They serve crusts as their grilled cheese sandwiches and don't even bother to cut the sandwich in half! Sloppy and unacceptable!

I have been ordering from this location ever since they opened up years ago, and our family has noticed a distinct downgrade in the food and customer service in the past few months. For a while now, several of our orders have been wrong, with items missing, the location running out of the correct containers, and having the person taking the order pretending to input my phone number but not actually doing this, so I miss out on rewards points because they couldn't be bothered. Then today we ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and we were given a crust sandwich (see pic) instead of a slice of bread, and the person who made the sandwiches didn't even bother to cut any of them in half! They also added chicken to the Greek salad that was ordered as a vegetarian salad and told us that chocolate milk was available so we ordered it only to be told at the window that they didn't have chocolate milk. We complained and they did remake the whole order, but the whole experience took probably 35 minutes or more and wasted our time. Also, we did not enjoy the food because who knows what is really going on in that kitchen!

Stopped in for a quick bit to eat with my son after a day of errands. I do find this to be a expensive fast food chain restaurant. At the cost of the food I feel like there should be table service . But who doesn't just love a good Mac and cheese from Panera bread

Just like every other Panera. Great salads and bread bowls and sandwiches. I love the ability to customize my order on their self service iPads. Coffee is not the best, and pastries are too sweet and glazed for my liking. Seating at this location is very spacious and service is quick. A great place for a quick bite to eat. The staff was very helpful despite it being very busy. We saw management running around helping people with their orders during lunch time. They have some outside seating and as well as decent seating indoors. I'll stop by again when in area.

This Panera always provides satisfaction. Clean, quick, and portions always seem more generous than other locations. Ample seating and a drive thru available. Pastries always fully stocked at the counter when I've been there.

I get it, that may be busy and stuff but no, its not to be meant to be sloppy and wrong.

A mess, never had a problem! Now all of a sudden see a rush and go crazy with the food. Random pieces of onion. Seems like if it was made for someone else and they never picked it up.

Staff is not trained well in customer service. Tables are not wiped or cleared. Staff is busy fooling around.

This East Windsor restaurant/store has been open for nearly a year now. Based on the last few times that we have gone here, and in comparison to the MetroPark and Hamilton Market Place--I have to conclude that this store is grossly MIS-managed! The food is good, but is pre-packaged. It also is never coordinated with the drinks or other food items at pick up. For those that are not familiar with Panera Bread, it has a quasi fast food set-up. Order at counter, find a table or seat (if you can find a clean spot), pick up food and specialty drinks (smoothies, lattes, etc.) at a kitchen counter. The East Windsor store has a poor layout. There always seems to be people in the way when you pick up your food. Lots of High School and College kids that do not seem well trained or motivated to work hard. But for the most part they seem to be good kids that want to do a good job but don't have the skills, training or management to do so. Panera Bread is not cheap. For the price, a customer should expect a clean dining room and not to have to clean up someone else's mess. In East Windsor, it is always hard to find a clean place to sit, and the bus stands are always full. Never a Panera employee taking care of the dining areas. Even McDonalds, a lot more reasonable, has employees that wipe down tables and empty the garbage cans and bus areas in the dining room. We will head to the store at Hamilton Market Place. It is located about 8 miles south of the East Windsor store on US Route 130. re

This location is relatively new. I think it's about a year old. I've never had a negative experience here. My only issue is that some of the prices are high, especially for the portion size. But that doesn't apply to everything on the menu. I think the food is great and the menu is huge. Service is always good. Make sure you get their rewards card. It's totally worth it!

Tonights dinner with my kids was terrible. Bacon Mac and cheese had no bacon. Tortellini with chicken had no chicken. When I said something they brought it out in a cup for us to mix in on our own. And then there was the silverware. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. do your self a favor and use plasticware otherwise you might get foot and mouth disease or worse. SHAME!!!

The food and drinks here are always fresh and delicious. There are some menu items which are Constantine many others change on a fairly regular basis. Ther rewards program builds up quickly offering free or reduced price items. The staff of this restaurant is always pleasant and attentive to customer needs. The manager is always present and does whatever needs to be done to keep the restaurant running smoothly. A great place to go!

The food here is insanely fresh as was our daily interpretation involving copious use of root vegetables. In a Woodstock mood, I went for a mushroom motif inclusive of a mushroom onion soup and mushroom infused homemade cavatelli. You won't get points for atmosphere as the location is main street central and directly across from an Irish pub that is still serving the same slab of corned beef that they first boiled in 1991. If you're a foodie or even a fraudie, 12 Farms offers infinite pleasures and is richly deserving of a resounding five stars. Speaking of rich bring lots of cash as plastic is not accepted.

The soup sampling consisted of three very tiny cups that were sort of like an espresso size cup. The salad was a very small portion. They said that the portion sizes were not smaller because of the $65 price fix option. If you ordered the salads à la carte they arranged from $19-$22 I believe. Had I did the à la cart and received that portion for that much money I would be disappointed to say the least; my wife and I often share a salad before entrées and generally speaking they are big enough to share but their portion wasn't enough for me alone. Presentation was beautiful and service was great, as well as the ambience, and we have been there several times. We are raying a 3 because of the positives, but I did consider making it a 2. I hope the restaurant takes note and addresses the piints I made. Note that the entrée portions were good.

Our drinks (pear-licious martini and appletini) were good but filled so full that there was spillage on the bottom of the glass when they were served. I had the goat cheese poppers which were delicious, as was the apple salad that accompanied them. I also had a side - apples Brussels sprouts, butternut squash & celery root - a fabulous combination that I thoroughly enjoyed. The others in my party had a burger (too well done but ok) and rare seared tuna (yummy) with the same veggie side. For dessert, we tried 3: warm chocolate chip cookies (very good), baklava (ok), and espresso creme brûlée (good). We had espresso and coffee as well - which were both accompanied by biscotti which went home for a morning snack. Our reservation was 7p on a Thursday near Christmas. The place was packed with lots of larger parties and what appeared to be a holiday party. So it was LOUD and hard to hear each other speak. As the crowd thinned out, it got much better.

Despite having a large party, the dessert was not finished. I like how there's plenty of parking in the back. I believe this diner has been open for quite some time. I went with a Tuna Hoagie on foot long torpedo, with accompanying soft drink and bag o' chips. The tuna was freshly made, with tomato and lettuce, and a side cup of sliced dill pickles that I stuffed into the sandwich for extra crunch and semi sweet flavor enhancement. I had requested that the proposed pickle spear not be built into the sammy to avoid dampening the roll too long before consuming. The cashier/order taker/short order cook took care of business with a pleasant smile and engaging repartee.
