One time, I brought my mom, and she enjoyed it as well. They have a small dining area. Each time I have come, I order and either my food is brought to my car, or I wait for it. I am not a fan of the garlic bread, but that is personal preference. The pasta is great. I also opted out of a salad this time. They come with pepperoni on them and I don't eat pork. I have also had two desserts. They are very rich. Both were good. I did a chocolate cake, which had raspberry or strawberry something in the middle. I didnt know this at the time I purchased. I ate around that. The other item was a smore's cake. It was good as well. I will return.

If you haven't been there I highly recommend that you give Potbelly a try real soon...preferably on Thursday or Friday between noon & 2:00 pm for some great lunchtime music!

We had cheese enchiladas and shrimp fajitas, and they were both fresh and well cooked. One suggestion: Offer a half-portion of fajitas. The shrimp fajitas are my favorite thing on the menu, but I hesitate to order them because I know I can't finish the whole thing. I think a smaller portion would increase sales and allow guests to try a greater variety of dishes. Thanks!

An hour before closing time, the servers are neglecting all of the tables so they can move furniture around and clean up. It's super disruptive and rude. Then about 15 minutes before closing they all the sudden become your best friend as they constantly come by your table to hint that you should leave - saying things like "anything else you need?". This is not just one instance. We've had this happen several times, and hear the same complaint from other people. We still come here, but often choose the Fenton rd location instead - to avoid the abuse from the Swartz creek staff. And there was one time where they really out did themselves when our waitress came over to let us know that we were the last customer and that they wanted to go home. This was 15 minutes before closing time. I assume she was the night manager.

The street tacos the barbacoa one I got was nothing but fat and onions. The al pastor was all pineapple and hardly any meat. Lots of seating and bar area and plenty of parking. Not especially cheap either and the tea I asked for two different ice teas because you could see right through it and it tastes like water and both of them were the exact same. Server did not come back very often and didn't seem to understand what I was requesting when I asked for more salsa or a replacement tea. I definitely won't be back and I hate to say that. The ambience is so so there was no one there so it's hard to gauge. Call this for a cool $70 for two people for lunch. Not a fan.

The first issue that I had was the amount of chicken that I was given. Normally the chicken serving is pre-measured into a paper dish - at least it is that way at every other Subway I've ever been to. Here they used a small scoop to measure out a small amount onto a piece of paper that they put in the microwave. The chicken serving did not even cover the bun in a single layer. Usually the veggies loaded on the sandwich make it a very satisfying meal. At this store the girl was so skimpy with the veggies that I couldn't even see if she had put lettuce on it. I asked her for a bit more lettuce please and she looked at me with a surprised expression and said "you want more lettuce"???? I said yes please. She did put more lettuce on the sandwich, but the sandwich was still pretty skimpy. I would say that you are not getting your money's worth at this location.

Our server eventually came over with menus, and then it took another 7-ish minutes before we could even order. It wasn't even that busy, which made it more confusing. The miso soup was actually good, lots of seaweed and scallions, love that. But the spoon?? Tiny handle, thick base, and weirdly hot to hold. I felt like I was fighting it the whole time. The crab rangoon though? Delicious. Super creamy filling, not overly crunchy on the outside (which I personally prefer). And the dipping sauce was more on the liquid side, which honestly worked because it coated the rangoon really well instead of just sitting there like jelly. We didn't get side plates. At first they brought out a fork and knife instead of chopsticks (those showed up later with the sushi). Not a huge deal, just... odd. The soy sauce tasted old and STRONG strong. And the bottle was dirty, which didn't help. The floors were also sticky, my shoes were literally sticking on the way out. The whole place smelled like grease and now my jacket does too. Love that for me. Rolls: * Spider Roll - way too many scallions and kind of a weird flavor. * Shrimp Tempura Roll - actually very good, no notes. * Hellfire Roll - nice spicy kick and HUGE. Each piece was basically two bites. The worst part? I left with pretty bad stomach cramps, and these are super normal rolls for me that I order all the time elsewhere. There were a couple decent moments, but between the slow service, sticky floors, questionable soy sauce, and how I felt after... I probably won't be back. Or maybe just grab carry out and stick to simple rolls and those crab rangoons. If I left smelling like fryer oil (one of my biggest pet peeves) and clutching my stomach, I am not handing out 3 stars.
