Great service, quick meal prep and nice dining area. The cashier was super sweet. Food is consistent and delicious as normal for any Panera.

Rewards, gift cards, or the internet were not working, but they could take your credit card for payment. The uninspired cashier failed to give me a receipt so I could enter my rewards later online. Breakfast was good and served timely. The dining area was large but loud--dirty bathroom. I probably would go to the Grand Blanc one next time.

My mom wanted to go out to lunch today, and she wanted to come to Panera. It's been a while since I've been to a Panera. I got the broccoli and cheddar soup with the chicken frontega sandwich. I saw a sign by the sandwich saying "it's back" so I'm glad. That was always my go to sandwich. Anyway, this location seemed very clean. The dining room was clean. In some locations, you would see dishes stacked, but not in here. Our lunch was good! We enjoyed!

This place is pretty fantastic. They only took 4 minutes for our food to come out. Hot and fresh. The tables were a bit dirty. That's why I only have 4 stars. But other than that.. I definitely recommend for fresh food, fast service...

Consistent dining experience. I'm so glad they finally opened a Panera closer to my home. I like Panera, even though I'm not too fond of chains, but this one is alright. I never wait in a long line at this particular Panera and the food is always consistent, even if it is just a "fast casual" dining environment. For me, I like their sandwiches and soups, particularly the tomato basil and vegetable pesto soup varieties. The potato soup is also quite nice. The mac and cheese is also pretty savory, but even the full order isn't that big, but it does come with a baguette on the side. Beyond soups and sandwiches, they have great bakery items, like cinnamon rolls, brownies and loaves of Asiago cheese bread. I don't love that the "fast casual" atmosphere makes it practically feels like fast food, just at a slightly heightened level. It's affordable, but more expensive than fast food and for that, you get to stand in line (or hit the drive-through) and grab a buzzer to wait for your order, go pick it up at the window and then dispose of the trash yourself. Like I said, I'm not a fan of the whole "fast casual" philosophy, but the food is pretty consistent and I've never waited in a long line for my order either inside or the drive-through at this location. The drive-through is pretty thorough and seems on top of things. As for the inside, the dining room is clean, with plenty of seating and an electric fireplace to warm up the atmosphere, and they have reliable free Wi-Fi, which makes it an attraction for people working during lunch on their laptops. Overall, I'd give it 3.7 stars.

We had cheese enchiladas and shrimp fajitas, and they were both fresh and well cooked. One suggestion: Offer a half-portion of fajitas. The shrimp fajitas are my favorite thing on the menu, but I hesitate to order them because I know I can't finish the whole thing. I think a smaller portion would increase sales and allow guests to try a greater variety of dishes. Thanks!

An hour before closing time, the servers are neglecting all of the tables so they can move furniture around and clean up. It's super disruptive and rude. Then about 15 minutes before closing they all the sudden become your best friend as they constantly come by your table to hint that you should leave - saying things like "anything else you need?". This is not just one instance. We've had this happen several times, and hear the same complaint from other people. We still come here, but often choose the Fenton rd location instead - to avoid the abuse from the Swartz creek staff. And there was one time where they really out did themselves when our waitress came over to let us know that we were the last customer and that they wanted to go home. This was 15 minutes before closing time. I assume she was the night manager.

In addition to cold sandwiches there are very tasty sandwiches from the grill. This was my first visit to this location and it couldn't have been better. A person was cleaning around the beverage station and I could tell my table had just been wiped. Today I arrived early, let them know my pick up name, and told them I knew I was early and it was fine to wait. Well 6 minutes past my pickup time now (I've been here for 15 minutes now), the business has gotten busier so I decided to go up to the counter and ask about it, was ignored while she asked the lady behind me her name, gave her her order, then I said "do you know if mine is ready?" And she was like "what was the name again" and it was ready and sitting there for minutes and I went completely ignored. I also asked for tomato and onion on only half, there was tomato on half but onion on the whole thing. So that was wrong, which happened last time as well. I work in food service so I understand it gets busy and sometimes things can be forgotten, but time and time again is not ok! Food is always great but service can be better.

Chips were chewy and stale. And excuse me!!! $8.99 for a small cup of queso?! What!! Also $4.25 for a tea or Coke with no refills. The beef enchiladas barely had any meat in it the chicken enchiladas had two pieces of white breast and neither had flavor....no flavor the salsa taste just like tomatoes had no flavor at all all the portions were small, the rice was waxy it just was not good. The street tacos the barbacoa one I got was nothing but fat and onions. The al pastor was all pineapple and hardly any meat. Lots of seating and bar area and plenty of parking. Not especially cheap either and the tea I asked for two different ice teas because you could see right through it and it tastes like water and both of them were the exact same. Server did not come back very often and didn't seem to understand what I was requesting when I asked for more salsa or a replacement tea. I definitely won't be back and I hate to say that.
