I find this Panera location hit or miss. Quality vs price I don't think align at all. The chicken is always that strange pre-sliced bagged type. And it just seems like overall quality has gone down. This place is a disaster. Went in and tried to get a sandwich and sub the croissant toast bread they were offering and I was told "I can't there isn't a button for that." I told them I'm happy to pay an up charge and maybe just ask the guys putting it together to put it on the right bread, He then goes, "it's too busy." I looked around thinking he was joking, because the place was totally dead. We drive out of our way past the terrible Victor Panera to come to this location. The food has always been very good and the service at least adequate. There have been a few times when we had to wait quite a while for our food but in maybe 15 visits that happened two or three times at most. Clean place with friendly staff. Most recent experience was less than enjoyable. Ordered the new Spicy Take chicken sandwich and it looked nothing like the display photos. It was pounded out chicken with a splash of sauce and other toppings. It was very bland and boring tasting, would not recommend. Mac n Cheese was good as always, drinks were good. I always go to Panera Bread for years until I moved to Rochester. I have not gone that often. Today's the time I have the opportunity to check out. I have noticed the menu has changed so much over years which is good to see they have meet people's expectations. The layout in the restaurant looks more roomy and nice for casual gatherings and etc. very organized as well. If you want to order and have them delivered which you can!!! You'd need to get a reward card to get free stuff and able to see what you have ordered in the past if you happen to like the specific food. The medical office I work has a standing order for bagels that are supposed to come every Tuesday. When they didn't come today, the business assistant called to find out why and the manager she spoke with had no idea what she was talking about. He was rude and not willing to work with her at all. She asked if she could still get them and he said yes and that they would have them delivered. Over an hour later, we still hadn't gotten them and she called back and the same manager stated that the catering person was off this week and they would be unable to deliver them. I ordered lunch for 6 people on the app. The food was great and the ordering process was very convenient, but the packaging and delivery was not. I was notified the order had arrived, so I put down my work and went to the door. No one was there. Eventually I called the restaurant and was told they use a delivery service and I should call them. I told the person on the phone the only number given to call was the restaurant. The employee was very nice but could only suggest I wait a little longer. Eventually I had a phone call from the Door Dash employee delivering. The GPS had her at a totally different location and it wasn't even the road I put into my order for delivery! She was 8m away from my location but the app announced to me that my food had been delivered. When the food arrived it was still warm but nothing was labeled at all. I had to go through 6 orders belonging to 6 different people with a pandemic going on, and try not to touch anyone's food. My advice for Panera would be to always label food, especially sandwiches, so contact can be kept to a minimum. read more

It's a Panera, so it's not like the food varies much from each different location. This one stands out to me for their awesome patio and the fact that they have a drive-through window. Also, they were handing out free cookies to people standing in line! That always wins me over ... Unfortunately the salad I ordered was over-saturated with dressing. I did however notice the sparse number of bakery items available, and it's only Noon, on a Tuesday. Looking at other reviews this looks to be common at this location. This is a place that is very relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. There is a nice cozy fireplace in the wall and nice color and decor in this Panera. The prices do seem a bit high and not completely sold on the quality of ssndwiches. read more

Management needs to reassess their priorities. Just now a manager literally interrupted me attempting to place my order to ask the cashier if she could cover some upcoming shifts. I had to stand there and wait while the two of them hashed this out right there at the cash register. I must have been visibly and/or audibly annoyed after a few minutes, because the eventually the manager looked up at me, said she was sorry, and then went right back to what she was doing with the cashier. The new turkey cranberry panini is delicious if only they put some actual ingredients on the bread. I was extremely disappointed with my to-go sandwich. I did speak with the manager. He offered a refund and blamed corporate...saying they follow their guidelines. Dining room is always dirty. Always running out of baked goods. Drive thru a disaster as they always forget something. So frustrating to get home only to find out they've messed up the order. Fast service and consistently good food. Breads, meats, sweets always seem fresh and tasty. Sometimes the drive thru gets backed up at peak times, but even then moves fairly quickly. Have been a frequent guest and will continue to do so! read more

I generally LOVE Panera, but this one seems to suffer from poor management. In particular, I love Panera's Asiago Bagle Breakfast sandwich. The only problem is that their panini maker (grill) has uneven heat resulting in BURNT sandwiches. I;ve complained about this several times (mostly via their "Panera Listens" site) yet the problem continues! Earlier this year I tried one of their new pastas - it also was disappointing (soggy pasta). I completed a on-line survey on the pastas and checked the box for them to contact me. Never happened! This morning I went out of my way by 20 minutes only because I wanted soup. I placed my order, a simple order. There was 6 employees that I saw. One was making my bagel sandwich, which was so soggy I threw it away. Another finally asked about my soup order and that they didn't have any.
