They remodeled this establishment and I am bummed about the new layout inside. It does not have that cozy and comfortable setting like it used to and the display cases do not speak "buy me" when looking at the food. Overall, it now feels sterile and generic and the seating is seems to be less. Additionally, I never order pick two anymore, especially for take out. The prices are not half and the portions are most always less than half. It is more bang for my buck to order a whole sandwich, salad or soup and split than to order a pick two. The portions for in restaurant seating are adequate, but not for take out. Often there is something missing, but that has improved over the months. Now, if I were to talk about the food itself...superb! I love the quality and freshness, so I do not mind paying a little more. This review will not prevent me from coming back, it is just my personal opinion. My only recommendation is purchase whole and split the food, save for leftovers or share with a family member. You will be more pleased to pay for full order because you feel you've got more for your cost. I mean, ask yourself where does McDonalds keep it's fryer? It's on the customer's left! Panera is fairly standard in its food so that's why I order the panini with soup. I got the turkey artichoke panini with a noodle soup. At this restaurant the panini was good, soup was bland and the cobblestone pastry was overly sweet and chewy. However, recently my sister brought me here and I happened to order the right thing. They have this pick 2 deal where you can decide between a salad and soup, soup and sandwich etc etc. none of it comes out to more than $13 bucks and it's filling, there is quality to the food and the place has a great atmosphere to relax in, study, catch up with a friend. This location apparently does not know what curbside delivery is. I placed an order thru the app and requested curbside. I parked in the designated parking area. I hit the "I'm here!" button in the app, got the usual automated reply of "someone will be out soon with your order!" and waited. And waited. Finally I gave up and went inside and it was at the self pickup rack. I'm fine going inside to pick up, but don't say you offer curbside, if you don't. And it wasn't just me. Another car parked in the designated curbside pickup area sat there and waited before going inside to retrieve their food as well. The food items were fine. I came to eat something relatively healthy after the gym and I got the bread bowl with chicken noodle. Unfortunately, this place closes at 9 so because it was close to closing, I couldn't eat in the dining room. I thought, it's cool. Everything should've been ok, but when I got my bowl, it was the bowl separate from the soup with a side of bread. On top of that, when I proceeded to pour the soup in the bowl, it wasn't even cut out completely and the cup they put the soup in didn't even fill the bowl. What kind of bs, cheap portion, lack of quantity or quality of food is this? If I wanted to make my bread bowl, I would've went to the dollar store and food for less and made one for less than half of what they charged. They've been doing this long enough, they should have portable,sealing container for the bowls, not a mini soup container that becomes trash after you use it. And no choice of side, such as an apple or fruit? Thanks for the extra carbs, I just tried to lose at the gym about an hour ago. I get during the pandemic, there was limited hours and all, but it's a Friday. As I read previous comments I'm not the only person that feels like their service is poor. I did a take out order through the app and again they could not complete the order properly. I was missing a sandwich, a bagel, and the spread. Please double check what you place in the bags before you hand it to the customer! I'm not the only person that had to go through this so I would think they would be practicing that. I called and let them know that they forgot a number of items so I drove back and I requested that they refund me for those items and they did. When I got the 3 items that were missing they were all squished inside a small paper bag. I attend this fine establishment with my best friend on Friday the 13th after a horrendous experience at Lily's nails and unlike my nail experience the food experience was great.
