    Big ass cucumbers
    Phuong L.

Ordered a full size sandwich and a full size salad. When I got back to work, the 2 sides of French bread wasn't in there and missing utensils. I checked the front of the bag and the worker checked off that everything was in the bag. Clearly everything was NOT in my bag. Look at these big ass slices of cucumbers! It's bigger than a tea can. How am I suppose to eat them?! Definitely need a wide mouth for these. And since they didn't put utensils in my bag, I can't cut them up. It literally takes a few seconds to double check a bag to make sure everything is correct.

Placing a mobile order is pointless now, because of Covid, you still have to wait in line and ask for your food. I have the Unlimited Sips membership, and often order just a drink. 9 times out of 10, my cup isn't sitting out for me, and I have to wait in line to ask for a cup. There is no hot water container for customers; you have to ask an employee for hot water. They're always running out of pastries and bakery items. They put their lemonade away about 2 hours before close, which is frustrating as well. You then have to get an employee to go to the back to get your drink. They've been very unorganized for at least the past year!

The nearly $10 bagel with tuna.

Normally I have a good time here. Yes I expect Panera Bread to be a bit more on the higher end for sandwiches and such. I look at them as more of THE major coffee chain version of soups and sandwiches, so yeah it's higher prices. But, even understanding that, imagine my shock at the nearly $10.00 bagel (pictures attached). After speaking with the manager and general manager, I was told that it was done correctly, and yes I am going to eat it. It better be a kick butt tuna salad in an equally butt kicking bagel. As I am always interested in being fair, I did expect the cost of things here to expensive. I always do like the taste of the food, and frankly have not been disappointed, even going so far as enjoying the leftovers. And I do so love the sourdough bread bowls, not just for the novelty of them (come on, a bread bowl? That is always neat, no matter how many times I have them.), but I am pretty picky about sourdough and Panera DOES get pretty close to what I would consider the ideal sour dough bread and I have never been disappointed. Back to the sandwich. It's an everything bagel with tuna. It has the tomato, lettuce and onion plus tuna. The tuna filling (if you've never had it here) is a bit on the sweet side but that's due to the relish in the tuna salad. Relish is not something *I* would use, but I learned long ago that it's a common ingredient in tuna salad. Not off putting at all, but I felt it was important to add that just in case there is someone who has never had relish in tuna. All in all it's a good sandwich, but it isn't nearly $10.00 good. Part of my confusion, I think, is that for me the menu is a tad difficult to decipher. Perhaps something I could have done would have been to ask about that before I finished my order, or as the cashier is getting ready to finalize the order she/he could read it back WITH prices. At any rate, this is a decent sandwich at a very high cost, and when I brought it up to the manager and general manager here, I essentially received "we made your order right." Not exactly the right phrase to make an issue better or help a customer out. That's why I gave it a two star. Decent/good food is one thing but resolving issues is critical. Offer choices, ask more probing questions, explain the process in the back, assure me that I got a good value for what I spent. Not much of that was done well or at all.

Based on the reviews (2 stars at the time of this writing) it would appear this Panera has had a rather rough go of it. But, luckily for me, that was not my experience. I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat early in the morning as I was heading back to Indy and decided to stop in. I went with simple egg and bacon bagel sandwich and wasn't disappointed. It was ready quickly, tasted fine and the service was polite and friendly. And it gets bonus points for being close to the interstate and having plenty of parking. Not really sure what all the fuss is about but I had a very pleasant visit. Yeah, I'd swing back by if given the chance.

What a complete disappoint. Came to this Panera location and order some sandwiches for family members in the hospital and this location fell super short of my expectations. I ordered the New Tuscan sandwich and got some type of sandwich that I could have made for less than $5.99. The sandwich was bland and the bread was hard as croutons. This was crouton sandwich. I also ordered the Modern Caprese sandwich. This also feel short of expectations for $5.99. The sandwich barely had any cheese or tomatoes on it. The bread was super hard and crunchy like croutons. Subway could save better sandwiches than this Panera location. Super disappointed and I completed wasted my money. The sandwich was not even close to the image advertised or shown on the order screen. They show images to entice consumers but in actuality disappointed in the execution and the content of the sandwiches. Wow how can they sell something in an image only to make a sandwich that did not meet the visuals on their menu screen. I highly do not recommend this location or the sandwich that they falsely advertised. Save your money and go else where otherwise you will be wasting your time and money.

Great location on 70 just before 75 exchange. Got the corn chowder and Chipotle chicken sandwich that's good!

My order for soup and this bread with a little flavor defiantly was not worth 30 dollars

The service was also very good and we never had to wait long for anything. Now the food was a different story. While everything was good, the for was absolutely amazing! I had the prime rib kabob. The meat was flavored perfectly and e rice was cooked exactly right. My last had cream chicken that was also outstanding. My favorite was the red sauce dipping sauce. Just delicious. I know this was a challenge because another couple rolled up after us and also said "oh we are also looking for this place!" Second - service was... not great. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes before anyone even came to take our drinks order - and this was after I stared at the bar for a long time. The tables on either sides... waited a long time for checks and table did not even get cleared for a good 30 to 40 minutes after they left. We had to request extra utensils.. the table only had a set for 2, and they sat the three of us. Towards the end, we ordered our desert to go and the check just so that we would not be stuck waiting... Third? Food is indeed amazing and delish! Their hummus was yummy. I loved my turkish soda with watermelon and strawberry. The tea was good. My husband tried the turkish tea - it was good.. my kebab meal originally did not come with rice - so i ordered a side of it. Important to mention because the rice is freakin delicious a. It was sooo aromatic - like I wantwd to eat two servings of it. Get it if you love rice. Husbands steak was a little chewier than he liked, but he agreed the rice was so good. Overall the food itself meth the expectations that other reviewers put. The service has room for improvement. I would definitely like to come back and give the last star for service..

The restaurant is bright, cheery, and welcoming with a nice variety of seating styles and sizes. The majority of the menu focuses on sandwiches, salads, and snacks. There's a cold case along the front of the ordering area where you can select your own cold drinks (juices, soda, coffee, water), salads, and the like. Sandwiches are made to order and include a nice variety of cold selections and then there is also a daily special, which was a very good buffalo chicken sandwich with pepperjack, lettuce, tomato, and onion, and came with a side (we opted for chips) on the day of our visit. We also ordered cheese quesadillas (also an option of chicken). As one might expect based on the audience, there are also a selection of kids meals designed for kids 8 and under. These come with Goldfish, applesauce, and a juice box and choice of half a sandwich: grilled cheese, ham and cheese, or pbj; or 2 piece chicken tenders. Their handmade desserts change daily and are displayed on a sandwich board up front - there was a nice selection of items like cookies and no-bake treats that we saw. The staff were friendly and efficient and kept the line moving.
