I normally love Panera but this location has messy tables had to walk around to find a clean area plus twice now the food is served not so warm the sandwiches and they must be short of their tomato sauce because the flatbread pizza is very much flat and dry def not coming back to this location read more

Never go to this establishment. I have been here only a handful of times and every time I go it seems something is wrong. The management AWFUL. The food, even worse. Above all I keep hearing whispers about this rat? You'd think its a live action ratatouille with how much I keep hearing about this. If I wanted rats near my food I'd buy one. The last and final time I came there I saw the word "rat" written on the wall. It's like they want us to know. And with how dirty the lobby always is its like its a breeding ground for anything and everything gross. I hope health code knows about this. read more

Good & bad. The chipotle chicken avocado sandwich was delicious & definitely the best part of our meal. We both got the onion soup, and my wife had to return hers because it wasn't hot enough. They also served her soup without the cheese & croutons. They forgot to slice one of our bagels & give us the cream cheese we ordered. And I ordered a bag of chippers, which didn't come so I had to ask for them. The floors were dirty, and the counter (for customers) was obviously being used as an office by the employees, with a laptop set up there & crumbs all around it. Just not a good look these days when everything is supposed to be sanitized. read more

Pretty disappointing. Don't waste you're money. Make your own sandwich, soup or salad. Ordered a chicken Cobb salad and it arrived without chicken. Also order the half steak and white cheddar sandwich- no white cheddar, some crumbles of steak and the bread was soggy. Not worth wasting your hard earned money. I'm tired of the lower your expectations mindset and paying more for less. That doesn't apply to standard quality. Do better. read more

Such a shame to have such a nice new building and drive-thru when the service is so horrible. The staff were nice enough and the food was good. Unfortunately it took forever to get the food. Technology didn't work so had to go to the front to order. Two girls standing at registers but only one actually taking orders. Just really disappointed. Hope they make some swift changes before they lose all business. read more

this place is new, i went through the drive thru, as soon as i pulled in they asked for my membership number which was nice, the girl who took my order was lovely and very patient with me, i ordered the you pick 2, i got the green goddess with no chicken, mac n cheese, apple and a vanilla cinnamon roll, everything tasted fabulous the only thing i wasn't too fond of was the salad, it had some juice at the bottom i couldn't tell what it was and 3 of the ingredients in it were already going bad read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I don't ever eat at Panera to begin with. I feel like it's ridiculously expensive for a salad and sandwhich. However, today for lunch I was craving just that. A sandwhich and salad. So it's been over a year (the first time I came here I had a terrible experience) so I figured they just opened at the time. I'll give it another shot. I drive thru, get my order all is well. I came home, and I took a bite into my sandwhich I was like wow this is really good. I take one more bite and something just felt off and weird...I spit my bite out..and there was a WHOLE ASS ALIVE BUG IN MY SANDWHICH!!! I instantly gagged, forced myself to throw up lol cried and screamed of disgust. I called the manager and they were just like "oh I'm sorry that happened".....she asked me to email her the photos and video so I did. No response. All she said was I could give you a free meal next time. I laughed - there's NO WAY IN HELL I AM GOING BACK THERE. I told her I honestly I wasn't going to call because it just proved to me again how disgusting Panera is but I wanted her to check and look for any other type of bugs they may have in their kitchen!! This was literally made in my sandwhich. How the hell do you not see that thing?! It was legit moving and alive! read more

The broccoli and cheddar soup was good but barely warm. I did buy the pic 2 so I also bought the buffalo chicken sandwich. Absolutely gross!!! Very little buffalo sauce with chopped chicken cheese between a very nice hard bread. The bread was tasty. The sandwich is about 6 inches long and sparsely filled with chopped chicken. I broke it in half a put the toppings all on it. I went to refill my drink and upon my return a staff member was clearing my table and my lunch. Oh yes they trashed the remaining portion of my lunch. It was gross so no loss but I was more upset about the $20 I spent for not only bad food but dirty tables, dirty floor, and watching the employee throw my food away. I have been going to Panera for 30 plus years. The changes in the last few years to the menu and this experience has ended my association with them. Never again! read more

I just wanted to say the lady working the drive thru this morning 1/19/23 was super sweet. I know that's not anything crazy but I know it's hard working service industry and wanted to come on here to appreciate her kindness. read more

This Panera I thought was going to be good , good area , Shity customer service and even the one taking your order doesn't know anything about the menu and as for dinning in apparently they stopped bringing your food to your table it's definitely not a nice place anymore and when you go to pick up your order you have to throw the beeper in the box that you have no idea that's where you put them but get attitude to throw it in there and if they forgot silverware forget it you have to yell back to them multiple time to even get someone to help you out cause no one's at the cashier either , shitty attitudes all around . read more

Did a grocery delivery and I am impressed. The selection is small and limited to bread (gluten full only), dairy, fruit, vegetables, and a few baked goods. I placed my order directly through the web site and my order was delivered, contactless, in about a half hour. Saved me a trip out and I was able to get a few perishable essentials! Everything was smooth and easy. read more

Came to this Panera 10 minutes before close, so I definitely expected that things might be sold out, but I don't tend to mind because I love Panera and can usually expect quality food and good service. I asked for a Mac & cheese bread bowl (expecting that the bread bowls might be sold out since they're usually pretty popular). I was told that they had packed the bread up for the night... How is your store called panera BREAD and you don't have any bread to serve. If they said we're sold out of bread they definitely would have gotten a pass, but no...they packed it up for the night. The reason I'm giving one star is I was under the impression that bread was made fresh daily. Most Panera locations I've come across also donate excess at the end of the night to charities and shelters...but y'all "packed the bread away for the night"? To reuse tomorrow? With those prices? I should've checked the reviews. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

We ordered two pick two meals. Our sides were all wrong and we didn't get our drink. The entrees were mediocre at best. But the worst part is that we were the only customer in the drive thru and they still couldn't get it right. It all tastes like overpriced hospital food anyways so we should have known it was going to be trash read more

I should've read the reviews here before going. Yes, the soup was mostly vegggies, little protein and so was the sandwich. I ordered for p/u and then waited. They seemed confused and then blamed it that it was stolen. They had a sign that items were not being placed b/c of theft. So it was just an excuse that they didn't make it. There was a time when Panera's were packed and were consistent. Now they're consistantly poor. A waste of $30 for 2 small soups, mac/cheese and half sandwich. Never again. read more

I go here quite a lot and I generally never have a problem. I have had a soup that was of lesser quality but they were eager to fix it!!! LOVE the drive-thru! :) read more

It does not seem like the employees are concerned with customer service. I sat at drive through window waiting for my food and watched an employee laughing with coworkers and then take a baguette and literally throw it, then start to make food with it. I have been told multiple times that they are out of things and the wait time is very long. read more

Very busy restaurant. Order accuracy seems to be a challenge. Last three orders I picked up had the wrong sides. Mistakes happen but same error three times!? read more

Ordered chicken salad, had no chicken. The 3rd time they told me their blenders are not working so could not get a smoothie

The food and service can't make up for these dirty seating areas! Nevermind! Don't they ever clean up out here!

I normally wouldn't leave poor reviews but went at 1015am on Saturday and after getting up to order at 1030am I was told they stopped serving breakfast even though everywhere states breakfast is served until 11 on weekends. I was told they throw all the eggs away exactly at 1030 which seems odd enough when you have a long drive thru line with people waiting over 15 minutes just to order. When I got to the window I asked why it wasn't till 11 like stated on the website and was told it was a recent change. I also asked why I can still order breakfast then through the mobile app and 3rd party apps? She just blew me off and said she didn't know. read more

Don't order from Google maps. They wait to put in your order by at least half an hour. This means that everyone who shows up at the store and orders AFTER you did gets theirs first. Even if the store is dead and has Noone there u still have to wait half hour. Even tho the button on gmaps says 10 mons u don't find out you will be delayed half hour or more until aster you pay. No reason for it either. Modern tech knows how busy a shop is. read more

I love Panera as much as the next guy, but like the guy next to me, it took 40 minutes to get our food through the drive through. Great food -- not worth the wait. read more

Worst sandwich I have ever had in 59 yrs... I ordered the steak and white cheddar sandwich. Absolutely awful, bread was toasted burnt, about a dime size piece of cheese and maybe 2 small pieces of dried meat. Don't eat there. You will be disappointed. There always under staffed and the portions have gotten smaller for the price! Sometimes we want a little to long for food!

Please do not go to this location!!! I went in for a bacon egg and cheese. I got no bacon... so I went in to get it replaced. I got a cup of cold bacon an thats it! The disrespect I felt was astonishing! Never again will I go here. read more

I placed a pick up order at this location a couple times and my order always seems to be wrong. I get the pick two options, a sandwich and salad. I usually trust places enough where I can get my bag and go without checking but anymore. I order for my lunch break and this is the second time that something is missing or wrong. First time received the wrong sandwich and this recent time, today, they did not include any utensils or napkins. The bag was not checked properly because on the bag it said it was there. If you've ever got a meal that needed utensils and you went back to your office and it wasn't there then, you understand that it sucks. read more

Panera Bread automatically enrolled me into their coffee/tea subscription and I wasn't aware; I do not even drink Coffee or Tea. Everywhere in their site states they do not refund subscription. Will never go to this business ever again. They stole from me approximately $100. Hope there is an attorney out there to look into this issue as I can see there are several 1000s of people looking into the same topic I did. Not sure how many more that have not figured it out. read more

I'm only writing on this god forsaken website to address the simpleton reviews here. I only checked online to see what they still have available due to the pandemic, and was kinda shocked to see such vanilla baby whiny reviews. Ever since they opened this new location, I've been here multiple times BEFORE the pandemic, with -the fastest -most thorough -best tasting Drive thru food I've gotten in a while. They always ask for my membership info and are quick and easy to apply points even through the drive thru. NEED I REMIND YOU SELFISH PIGS HOW BAD THE PREVIOUS STORE WAS?! Also, this is a brand new location most likely with first time workers, how dare you people come on here acting holier than thou because you decided to come into any place of business right before close like an idiot, or any other dumb nit pick thing you think matters. Maybe I just got lucky with great fast experiences, certainly nothing to write home about, no? Nah. These workers deserve more credit especially for putting up with you people read more

I asked for a nutrition and allergy menu as I cannot have dairy. I was told by the person taking my order "I don't know let me get my manager". When the manager came over he said "what do you need about allergies". I said, "I would like to know if you have any dairy free options". He said "ummmm like what?" I said I'm open to anything, maybe a pastry or something. He told me "no we don't have any options". Thanks for the help...NOT!!! read more

ZERO STARS!! Ordered online first thing for breakfast they charge $4 delivery and already included a $3 tip. I order one item and a smoothie and they did not bring the right item. Ask left my food outside didn't knock or let me know it was dropped off. I called and talked to the manger and she couldn't do anything for me unless I DROVE to get it. Very unprofessional and unhelpful/rude. I paid $20 for delivery+food+tip and lost out and everything.. Order from the Panera off AVondale instead. I know I will not be returning to this Panera read more

Asked for bread, no bread. Also, asked if the pizza was good, bitch lied. Brought back memories from when I was in middle school. Nasty

This is by far the worst Panera I have been to. Very unprofessional staff as well. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but my order is messed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time, my salad did not come with all the ingredients (my avocado) and my chicken was still frozen! read more

Best to pass this location up until they can get their issues straightened out. New location just opened and we thought we would eat here tonight after months of waiting for them to build it. First thing, the customer operated touch screen would not take my debit card so we ordered at the counter (card worked fine). Second, we found a table to sit at with our order number and waited for our food. We waited and waited and waited some more. Third, after about 30 minutes I walked to the food counter to check on our order. I asked the women working the counter expediting the food from the kitchen if they still had our table order. She asked the girl in the kitchen if they had our order and no answer. I asked again and she asked the kitchen again and the girl said she had it. Woman expediting our food then never asked for a time frame nor did she turn to me to let me know it would be right out. After standing there still I returned to my seat thinking our food would be right out. Forth, From our table I could see food sitting on the counter but they were taking all the other orders around it out. 8 minutes later and other people that ordered after us getting our food my wife went back up to the food counter. She sees the food that we saw from our table sitting on the counter was ours with our table number. After another minute of her standing up at the counter my wife asks the women if she could just take our food as it was ours and we have been waiting 30 minutes. The women just said "oh yeah go ahead, no problem" and didn't even bother to help her. They were quick to get out the to-go orders and orders for delivery though it seemed. But we won't be back anytime soon! read more

Staff is so rude, entered a rapid order online. There is no instructions for pick up so I figured hey go through the drive thru. Lady working drive thru said very rudely "you aren't allowed to do that". I asked why and informed her that there were no instructions for pick up and she said that "It is really inconveniencing them because they would have to walk all the way to the other side of the restaurant." Are you freaking kidding me, so rather than accommodate the customer they made me wait behind the four other cars in the drive thru then park and go in. They also made a huge deal about a free cookie for signing up for the app. Freaking ridiculous will never come back. read more
