As I turned around the other employee said "wait, that's not right." I agreed. Then he found my order and when I sat down the fries were cold, absolutely no warmth at all. So, I asked for a refund for the fries that I never got and they gave me back $2.12 but not one word of explanation or apology for the multiple mix-ups.
