops and a large parking lot.

Delectable meal. Of the highest earthly quality, fresh from the wombs of Da Nang. The expertise on…read morethe Pho is beyond incredible. The aroma, the texture, the broth brimming with flavor, the added toppings, all formed the concrete masterpiece of a Pho. But let's get into depth, because the paragraph above did not display the true depth of it's greatness. Let's say your friend recommended you a Vietnamese restaurant. You tried a few prior but most of them were mediocre. So you were hesitant but decided to give it a try. When you went up to the entrance, you took a half-a-second peek. The entire restaurant was clean like the slate of a canvas. Once you stepped inside, your nostrils embraced the fresh smell. Even before you could have the opportunity to take a good in-depth look around, that smell made you know everything. You knew it was going to be clean and sparkly, hygienic and orderly. You knew it was going to be a refreshing spot, and you were right! And afterwards, recovering from the intense first impression, you were greeted with welcoming staff, guided to a shiny wooden table, seated on a comfortable chair, and had the ability to choose from a menu filled with variety of meals worth slobbering your tongues over for. You looked at the menu, drool escaping your mouth, frothing perhaps? Whatever, what was important was that you saw utopia. The meals displayed as mere pictures and words already gave you a preview of near future delight, that increment, that sample was almost enough to satisfy the chimeras of your imagination, apart from the actual consumption of-course. Once you ordered, the pearly smile of the waiter inspired hope, like a promise your wishes were to be fulfilled, and there, you dallied with the scenarios. You dallied with how you would greet your meal, that good good Pho... how you would approach it, shake it's hand with the tips of your chopsticks, and slurp it up. You fiddled with your thoughts for quite some time! But suddenly, there! Here she was walking towards you, the same waiter. After 10 minutes of anticipation, the relentless tapping of the leg excited for it's treat, you finally received it. Boxed into a clean bowl, you got to whiff the contents. You prepared your sticks, and dived right into it! Headfirst! The long noodles were whirled into your mouth, you could feel the slimy texture. The smell of the broth, the taste of the broth, the pork, the toppings, the little onions, it was heaven on earth and you witnessed it first hand! After a while, you finished the bowl. You devoured the last pieces, and poured the rest of the broth into your mouth. You took a napkin and wiped your pho-broth-smothered lips and gave a "whoo!" expressing your content. You paid the bill and gave a 15$ tip and walked slowly out the restaurant, taking your time just to slowly hug the smell of your beloved diner, as if it was goodbye. Your hands reached the door handle, a tear welled up in your eye as you gave a quick look back. There was the waiter, there was your ex-table, there was the rest of the smiling staff and the enjoying guests. You mouthed "farewell" and took a step back into the real world, free from the dreams of cuisine. "Will I ever get to see you again?" You heard yourself utter. That was my experience. As you can see. Thank you for everything To Pho.
