I don't recommend this location for anyone wanting Quick Service in a Drive-Thru. Both my wife and I have sip Club memberships and tend to visit Panera very often. This location has always been super slow in its drive-thru with none to very few cars in front of us. There is a lack of urgency with anyone working in the Drive-Thru and today was no better. If your lunch time is limited this place is not your place for lunch times. Waiting at an order window for 5 minutes or more and then again at the service window before they acknowledge you, only just then to have them start your order when it's only two drinks... it's just not acceptable by any standards. Suggestion to management is to place more competent people for your drive-thru people with service skills. To be paying today's California $20 an hour rate for people in this service industry and not having the proper service is not acceptable. read more

What a disappointment!!!! My first pick up order and it went completely sideways. Despite being notified by text that my order was ready and waiting in the pick up section, it was nowhere to be found and I had to wait for someone to grab the two items. I also would like to know what happened to the fresh breads at Panera. It usually looks like a bakery with at least a few choices of fresh breads. This looked like a friend's kitchen with lots of unfortunate attempts at making bread in a bread maker. I don't need to come to Panera for bread I can buy in the regular grocery stores. read more

Wait times SUCK!!! Everything else is fine , they accidentally burnt my bagel the other day after we waited in the drive thru for what felt like hours! Horrible! Charged me $84 for 2 Macs, 2 bread bowl and a sandwich. After two hours waiting on DoorDash, we received half a sandwich that was cold and smashed. No bread bowls and a tiny Mac. Horrible! read more

I actually enjoyed this restaurant. I think that GG who waited on us tonight was phenomenal. For the people bitching about the price of the food I just paid $12 for a double cheeseburger some fries and a Coke at McDonald's. Wake up people everything is gone up. I think the food is good. I'm in love with the soup. I think the sandwiches are great. I get that. Some of their stuff may be a little bit skimpy on toppings, but not to the point where I thought it wasn't any good. It's a shame that people in the high desert have nothing to do with trash places. Please give us a Panera a try because I'll like it and this is my third time here. read more

I am well aware this Panera just opened. They definitely have a lot of kinks to work out, regardless the service here is still as terrible as it is at the Victorville location. Food is basic as can be for Panera. Delivery sucks though, they're supposed to check off your receipt and make sure your order is correct but I've ordered delivery twice from this location and I missed items both times. Both being the coffee that I wanted. Hard pass on this Panera for a year. read more

I've been there 3 times now in the last 2 weeks. Each time my order has been correct and tasted good. I've had their breakfast sandwich, my kids got fruit parfaits, and Mediterranean bowl (my favorite) for lunch and dinner before. The first time I was in the drive through for 30 minutes but I don't feel like this warrants a bad review, it was dinner time and they are still relatively new. I've learned to just order ahead which the app is easy to use and my orders have been ready when the app says it will be. We NEEDED healthier drive through options. I don't think people should be shitting on this place and be more constructive with any criticism so they can get better. I am glad this location opened because I am never in the VV area. read more

Super slow service lack of service they are on the phone half the time ignores customer

The quality of the food is sad (the steak in the cheddar and steak sandwich is no longer "steak" like other Paneras used to serve; it was literally 2 small bites of thinly shaved deli beef in the entire sandwich.). Also, the cheese was barely discernible, and the red onion was 2 stringy half pieces. We will never return to this location. read more

One of the newest locations here in the high desert, this Panera is located on the southbound side of Bear Valley in Hesperia, just West of the Jess Ranch Marketplace. This review is mainly for the drinks. We've tried their coffees, lemonade and fountain drinks as part of their "Sip Club". For a yearly or monthly fee you get iced & hot coffees, fountain drinks, etc unlimited every two hours. This was a great value considering we got it for free as being part of the first 100 customers to visit. But considering some people spend 3-4 dollars a day on coffee at other coffee shops, this club can actually be well worth it for those who have this routine. The strawberry mint lemonade and coffees were good. Also by being a member you get regular promotions for half off pastries and other menu items. We haven't tried the food yet, but from what I hear, it is mainly pre-packaged foods that are not freshly prepared. For the yearly membership the sip club would be something you should look into. read more

Ordered a CHICKEN Cesar salad. Did not have any chicken. I would normally not complain but this is now the 3rd time and this most recent one was a dine in experience. I took it back to the window only for them to call me pack up and try to sever me the same plate. Luckily I caught it and it still had missing chicken. The restaurants receipt was sitting next to my plate and I was even able to read CHICKEN on the ticket. I then showed my personal receipt to prove again yes it had chicken. While sitting down waiting for them to fix it I'm assuming it was the manager came to try and offer a pastry I denied it hoping my food would come out faster. It didn't. Once I revived my food I didn't get to eat with my group due to it taking to long and us being on a schedule. I got my food had to pack it to go and left. So my husband and I went there last night on 12/14/23 at 9:40 or so and the drive thru cashier was extremely rude. She was speaking so fast that it was hard to understand her. I ordered the "you pick two" with a salad and a sandwich and she didn't let me pick my side. She repeated the order back to me and she chose the side for me which was the regular free bread (I wanted the fruit cup) and then said "ok pull over bye". I said "ok maybe she forgot, I'll just politely correct her at the window". I finally got to the window and said "um, yes I didn't get a chance to order my side.. I want the fruit cup please". She literally looked at me as if I was stupid and there was literally like a 10 second awkward silence like she did not know what I was talking about. I know she just didn't want to fix the order, overall it was your fault for not letting me finish my order. I can tell she just didn't want to be working that night and had an attitude. I get you guys were about to close but don't be rude to your customers because you want to go home. And she also didn't tell me that the fruit cup was extra, she just charged me and told me the total. read more
