Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich

Used Uber eats to get a delivery during covid. Excellent service, very fast delivery, order was perfect, food was fresh (as usual in my experience at this Panera!). Ordered pick two salad & soup, they didn't forget anything (got the bread with the salad & and croutons with the soup etc). Plastic utensils, napkins... Will continue to go to this Panera! Love you guys!

Went this morning. Dining room very dirty and needs a thorough cleaning. Watched a staff person drop a dish and not wipe up floor.

But with this brand-new location opening in our area (along with all the buzz, protests, and controversy that came with it), I figured it deserved a fair try. I opted for the drive-thru on a very chilly morning. They offer both walk-up and drive-thru, but the cold made the choice easy. The team members taking orders outside were clearly new and still finding their footing, and I genuinely appreciated how hard they were trying. The young man who took my order had a trainer nearby, and you could tell he was a bit nervous -- but he was doing his best. Same for the young woman who handed me my food on the pickup side. I tip my hat both of them. And the food? Excellent. Whatever else people may say about the brand, Chick-fil-A has always prided itself on quality -- and it shows. Everything was fresh, hot, and prepared just right. I may not stop in often because of the higher price point, but I get it. Quality costs more, and you can taste the difference. But the biggest shout-out goes to the back-of-house crew. It must have been right at that crossover between breakfast winding down and lunch gearing up -- which, in any fast-food place, is its own special kind of stress. And in a brand-new store during opening week? Multiply that pressure by ten. I worked in fast food back in my college days, so I have a pretty good sense of what's happening behind that swinging door: the constant rush, the tight choreography, the pressure to keep every station moving while also learning new systems on the fly. Those back-of-house workers are doing some of the most important jobs in the building, and yet they're often the ones who get the least recognition. While the front-of-house team interacts with customers, the kitchen crew is back there hustling -- cooking food properly, assembling orders, keeping the place clean, restocking, troubleshooting equipment, and shifting between meal services. It's demanding work on the best day, and even harder when everything is still new. We don't see those folks, but they're the heartbeat of the operation. Without them, nothing works. And speaking as someone who has family working in the industry, I sincerely hope management recognizes how hard their back-of-house crew is working during these early weeks. A little patience and well-earned appreciation can make all the difference -- especially for the team members carrying the heaviest load. So to the team behind the scenes -- thank you. My hat goes off to you. And yes, I'll definitely be back.

We've been through the drive thru about 3-4 times now since they've opened. We frequent the other…read morelocal chick fil a's when we can. The service is good, I can tell they're still getting used to things. My issue is the taste of the food compared to what I'm used to. Every time something was forgotten from the order, even something as simple as straws it was frustrating after driving away. The fries always seem to be room temperature like they've been sitting. The last time I even had a completely undercooked one. The nuggets taste good. Everything is clean and nice. I'm hoping this isn't how it's going to be at this location.

They have Dr Browns soft drinks and all the flavors! The matzoball soup is amazing def 9 out of 10. The sandwiches are top notch. The meat is super fresh and the rye bread is fresh and perfect. And you can get them to grill whatever you order right in front of you. To top it all of the atmosphere is an experience. Like walking into a NY deli in the 70s. I highly recommend to anyone in the area. And worth the trip if you are not from the area.

We picked up carryout from Uncle Harry's Deli tonight and left feeling pretty underwhelmed,…read moreespecially for the price. The inside has an old-school diner vibe, which could be charming, but the overall experience didn't quite match. Staff interaction was neutral--not unfriendly, but not particularly welcoming either. My husband ordered the Lynne sandwich and I had the Adele, along with a bowl of matzo ball soup. The soup was definitely the highlight--flavorful and comforting--but at nearly $9 for a bowl, it felt overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the sandwiches didn't live up to expectations. The meat was piled in the center of the bread, leaving the ends with little to nothing in each bite, which made them feel poorly constructed and just overall mediocre. We were also surprised by the number of upcharges--extra for toasting the bread, extra for grilling, and even a 3% fee for using a credit card. It all adds up quickly. For two sandwiches and a shared soup, our total came to just over $40, which felt steep given the quality. It's disappointing because we wanted to like this place, but the high prices just didn't align with the food or experience. Unfortunately, we'll likely be crossing Uncle Harry's off our list.
