This establishment is very clean and organized From the moment I walked in, the experience was a good one. Nicole greeted me at the counter and was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. That kind of friendly service always makes a difference, especially when you're trying a place for the first time. I wish I could tell you I took some great photos of the pies...but my family apparently had other plans. By the time I thought about getting pictures of the Dutch Apple and Lemon Meringue pies, they had already disappeared. I'm going to take that as a pretty strong review from the family. Now I have a very good excuse to go back, because I still need to try the pumpkin pie. It looked delicious. Great first experience, wonderful service, and judging by the empty pie plates, I'd say Rockin K Ranch was a hit.

Beautiful Restaurant & Great Waitstaff, but Avoid the Hostile Manager:…read more on May 21st 2026 at approx 630 pm. At the last minute, we decided to take a friend out for dinner to celebrate his retirement. 15 people, no reservation. Never eaten here before, but our friend really likes it so sounded like a good opportunity to try it. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and the floor staff was wonderful. But, the manager's shocking behavior entirely ruined our experience. Will not return. * The Good: The facility is stunning. without a reservation, the staff stil accomidated our large group with a private room. The sever was attentive, friendly, and very perky. As well, the kitchen served a large group incredibly fast. * The Problem: One guest ordered a medium-rare steak that came out completely overcooked. When she asked for a remake, the manager came out and insulted her to her face, told her that if he remade it it would be exactly the same, then sarcastically asked if she "wanted him to slap down a raw steak on her plate." She said it was fine, kept the food, then later left the table and broke into tears in the restroom. * The Confrontation: After dinner, I approached him calmly to offer polite, constructive criticism based on professional customer service experience (worked restaurants for years in a restaurant my family owned) He became fiercely stubborn, denied the insult, and grew so aggressive and volatile that I had to walk away. * The Staff's View: Tellingly, multiple staff members whispered comments to our group about how awful this manager is to work for. It is a shame that a hardworking kitchen and great servers are being weighed down by a manager who lacks basic human decency and conflict-resolution skills. We spent a lot of money to be insulted. Ownership needs to step in immediately.

The street tacos were really good and had a good amount of toppings. The Al pastor and carne asada meat was really good. The nachos were also really good and loaded. The only thing is that the chips got soggy really fast because they were so loaded, so I'd recommend going with fries unless you plan on sharing the nachos to eat super quick. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by a nice man that I am assuming is the owner that other Yelp reviews have raved about. He helped us quickly at their food counter at the back (did I mention they are also a specialty foods market?) and we ordered two meals and an appetizer. We grabbed drinks from the cooler and sat at the table in the front. Our grape leaves came out first. Accompanied by chopped lettuce garnish and sliced tomatoes and oranges, they were tasty and delicious! Our food came out and we dug in to a gyro plate and a beef shawarma plate. Both came with a salad, pita and a choice of dip (we chose hummus). The portions were generous, the seasoning was mouth watering, and the presentation gorgeous! We could have easily also shared a plate, but we will always want more than one thing so it just means more chances to try new dishes! Their prices are very reasonable for extremely high quality fresh healthy food! We will be back for sure, and I also notice they deliver through DoorDash and Grub Hub. My husband got the shawarma fries and thought they were great. The portions are SO BIG for how much they cost. It's very affordable fresh delicious food. I'll be back The only reason for the 4 stars is the pita bread and whatever was used for the wrap wasn't what I was expecting. It was kinda dry and fell apart. I expected fluffier thicker bread.

We were especially impressed by the special hot dog one of us ordered (I forgot the exact name), but it was loaded with toppings and she could barely get through half of it. Such a deal! I got the Irish melt and loved the flavor of the corned beef mixed with the coleslaw. The fries were also just crispy enough with a nice, fluffy inside. as a customer, i could write one or two things about not supporting this establishment but as a former employee, let me give you a million reasons as to why you should not eat at or support this place . let me start off by saying that the way management has skimmed over cleanliness and sanitation is APPAULING. ignoring the despicable actions of the managers is HR's problem considering there is a registered sex offender working along side minors . here are a few images of the overall "sanitation" i have voiced these complaints to management and was instead FIRED. i apologize to the public but this establishment cannot be labeled a grade A. the management needs to investigated for allowing this environment when the prices of the food is over $15+ for a meal that doesn't even include a drink. read more

Worst restaurant ever!! The managers on duty are rude not only to customers but openly rude to employees as well. The food is ok. The employees taking orders and making the food seem to always mess up somehow. one time I ordered bacon on my salad. I paid 2 dollars for it and only received about a half a slice of bacon. The drive thru is a nice touch but is incredibly slow and your almost guaranteed some type of messup. After frequenting the restaruant ive noticed most of the employees who did their job well no longer work there. it seems like most of the employees working there now dont have a clue. I just witnessed a very kind act from the manager of this location. A man who was struggling financially was here with his dog. The manager brought him a bowl of water and treated this man with respect and courtesy. It was a sight I have not seen in a long time. I offered to buy this man lunch which he gratefully accepted. It made me feel really good to help a less fortunate person have a nice meal. I like the food at Panera's but after initially frequenting it quite a bit when they first opened I ultimately decided that you just don't get enough for your money there. Even with the Panera Card I feel the prices are simply too high for the amount of food the customer receives. The freshly-baked breads are great. However, unlike during the first year or so of the Hemet Panera's existence, I no longer dine there or even buy take-out items (such as breads) because of the relatively high prices for what you get. read more

This place could be a nice place to eat at if it weren't for two things: 1) the managers that work there are completely rude to customers. Not friendly or kind and act like its the customers fault if the cooks mess up an order. 2) The employees, while they are friendly seem to make a lot of mistakes. ive eaten here at the hemet panera several times and have had my order messed up more times than not. i will be giving my business to other more friendly Panera Breads, read more
