The food was good but the Manager Alexis was unpleasant and not very helpful with menu descriptions( did know the ingredients of the smoothie). I asked her ho long you worked here and she said 11 years (lol??). This manager needs training on product development. Order a pick two which is supposed to come with half a sandwich and whatever else you get half it would've been nice if somebody had disclosed if you ordered a sandwich and a pizza is pretty much the same thing if you order it by itself. And instead of assuming that the customer wants bread ask them who wants more bread with bread. I would have preferred the chips, went back around and they couldn't accommodate a request. I did ask if I could trade out the bread for a soup because I didn't even ask for the bread in the first place and after the person didn't even try to help we just left. read more

I haven't had Panera in a while cause I always thought it was over- expensive for something you could make yourself at home. I was sick a couple weeks ago so my boyfriend ordered Panera to go for me. To my surprise, most comforting meal(s) ever when your down with the flu. What I got: You Pick 2 with Chicken Noodle Soup and 1/2 Frontega Chicken Panini- classic chicken noodle but the panini was extra delicious! Soba Noodle Bowl- my least favorite item. The chicken, the noodles and veggies were good but the broth was too strong of a cilantro flavor for my liking. Candy Cookie- soft with candy pieces. Green Passion Power Smoothie- my favorite item! I ordered it again a couple days later. Great mix of greens and fruits, tastes really good. Panera Orange Juice- all natural but not my favorite. Panera Lemonade- delicious cause its agave flavored. I def recommend the Frontega Chicken panini and the Green Passion Power Smoothie! Side note: they deliver now! You can also order from your cell phone and pick it up later too. Nice comfort food but kinda pricey. This location is stuck in the corner of a big plaza so parking is kind of tough too. read more

So we ordered two bread bowls with soup. When we were finally able to sit and eat our food we were missing the bowls. Instead we were given a piece of bread that looked ripped apart by hand.. This place has gone massively downhill. I've been attending a weekly meeting at Panera and this review covers the span of several months. EVERY SINGLE TIME they are out of something. No tomatoes, no baguettes or chips for the side (what adult wants a gogurt instead?), they substitute what looks like cheap grocery store bread on sandwiches because they are out of whatever fancy bread is supposed to be on it (and they almost never inform you ahead of time when they are missing or substituting items). One time they had a sign up saying due to an equipment malfunction they had no soup so I'm guessing that means the microwave was broken? I always get the baja chicken bowl and I've asked more than once for no onions and they always tell me it can't be done. It can be done online, and the way it is piled in the bowl it clearly didn't come out of a premixed bag - do they just not know how to enter it in the system? Once, we asked for Splenda and an employee told us they would bring it in a minute but then she never did. So we asked again and she said it should be by the coffee. When we explained we had already checked by the coffee, she came to look and then said they must be out. We asked her to double-check and she immediately found a huge box-full under the counter. Another time the tea dispenser was full of water because they were out of tea? Once, the green tea and lemonade dispensers were empty and the drinks had been poured into giant open containers that were left sitting on the counter. Customers had to reach over them to reach the straws and lids. 10 minutes later, the containers were gone and the dispensers were full so I'm assuming someone was cleaning the tanks, had stopped for a while to take orders, and then returned and dumped them back in after everyone had been moving around the open containers? Even getting someone to take your order can be difficult - we once waited 5 minutes, then poked our head into the kitchen to ask and the manager told us he was busy helping the crew catch up and that we'd have to wait or use the kiosk. The only reason we've continued to come back is the atmosphere is quiet and open enough to have our meeting comfortably. But we're wrapping up now and I'm glad I won't have to go back to that trainwreck again. read more

3 times here and all 3 times it's made me sick. I ordered the same thing the first 2 times--a spinach artichoke soufflé (undercooked) and frozen caramel. Each time I became extremely sick. The 2nd time was so bad I got admitted the ER with extreme dehydration because I couldn't even keep water down without vomiting it back up. Today I decided to give them another chance AND change my order to a pick 2 soup and sandwich with a frozen mocha (instead of the frozen caramel like the previous 2 orders). After driving off, I took a drink and discovered the frozen mocha was rancid! And, go figure, not long after I suffered from gastrointestinal distress. This was something I could get "on-the-go" (as advertised), yet when I got it it was ripped and unable for me to eat without it going all over the place, and it was poorly just thrown together. Food was decent, I had the Margherita pizza. The preparation could have been better. The toppings were haphazardly placed, like it was too much effort to spread them around evenly. Service was Just OK. For a pizza, they gave me two napkins. I mentioned that dispenser was empty. "OK, I'll try to get a cashier to fill it". So I had to specifically ask for more napkins as they didn't offer any. All that was kind of trivial complaints. My biggest complaint is that it was ridiculously cold in the store. I decided to do the drive thru on a Saturday afternoon. No one snaked around the building. You know what I mean. I felt that the person taking the order via the microphone was overly perky. Nothing wrong with that but she sounded like she was yelling and it was way to loud. Like the neighborhood behind that area could actually hear her. There was one truck ahead of me when I got up to the window. I didn't have my rewards card with me so she inputted it herself. I mentioned that she was very loud at the speaker just for her essay. Because she did the same thing to the person behind me. She looked like she honestly didn't know she was that loud. I was very hesitant on ordering the steak and cheese panini because I thought there would be too much bread. Boy was I wrong it was the right amount and whatever sauce is used is delicious. Turkey chili is always good but I feel the turkey sometimes is to chunky. Kinda like the meat you used to get in elementary school one big ole chunk that doesn't look right. I don't often go to Panera bread but this particular is spectacular. I had put in a mobile order and it said it would be done it 10 mins which I thought was quite quick. I went to pick up my food at the designated area and noticed my food wasn't there and my name wasn't on the screen that indicated they where still preparing the order. One of the employees asked if they could help so I asked about my food. They went and checked on my order and they had already made the order and some customer either took the food by mistake or purposefully stole mine. The crew immediately jumped on remaking my order instantly and it was ready and correct in minutes time. Everyone there was extremely polite and caring. If I could give less than 1 star for this location I would. We constantly receive wrong orders from them, they do their delivery through door dash even when you order through the Panera website because they don't have drivers (understandable). However adter having countless issues with this location we gave it another try and ordered delivery online. It took more than 2 hours and 2 phone calls to the location to figure out what was happening only after they asked us to call door dash to resolve it even though we never ordered through door dash. We enjoy Panera as a chain but it is unlikely we will be eating from this location again. read more

So this is the third time my sandwich was horrendously made there. I understand the cooperation has a policy on portion control but the presentation of the sandwiches and taste have been horrible. If I'm going to pay $8-10 a meal they should be made correctly as if the person serving it would eat it. I've heard employees complain about orders while customers are there. Some speak condescending to you. First off, I love the food, when it is what I ordered. I ordered rapid pickup two days in a row and items were check on the outer bag receipt for accuracy and yet cookies were not in the bag and chicken was not on the salad. They are not meticulous with the order because it is not their food. It is bothersome when you get home after a long day and sit down to eat only to discover that something it not right. The first day I drove back up to the restaurant and they compensated with extra cookies. The second day they offered to give me a free "correct" salad if I order in-store. I like that they take the blame for their mistakes, but it would be nicer if it was just flawless the first time. I understand that we are in a pandemic, but after three tries, I must give up on the local Panera in Crestview. They are slow, the food is always the opposite of what it is supposed to be, either hot or cold. It takes forever in the drive thru, it seems that the person taking the order is the person who must fill the order too. On the app, all bagels are always sold out, so you have no choice but to get in the very long line. I have been a customer for a while now but i'm done with panera bread here in crestview. They don't care about their customers. Twice now back to back they have made errors. Wrong orders or half an order and laugh at your face because you are in the wrong and not them. For a while I have seen pass their mistakes but i'm done. I don't understand why there's so many bad reviews of this place - it seems just fine to me. Just your average Panera bread. I ordered an asiago bagel with cream cheese and my friend ordered a ham and egg sandwich. Everything was very delicious. I also got a hibiscus tea which tasted just like the Starbucks very berry hibiscus tea. 4 stars because our buzzer didn't go off when our food was ready which wasn't a big deal because we walked back to check on the food.
