The staff at this location are super sweet and friendly! I ordered food through the Panera app and the delivery driver had accidentally gave me the wrong order. I called and they were able to refund me so that I could order the food again! One of the workers wrote a little note on the receipt apologizing about the last order that didn't make it to me. I was looking for a place to do a bit of writing and have unlimited coffee on New Year's Day. Not much was open for business, so I found myself at Panera. The folks working were genuinely friendly, helpful and efficient. A young man in particular named Brandon made regular rounds and really set a welcoming tone with his interactions with customers. I'm not very satisfied with my first experience here. I ordered chocolate croissants and steak and arugula sandwiches. When the cashier ranged me up, he went to get the chocolate croissants and realized they ran out, I don't understand why he didn't go check before. As I was walking to get my drink, the people who prepare the food called my number and said they didn't have the bread for the steak and arugula sandwiches. A few moments later informed me that they did have it. I don't understand why they didn't check carefully the first time. And i asked for a Sprite for a drink at the cashier and he didn't inform me that they didn't have a Sprite nor Coke at the drink fountain. I did not like their way of informing me or telling me right information the first time. But I will say that they are respectful towards the customers. read more

Service is terrible. Young lady prepared the food on trays was a hot mess. Complaining about her job and management right in front of customers. Very unprofessional. This is by far the worst Panera location in the area. Management does not care about how unprofessional the staff is and cannot understand why a simple order should not take 30 minutes to make. Three stars would mean "A-Okay" but I really can't say that about this Panera's based upon yesterday's experience there. Tough gristly beef in miniscule portions on two different entrees is not an accident. A cold panini is due to a lack of attention. Limp brown lettuce on another sandwich does not say fresh. Heck, even the apple that came with my meal was disappointingly tiny. High priced for what you get. On the up side, the soup and bread were okay and the order counter staff was friendly and helpful. But we came away wondering why this Panera's is so popular. Because there are so few "fresh made" options near this shopping center? Because it is considered trendy?How sad. read more

I love Panera it's one of my favorite restaurants especially because it's so healthy and GMO free. My mom works there and I would have to say from everything my mom tells me the only problem Panera has is their worker Christy she is blatantly rude to her co-workers and has been rude to many customers. Pumpkin pie bagel with cream cheese is fabulous!

I've been to many different Panera Breads across the US and this is probably my favorite, due to its atmosphere and layout. The seating is plentiful and well-organized. The outdoor area is quite nice, as well. I was here around 3:30 and it was very relaxing. I could get plenty of work done with minimal distractions. My only complaint is the wifi quality. The latency is pretty good, hovering around 50ms, but the bandwidth is terrible..less than 1Mbps. This seems to be a very common pattern amongst all Paneras. They are always busy but you never have to wait long for your food. It's always good food, I'm not much of a tomato eater but theirs are fresh so I can actually eat them. So food wise this is the place to eat. The only downfall of this place and probably the reason why we rarely come here is some of the staff seem stuck up and rude. My brother has a problem where he can't make easy decisions and he talks really loud. When it came time for him to order we asked him what he wanted he said I don't know really loud and the girl seemed frustrated and got an attitude. We didn't like that. Also, when I went to leave I asked to top off my green tea, it was not even half empty and she said "no I can't do that. But you can go get regular tea." I feel like if I just paid almost $3 for a small tea and $30 for lunch I can get my tea topped off without having to buy another one. Ridiculous. read more

This location is totally disorganized. I placed a rapid pickup order for 15 sandwiches to be ready at 11:05am the following day. When I arrived I was told that they just received the order but would have it ready in 5 minutes. 40 minutes later, I finally received my order - thrown together incorrectly. And late for my lunch. To make it up they gave me a handwritten note for $30 towards my next panera order. When I asked how I'm supposed to use it, I got a blank stare. The service is generally good and you normally get service with a smile. The food is pricey and for the price, the sandwiches should be more substantial. In the past, when I ordered the1/2 Cuban sandwich, the amount of ham and chicken was decent. I've noticed recently that in a 1/2 Cuban, you will only get about 2 pieces of chicken the size of your thumb (I have small hands) with 1 very thin slice of ham. According to Panera, this = 1 oz of chicken that is the standard amount in a 1/2 Cuban.. Well, I don't know about others but in a sandwich like this, I enjoy tasting the chicken and ham in one bite. Now that I know that this is the standard for this sandwich, I will have to find another sandwich that will give me more value for my money. read more

I usually love this place, but yesterday was a completely different story! They were very very busy (been there done that), but I asked for my food to go and it was given on plates. The people plating food were throwing the food on the trays, you could tell they were not trained for a busy restaurant environment. I was afraid to tell them I asked my food to go because of the way most of them were acting. The cashiers were wonderful, customers were taken care of if in a timely fashion considering how busy they were. Pretty disappointed to say the least...
