I was at my doctor appointment and placed an order at 2:31pm and scheduled it for 3:45pm since I figured I'd be at the doctors a while. Turns out it didn't take as long as I was expecting. Came to the store at about 3:00pm to see if maybe they could make me my order sooner since I didn't want to be stuck waiting in the parking lot for almost another hour. So I went into the store to ask the cashier if I could get my order early. He looked confused at me and so I repeated my request again. All I needed from him was basically a Yes/No, but instead he keeps looking at me confused and then staring at the cashier screen and at his phone. Then he proceeds to walk towards the back area to turn off the music blasting from his personal phone. I thought maybe he just couldn't hear me due to the music being loud? Then comes back to me but with another coworker and they speak to each other in Spanish and then she asks me what I'm here for and so I repeat the same thing requesting to see if I could maybe get my order earlier. She then gives me a blank stare until eventually she uses her phone translator to reply to me in English about my order taking 15min. I responded back to her verbally saying in English that that's fine since it would be somewhat earlier than anticipated. My point is that this whole verbal exchange took nearly 20min all because they couldn't understand me in English! I'm sorry, but this is America and if you're going to be working in an American restaurant, at least know a little bit of English to answer a Yes/No question. Adding to this review, I bought a drink with my order and so I went to the dispenser and tried to get Sprite mixed in with some Powerade, but the Powerade looked very watered down as it was dispensing. And they have the best ranch out of any place I've ever been to, perfect consistency. Finally saw that this location opened up and thought maybe since it was a newer location, it would be a newly trained team and managers making sure things were going out properly and I'd have a better shot at getting good food. I was wrong. So wrong. Fries were still raw in the middle and more like steak fries than the usual. It's pretty obvious the potato cutter is broken.
