I ordered and paid online for a sandwich and a drink. When I got to the drive through, the guy at the window tried to charge me again. I drove forward after I got my order since there was a car behind me. When I check my order, I got my sandwich and a cup. A cup!!! NO DRINK!! Do they expect their drive-thru customers to get off the car and fill their drink themselves? I got out of my car and walked to the window (after asking permission and apologizing to the lady in the car. When I asked why I only got a cup without a drink, the cashier asked me what drink I ordered and proceeded to take the cup from me, holding it at the brim. I asked him to please get me another cup and not hold it in the brim. When he gave me my drink, I asked why I didn't get my drink in the first place and his answer was, "I don't know. I didn't take your order." So I said he was supposed to check it before he gives it out and he says "How am I supposed to know what your order was. I didn't take or make your order." So I asked to speak with a manager who is not any better as her excuse was they are so busy. She did apologize and offered me a pastry (which I declined) but it felt like it's business as usual, no repercussions, sweep it under the rug kind of thing. Very poor customer service. Very rude employee. Manager not managing effectively. Company not training their employees. Sad. I'm not going back. read more

This is by far the WORST Panera Bread my husband and I have EVER been to. I am so appalled by the horrendous service and quality of the food received. We called AHEAD to ensure our food would be ready quickly since I had to catch a flight, and when we pulled up to the window our food still wasn't ready. We said, "okay, that's fine." We waited at the window for about 5 minutes where we finally received our two iced coffees (my husband's had SO much cream that it looked like straight milk) and then were told to "pull up" and someone would bring our food out to us. Again, we said "okay, that's fine." Another 20 minutes had gone by and NO ONE brought out our food. At this point we were pretty frustrated, so my husband went in where he wasn't acknowledged for about another 5 minutes and then had to REMIND them to make our food. (Mind you, it wasn't busy AT ALL). My husband showed the manager his coffee and asked if they could remake it, but instead the manager just handed him a cup and directed him to an area where he could "make it himself". After another 2-4 minutes, we FINALLY got our food. They had clearly JUST made it because when my husband brought it back into the car, I opened my sandwich (WE ONLY ORDERED TWO SANDWICHES) and it was PIPING hot. It also looked like my sandwich had been chewed up and placed in the box. It looked like a deconstructed, chewed up sandwich where none of the insides were actually inside the bread. Going down hill everytime I come in. Get order wrong. Don't put dressing on my salad. Onion soup is cold. Apple crumble muffin missing the crumble on top. McAlister's opening up just down the street has really hurt them. read more

First time thru drive up. 2nd time to food chain in different city. Convenient drive thru but cashier untrained on menu board. Had trouble explaining options & selections. When I got my order I asked if I had a choice in chips because I was automatically given type I don't like. Better service would be to let me know my options, but overall not a biggie unless I had drove away before checking my order. Ordered Chicken, almond sandwich which was average tasting. Prefer Front Porch in Niceville chicken salad - hands down best ever! Tomatoes given were green & not tasty. Overall satisfied but will try different sandwich next time to see if taste is worth the 8 dollars for a cold sandwich. read more

This place is mostly a comedy of errors, at least for me. Every time I try to patronize the place there is usually some kind of odd snafu (out of something, etc.). Couple this with the fact that I honestly don't see what's so fantastic about the chain and its food overall, it's just meh to me. read more

Had a horrible experience here tonight. Ordered a chipotle avocado chicken sandwich and asked for asiago foccacia and no poblano peppers. First sandwich they made had peppers on it, so they had to remake it. Second sandwich didn't have peppers, but was on the wrong bread. At this point my whole family was done with their food as it took 15 minutes to remake the sandwich the first time. I went to the register and explained my situation to the cashier, and asked for a refund. She went and got the manager who stomped up to the register, didn't acknowledge me, didn't apologize, didn't ask me what was wrong, just proceeded to start angrily punching buttons on the screen for me refund. Then looked at me and said, "swipe your card", so I did. She looks up and goes, "there ya go", and stomped off. Totally unprofessional. There are many other places in this area to go eat after my son's baseball game. We won't be going back. read more

Horrible costumer service! I ordered an online order for just hot coco, keep in mind to be picked up the next day. I get there the morning of & the staff looked lost, or hating their job. Not enthusiastic or helpful at all. I finally tell them I'm here to pick up my hot coco order. The "assistant in training" goes to the back to retrieve my items & I ask her where the marshmallows are (that are suppose to come with the big carton size)? She then tells me they are out, with no sympathy or anything... I said what?! You're out of marshmallows? She rudely says, yup we're out, it's that time of year. I told them they should of called me to let me know because I would of gladly stopped & got some for this event should I have known. The manager then comes out after I was getting upset at the assistant & the manager tells me, "well it said it was out on the online order". Really? You have the audacity to say that to a customer?! WOW. First off, it didn't & secondly, you STILL should have called! Then they only had like 20 cups in the bag, knowing I ordered 2 big size cartons for an event. I asked for some more & they acted like it was such a hassle. I will never be ordering from Panera Crestview EVER again. Rude, selfless & insufficiency people work here & I will take my money elsewhere! read more

Great food as usual and friendly service. Outdoor patio was clean and comfortable. Inside was like 40 degrees! Good experience overall

I love this place! I try not to eat at franchises much but I will definitely eat here. I haven't been inside yet at this location yet but the drive thru is fast and the food is amazing. I like that they show different dietary information on the menu like all natural or vegetarian. read more

This is essentially the Starbucks of sandwich places. Average sandwich. But just like every other Panera.

Looooove Panera! The tomato soup, bread bowls, Mediterranean veggie sandwich, & the hazelnut coffee are all my favs!

This place is always great! Staff and service is excellent. I've never eaten anything here that I didn't find delicious!
