I don't care what these reviews say. BEST PANERA I've EVER been too! This Panera is the whole package. Manager was greeting customers & helping on register when we arrived. Staff member greeted us as she wiped tables properly with sanitizer. Entire system worked flawlessly. Stations were extremely clean & stocked. I asked the staff member if there was any 2% milk instead of half & half for my coffee... & she responded, "would you like it cold or steamed?." My jaw dropped. I watched her wash her hands then come back with steamed milk. I wish all the Panera Beads were like this. Nothing sloppy about this location. Management is doing something right. Literally the WORST customer service out there. Every. Single. Time. It's insane. They do have good food and I enjoy the freshness but every time I attend this location they mess up our order. How is that even possible? We prefer to order Rapid Order pick and every single time it's wrong. And I mean wrong like missing a sandwich. Missing soup. Not just a missed ingredient. Although that happens plenty of times as well. They also are always out of stuff. My mom orders catering for work through them at this location and she said it has always been wrong as well. I come here every week at least once. Place an order for large barbecue Mac n Cheese. Every single time. Today's visit yielded 1/2 an order, I questioned it and stated I paid for a full order. They said it was the full. It was not. So to 'please me' they added a couple of extra Mac n Chese noodles to the plate. I questioned it again, and was told I was wrong, this was the large order. Everyone working was new, no familiar face, no manager to discuss with, and they just looked at each other clueless wen I discussed the issue that I am paying for a full meal and only received half. I have been to this location several times within two weeks. Sit at the same booth. The table and seats were full of crumbs. The floor was filthy too. Where the coffee and the cups are located under the counter is filthy. They need to sweep underneath it. It's horrible when you have to wipe your table and seating area off. Need to hire more people. The prices you charge for the food the place should be a lot cleaner. The cashier's are not very friendly. It's great they do recycle. I remember when they had people bring your food to you. The soup and hot chocolate needs to be hotter. Stop giving hard to eat bread with the soups. Where's the supervisor don't they see how filthy the place is. Hire people to come in and clean it. Just ordered Panera for the first time and we were beyond disappointed..5 minutes before delivery they texted us that they had no broccoli cheddar soup...I ordered a chicken sandwich based off the picture and it looked NOTHING like it!!! They've been having some issues with speed lately but I gave them some time to figure it out because COVID-19 changed the way they do business. The folks in the food prep area are zeroing customers off the board far before the orders are ready - I'm assuming to game their system and make it look like the food is being served faster than it is. I ordered at 7:24pm. My name was on the prep board then suddenly disappeared without being called so I kept waiting. At 7:44 I was called and noted that my second receipt (attached to food) said served at 7:33. Posting this because if I were management here (or customer service elsewhere) I would want to know my employees were doing this. I'm assuming those metrics exist for a specific reason. I went yesterday morning before my appointment to pick up a bagel and coffee and a wrap. It was a mobile order so no big deal.. just run in and out, I get there and it's not ready at the cubby but I had the email that it was. I go to the counter and ask and the lady working said, I just put it out there go look again. I said it's not because the shelf is empty so I know I didn't miss it. She gets up and goes to look at the shelf, it's not there. She turns to me and told me she made it. I made it again.. I look in the bag and it's the wrong bagel.. I turn to her and tell her you gave me blueberry. I ordered cinnamon.. she's like omg. The lack of service at this restaurant needs to be addressed along with their lack of attention to accuracy of the orders. I always have issues with mobile order here. I like the meals even though the Somewhat expensive with the always something out. And I'm talking about three out of the six times for takeout do you always leave something out. The service was beyond hospitable and genuine today, I always return here because of the cleanliness and well prepped food. Today because of the atrocities going on in Middle East , I was debating on a cup or bowl of my favorite soup (broccoli cheddar) . Curbside pickup took 30 minutes! There was nobody in the restaurant. Food was fine, it's Panera, but not worth the wait! Ugh

I love Panera. But the customer service here is terrible. I placed an online order today for curbside pickup. Order was placed at 1:44pm for 2:50pm pick up. Got there at 2:50. Waited in my car for a bit. Finally went up to the counter. I was told they did not have an order for that name. After pushing a little, the young girl asked if I was at the right location. I showed her my confirmation email. She went to ask her manager. Then came back with a print out of my order and said I ordered it for the wrong time??? The time she pointed at was labeled as "fulfillment time: 1:52pm". I'm pretty sure someone was about to start my order and realized my pick up time, and my order was lost in the shuffle. I showed her my confirmation showed the 2:50pm pick up time. She didn't seem to care much. She then said "well we're out of that soup, do you want something else?" At that point I asked to cancel my order. I had to ask to get a manager to get me a copy of my canceled order to make sure I am not charged, since this you girl's idea of a receipt that showed canceled was a copy of my "ordering details". I love Panera and i will continue to go here only because of their food and it's right down the street from me. If your thinking of visiting here are some key points to think of when coming here. -parking is a nightmare. It's a hit or a miss but most of the time you have to park by Starbucks and walk over. - I came in this morning to pick up my rapid pick up and apparently someone took my food. This didn't seem surprising to them because they just refunded me my money and said someone must have taken it. The manager was already dealing with someone trying to get an extra smoothie for free because it was apparently wrong and because of that madness i ended up getting the short end of the customer service experience in trying to help me locate my food. The girl working felt bad that i was standing there for 20 minutes so she gave me a smoothie that they messed up. It seems this location is just ghetto with the crowd that comes to it for someone to be complaining about a smoothie mess up and my food being stolen. So just be warned there are some cons to coming to this one. read more

They remodeled this establishment and I am bummed about the new layout inside. It does not have that cozy and comfortable setting like it used to and the display cases do not speak "buy me" when looking at the food. Overall, it now feels sterile and generic and the seating is seems to be less. Additionally, I never order pick two anymore, especially for take out. The prices are not half and the portions are most always less than half. It is more bang for my buck to order a whole sandwich, salad or soup and split than to order a pick two. The portions for in restaurant seating are adequate, but not for take out. Often there is something missing, but that has improved over the months. Now, if I were to talk about the food itself...superb! I love the quality and freshness, so I do not mind paying a little more. This review will not prevent me from coming back, it is just my personal opinion. My only recommendation is purchase whole and split the food, save for leftovers or share with a family member. You will be more pleased to pay for full order because you feel you've got more for your cost. The restaurant was dirty, and pretty empty. I was wondering why every table that was open had food on it along with trash around it. Kinda disappointed when we walked in and were told before we ordered that they were out of four different foods including their French Baguette. I figured a big restaurant chain like Panera Bread would have a manager or someone in charge of making sure that there was enough food supply to last through the whole day. There were people in the restaurant who weren't eating, but instead just sleeping. I took the liberty of taking a picture. Kinda looked like a homeless encampment.
