Went in tonight to grab a snack for our little one while we waited for pizza from Marcos next door (our choice was Panera, but she is sometimes in charge). I don't know why the ratings are lower than average here, but we had one of the best customer service experiences from Sylvens (hope I spelled his name right), tonight, he went above and beyond to treat us like VIP customers. Fantastic experience. Give that guy a raise! We come here already but this was worth a review and a shout out to him and his customer service. read more

The portions keep getting smaller, the mac and cheese comes out barely warm and sometimes cold more often than not and my bread is stale. I have loved Panera for sometime but am rethinking this place as a viable option. At least the one on hemet. Very disappointed. read more

Went into this business today with a friend and our four kids. It started off as a long wait at the cashier, it was busy, and lunch rush. An employee helped us use the kiosk to help expedite it. My son ordered chocolate milk, they were out, but offered to make it by hand it get him a different drink. They also were out of my drink but switched it to another. Brought my son's drink to him and our order. They also helped us with our plates at clean up since we had our hands full with the kids. Good service was quick and food was tasty. A little disappointed with the drinks but they were more than willing to accommodate. Very friendly staff! read more

My wife had a gift card for Panera so she took me to lunch, what a disappointment. We had to order at the counter like a fast food joint, but the price was nothing like a fast food joint! 2 cups soup with half a sandwitch and one soda $20 bucks!!! What a rip off! Then we had to serve our selves at the soda machine and went to our table. Our food was served and when I looked for salt and pepper there was nothing on the table..the server was not to be found. Ok I am giving them one star and this is why! Every time I go through the drive thru, they mess up or forget something! I love the food it is kinda of costly so you would expect better service! I have given them multiply chances , today I was given by bag said "sorry about your wait" , I was like my ice tea please ? The coffee's not bad and the food's OK. I went 10 times in April to get a free meal they promised. But when I returned a short time later to get my free meal, they informed me that the deal had EXPIRED and there was no free meal. If you earn a reward from Panera, get it right away, because it might not be there on your next visit. read more

I ordered at the kiosk, but the gentleman who brought my food out was incredibly polite and helpful, getting me a cup and showing me where I can fill my iced coffee, and making sure he had my order correct. Becoming very disappointed with Hemet Panera. Staff seems ok, however not real friendly with customers. Management doesn't take responsibility for lousy quality of food, cold coffee, cold soups, soup cooker out for weeks was limited to three types. Has Alfredo pasta with chicken this evening, chicken so salty could not eat, pasta gummy. Hideous. Used to eat there 3-5 times per week, too hot to cook at home, now once in two and half weeks. They're bagel choices, empty. Deserts limited. I'm afraid we are about to lose another restaurant in Hemet. Geeze, very sad. Do not recommend this location. Go to Haun Road, off Newport and 215. Panera food is Panera food it is the same at all locations. The reason for the 5 stars was not based on the food which is always good and it was not for the service when ordering which was slow. Today I had the pleasure of watching a young man named Dre working the dinning area with a smile and bounce in his step to make customers happy. Visited Panera Restaurant on Monday February 25th., 2019 very impressed with staff checking for actual sodium in soups, salads and sandwiches. Great friendly hospitality, five star dining experience. Soups, salads and sandwiches, fresh, tasty and well presented. What a great change from those burger and fry places and chain restaurants with high prices. Came here the other night for soup, because I've recently had my tonsils removed and that's all I can eat. I had their clam chowder and it was really good! My mom had their tomato bisque soup and she really enjoyed it. My mom also got their pumpkin spice latte and she absolutely loved it, she said it's much better than the one at Starbucks. We ate inside next to a mini fireplace. It was a cold night so it was nice and cozy. I had no problems here, food was great and service was great. We got our food quickly and it tasted fresh. Someone used to work there by the name of Thomas. He was hands down my favorite person there, always great with customer service and a friendly positive attitude! He doesn't work there any longer, and I'm always wondering how he is doing in life... The food and staff are always on point I eat there at least once or twice a week.
