Nearly every drive through has resulted in the wrong order in my bag, but I was dumb enough to try it again. Ordered green goddess Cobb salad with chicken as part of pick2. Got home and ended up with a green seasonal salad. Receipt said call mgr if your order in incorrect...Called and asked for mgr, after 2sep staffers put me on hold I hung up after 10 min, called back. Finally was put in touch with Mgr Alyssa who told me how to get delivery for correct salad, for which I was grateful. Here is the salad she sent me after confirming that she personally checked it before delivery. Called her again re the rotten avacado she placed on top of salad, her response was they all look that way during this season, I'm sorry. Really? I use to order for pick up from here all the time. But the last few times they haven't been too great. And the customer service was worse. From not putting the avocados on my sandwich, forgetting my salad dressing and baguette with my soup I am taking a break. If you complain it seems they don't care. I am taking a break from here. I've gotten dessert from here three times. First time they got it right, second time I ordered a chocolate chip muffie and they gave me a full sized pumpkin muffin instead. Third time I ordered a fudge brownie and they gave me a pastry with chocolate drizzled on it instead. But what really gets me is that after those two experienced back after back, today I ordered a chipotle chicken avocado melt with EXTRA avocado. They charged me for the extra avocado, but there was absolutely no avocado on this sandwich whatsoever. They're allowing me to go in and get a new one but I still find this extremely unprofessional and it doesn't justify the poor service. Since this restaurant is fairly knew I assume the staff they've hired just doesn't know what they're doing. Maybe once it's been here for awhile the staff will get better at their jobs or they'll hire better people but even so it doesn't make their mistakes okay. read more

So, we got the tortilla chicken soup, which was given to us cold. We've got the chicken noodle soup, which was also cold. We got the classic grilled cheese sandwich which, in fairness, is typically made with sliced Velveta fake cheese and, guess what! No disappointment here in that it was also made with sliced velveta fake cheese. Not tasty. On the upside, the lattes were delightful and the bread was tasty. read more

The food was fine. The restaurant lobby and seating area were dirty. The service was slow even though the place was empty.

I've never eaten at Panera Bread before and was looking forward to the experience while traveling from NM to Maryland. The food was okay, but the service was terrible! I ordered two hot drinks and had to go to the counter where the person in the kitchen told me they forgot. They got one of the drinks ready. After waiting another 10 minutes I went to the counter again. I was told again that they forgot. I stood at the counter until someone finally made it. 20 minutes before closing time one of the employees brought out big containers and started draining the lemonades. My husband asked the lady if it was okay to refill his lemonade and she ignored him. Other customers were coming in and were attempting to get lemonade that they had just purchased and they were treated the same way. read more

This Panera is the worst I've been to. I would like to patronize area businesses however it seems though this area business needs an overhaul. The front staff taking he order seemed as if she could care less she was there and no greeting whatsoever when I first entered the door. The line staff were slow and acted as they didn't have a clue or didn't care about giving at least good service. Some people talked more than work and there was someone who had a chronic cough working as well. The food not great at all. Warm soup, cold hard sandwich and just plain gross. I believe Panera should have an age minimum of 19 to work there. Most of the staff were in high school and didn't give a crap. Other Panera restaurants an elsewhere seem to be better overall. read more

Very poor service. Submitted a nine-lunch order (business meeting) at 9:05 am for a noon pick up. At 12:05pm the order had not been started! Half an hour later it was ready. Really messed up the business meeting schedule. Will not patronize Panera again. read more

Poor service and horrible food. I had not been at this one and I must say the service was slow and one thing I order was grilled cheese. How can you mess up grilled cheese? They did. I work in Englewood and use to be a loyal customer. Pick up and delivery. I called the restaurant regarding an order and they said a manager would call me back. I then emailed the concern. I never heard back! Not a call, email, carrier pigeon! Nothing. Just terrible. read more

The staff was warm and friendly, and the food was as expected. I ordered "The Italian" and I must say, it met my expectations. The sandwich was a little dry, but the flavor profile was excellent. The portion was a little small but that's ok for me, I don't eat much. All in all, this panera is just a regular panera there's nothing wrong with it. read more

I was there 8:00 this morning, no cars in front of me. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and Splenda and a sliced, toasted blueberry bagel with cream cheese. I was asked to pull forward and they would bring my order. After a short time my order came out, and the iced coffee was black. She looked at it before I said anything and said, "oh, did you want cream in that?". I didn't feel like waiting for her to take it back in to correct it, so I told her I had cream at home. When I get home I realized the coffee did not have cream OR splenda, my bagel was not toasted and I didn't even get the cream cheese I ordered!!! How do you screw a very simple order up that bad?!?! Don't bother going to this location. They are always out of things, get the orders wrong, close down the lemonade and fresca area at 8:30pm and are open til 9. The folks behind the counter are rude and just want to get out. They don't care about service including the manager. I'm going to the Miller Lane Vandalia location from now on. If they don't fix the problems with the Englewood store, I hope it folds. It will anyway. read more

We stop at Panera often when driving. We've been happy with almost all the locations but this was the worst experience at Panera ever. Ordered at counter as usual but realized just after that we were never asked if we wanted a baguette or chips etc. with our meals. Then learned that this location does not have someone bring your order to your table as many locations do now. That's ok - just waited at the counter along with everyone else. .. and waited - and waited. It was at least 20 minutes. Then when we got our order we discovered no dressing on salad, no croutons and cheese on French onion soup, melted caprese sandwich was cold, and soup bowl was filthy. Talked to the manager and asked for money back. She was very matter of fact and did not apologize until I said it would have been nice to hear one. This is a drive through location and they are obviously overwhelmed. Steer clear! read more

My coffee took a very long time to make and still was made improperly/wasn't good. The tomato soup was heavily watered down, and was not good. The salad tasted ok, but the amount of salad was less than I would have expected. read more

I am very upset with this visit. It was my first time at the location and it was not a good first impression. I literally waited for my order for 30mins. I asked the lady at the front what was taking so long seeing as I was the only person in the lobby. She goes on to say that they got backed up in the drive thru and everyone was working those orders. But she had checked mine and it should be up soon. It came 5 mins later. So once I got my bag and left when it comes time for me to eat there is no dressing for the salad and the sandwhich was thrown together with no sauce. I am very pissed. Smh read more
