I've been coming here for the past few days now as I spend time in Findlay while on call for work. Both the cashiers Emily and Erica have been friendly, warm and welcoming. The food is fresh, warm (if it needs to be) and tastes great. They are taking all precautions during the COVID 19 crises and enforce their policies in a firm yet friendly way. From what I could see the whole their entire staff is hard working, dedicated and do an excellent job. Definitely wish more places performed at this level of excellence and service. read more

Second Sunday in a row I order 7 pastries and instead of being carefully boxed, shoved into a bag, smashing and breaking some of the chocolate croissants! Manager must not be around on weekends. I like to come here for a salad every so often. Today, I thought I would splurge and get a single normal sized cookie, until the cashier said $2.79 each! I was absolutely floored. I understand capitalism and the desire to make a profit, but I'm sorry, that is straight-up avarice of the highest order! This is one of the worst Paneras I have ever visited. When I walked in today, the restaurant was nearly empty. Despite this, it took 3-4 minutes before the person working acknowledged me standing at the register. As I was placing my order, I was struck by the fact that they were out of almost all of their baked goods, other than the sweet items in the counter. They had a handful of bagels and a few loaves of bread. This is not an isolated incident. Regardless of the time of day, they usually have very few items to choose from. Once my order was placed, I went to find a seat. This proved to be difficult, not because the restaurant was full, but because the dining room was filthy. More than half of the tables had not been wiped down. The floor was covered in crumbs. High chairs were scattered at various tables. The Drink station was covered in spilled soda and tea. Next to the tables in the back dining section, they store the hand vacuums and have a computer workstation that is very dirty and unsightly. Worst of all, the rear of the restaurant had a faintly acrid odor. Later, when I went to the men's room, I found the source of the odor. The restroom smelled like a pit toilet. Today's visit is similar to other visits at other times of the day. Cleaning does not seem to be a high priority at this Panera. For the price of an average meal, I encourage you to try one of the many other restaurants in the area. When I spend $8-10 for lunch, I would at least like the restaurant to be clean. read more

This Panera has in the last few months become under staffed and poorly managed. Example today, I went to get bagels and there were 7 people waiting and only 1 casher and no one came to help. In addition the garbage is by the casher and smelled. I had never noticed it before because someone had regularly emptied it. In the past I enjoyed this Panera 3-4 times a wk and now avoid it unless I'm desperate for bagels. read more

The person working the counter was also running food out to customers. I ordered a toasted bagel and yogurt with fruit. She handed me the yogurt, my coffee cup and a pager. Telling me they would bring me the bagel. The yogurt cup wasn't a yogurt cup-- it was a fruit cup. Went to tell them about the mistake. Had a huge line. Decided to tell the person that brought my bagel to me. 10 minutes later my bagel was delivered. Young lady brought my the yogurt cup. The toasted bagel was room temp. Butter didn't melt etc. End of the world no. Disappointed that I drove 15 mile out of my way for a cold bagel... read more

Generally Panera is a great go-to. Today was less than stellar. Not once but twice did I have to request a CLEAN spoon! Same Parnera menu. I think that's very good. Versatile, lots of choices. Love the pick 2 menu option! If I want dessert, Panera has great cookies, brownies, danish and lattes! I also like to go to Panera just to pick up bagels and cream cheese. My only complaint is I wish they were cheaper but if they were much cheaper they would be in the fast food range and I'm sure the food wouldn't be good. This visit I had black bean soup and the cup was a good portion. The country bread on my turkey sandwich was really good. One of the reasons I love Panera is because if you want plain--they have it. If you want specialty cheeses and dried fruit on your salad-they have it. This location does bring your food to you in the dining room which I have not experienced at other locations. Very disappointed time and time again at this location. Overpriced food and small portions. $4.80 for 1/2 sandwich. Salad that has cardboard tomatoes that shouldn't be served and oh no avocado's for the featured salad. And filthy booths and bathroom. Horrible. read more

Not the best panera bread I've been too. Food was sloppy and thrown together. Forgot to give me a spoon.

I placed an order for delivery, and it arrived 15 minutes past the estimated latest delivery time (I'm less than 1 mile away). I ordered an iced coffee and received an empty cup! I called to be refunded for a drink that I did not receive, and the employee proceeded to tell me I had to go to the location to get a refund. I can't leave work during business hours as I am the only person to run my business. This is totally out of my way as I have a truck and trailer, and I have a dog that would have to wait in the car for this to be resolved. Needless to say I will never order from Panera again. I almost forgot to mention, my food was cold when it was delivered. read more

After not visiting this location for 2 years because of their poor service I decided to give it another try. Ny food took 15 minutes who'd I'd say is a little long but not horrible. I then asked about not getting a baguette with my soup and they told me I had to add that on. Since when have you had to pay extra to get a baguette with soup!? I then told them how at a different location I went to a couple weeks ago they gave me a baguette without needing to ask (I ordered the exact same thing both times). The guy continued to lecture me how it doesn't come with a baguette and you have to add that on. It's okay for him to tell me that if that's actually how it works but if they had good customer service you would think they would say "I'll give you a baguette this time but make sure you add it on next time". Its not like I was asking for my whole meal to be free, it's just a. Baguette that they will probably throw out at the end of the day, but instead he continued to explain to me how I had to add it on and I didn't end up with one. It's been about 2 years since income to the findlay location and I can guarantee you it'll be at least another 2 years until I go to it again and waste my time and money. read more

Its Panera. This might be the only Panera that i have been to where they give you a number and bring the food to you. I am curious to why but it is kind of nice. I went twice while I was in Findlay. One time for a Bagel and Wi-Fi and the other time to meet someone for lunch. Panera is a great spot to meet acquaintances, business lunches, or strangers because you order your own food and then sit down to chat. It is casual enough but not fast food. I like the Interior and they are a great place for working on your computer. They actually have computers there (if they work, i don't know). I chose the You Pick two and the Broccoli soup was good. The sandwich seemed to go light on the meat, cheese, or toppings. I felt like I had more open bread than I remember from other Paneras. It looks like either they aren't trained to fill the sandwich or the manager has tightened his profit margin. I would stick with soup and bagels here. read more

I ordered online at 11:30. My food said it was on its way at 11:55 and will get to my house from 12:04 to 12:14. I got my food at 12:50. An hour later than it said it was on its way. When I opened my food it was freezing cold. I would not recommend ordering online. read more

Nom, nom, nom. Panera is predictable but always fresh and tasty; this location is no exception. I'm currently seriously into half soup and sandwich combos. The tomato soup and the mushroom soup are my favorites. The ham sandwich and the grilled fontina cheese are my top picks for sandwiches. For some reason this location seems to always be busy and crowded. I disagree with Troy S in one aspect, many Panera locations deliver your food to the table. This location is one of the participants in that very welcome behavior. read more

I love Panera, but this location is not the best. My salad and sandwich were thrown together. I was given no fork.

I went to Panera bread because i seen the tv commercial about their salads so i wanted to try them. I ordered a salad and a fruit cup neither of which were fresh. The salad pieces had brown pieces on the ends which everyone knows is a sign that the salad has been sitting around too long. The fruit had similar signs of aging. The outer pieces of the fruit were dried out. This will be my last visit i ever go to a Panera Bread. Very poor. read more

Findlay Panera used to be a great place to eat and hangout. Used to be. Now it is filthy in the dining area. Everything is worn and dingy looking. The staff used to care about the customers and a quality dining experience. Now, the staff borders on rude most times. The food is supposed to be quality. Though it is prepared haphazardly and thrown together. Most times sandwiches don't come with all items as described on the menu, like they just forgot or wanted to taunt me by not putting cheese on my sandwich. If I am looking to be reliably disappointed and angry, this is a must stop spot. read more

They stated that they cancelled my online order and that I would have the money back in my account, but I had to communicate to corporate to get my money back. It took over 2 weeks to get my money back. I felt that they didn't care about the customer in this instance. read more

Absolutely filthy. Arrived at 5:45pm. About 7 people eating there. At dinner hour? Then I looked around. The tables, floor and chairs were dirty. Ground food into carpet, empty cups and straws laying on floor, greasy finger prints on vinyl seats. I've loved Panera all my life, and it's been a staple of eating out for lunch of mine for years. When I moved to Findlay, I was thrilled to find that there was a Panera here, since this city is lacking in so many other chain stores and restaurants I usually frequent. However, it seems like every time I come here for food there is a mistake with my order. One time I changed my mind on the 99-cent bakery item, which was apparently tricky for the cashier to add back on but she said it was fine, and then after she added it my total went up by $5 and she didn't notice, and swiped my card anyway. When I pointed out the error, she corrected it with the help of a manager. The hazelnut coffee frequently has grounds in the bottom, which I've mentioned to staff several times, but it keeps happening. The cashiers almost always forget to ask if I'd like bread, apple, or chips, and then the kitchen (or maybe the cashier?) seems to choose at random for me whenever I forget to specify. That should be an automatic question with every order. They also sometimes forget to ask me if I'd like the 99-cent bakery item, and I have to ask for it. Once in the drive through and once in-house, I ordered a Ceasar salad and in the drive-through I got (and was charged more for) a fuji apple salad, and in-house I received a classic salad. When I get a turkey bravo with no bacon, half the time it comes out with bacon anyway, and sometimes when I've returned it, I've been met with annoyed looks, and a new sandwich that is put together hastily and sloppily. To their credit, employees have fixed every mistake I have come across (except the masses of grounds in the coffee), but it would be nice to have to stop dealing with them at all, since I will continue to eat here, as I do love the food and the hazelnut coffee. read more

Been there tons, food is always ok, nothting great, always looks better than it takes. First time for breakfast today. Staff was rude, grunted at me, when i asked if my pickup order was ready after a long wait. As i was told my name would be called and it wasn't, i went up to the counter. I come here often to kill time and eat. They have great food at Ok prices. Get's pricey on some things. Other than price the other downfall of this Panera location is there wifi. It's usually so bad I have to hotspot my phone. It lets you on for a while then kicks you off. And it's pretty slow. If they had better internet I would give 4 1/2 stars. But they don't and I've mentioned it on their facebook page and they said they would check in to it. I'm sure they did but it still stinks. read more

I love Panera. The broccoli cheese soup is spectacular and the salads are amazing.....but not without dressing. Since I was on my lunch hour and took it back to the office, I couldn't go back for the dressing. The employee who took my call didn't really seem to care :( read more

This is my favorite place to go have a snack and work on my computer. It's clean and the food is always delicious.
