I had to wait nearly ten minutes after my order was marked "ready" before my food was actually ready. The staff looks stressed and tries to avoid eye contact with any customers. If you try to get their attention they seem very annoyed. We heard that the charged lemonade had lots of caffeine and was too easy to drink, and I agree - you couldn't taste the caffeine in it, it just tasted like a not-too-sweet lemonade, and I felt the crash an hour later when I only took a few sips. This review is just based on their coffee and service. I subscribed to their monthly coffee club. It's about $10 for unlimited coffee and you can get a new drink every 2 hours. I come about 2-3 times a week. I order about 5 minutes before I arrive at the location and it's almost always ready and waiting at the pick up shelf. It minimizes contact with staff. This location is usually very quiet and not that busy. It is clean and they always have Purell available. The coffee itself is always hot, not too hot and not warm, just right. I really like the You Pick 2 combination. I usually get a soup and half sandwich in it. The soup is usually creamy tomato or ten vegetables soup with baguette on side. Whereas a sandwich is usually the Mediterranean sandwich grilled on special instructions. Though Panera is very careful about orders, every now and then I'd notice a missing baguette in my order, or the sandwich not grilled per instructions or missing croutons in the soup.
