They served us Mac and Cheese that wasn't hot likely because they were making our drinks and had it sit there. My son told them it was not warm and they said there's a microwave over there if you want to heat it up. That's Ridiculous! I told my son to stop when I saw him walking to the microwave. I asked them why they would tell a customer to reheat food that they did not serve hot. He said I doubt it wasn't warm but I can give him a new one. My teen son does not really complain and goes with the flow, but that's just crap service for already overpriced food. This place used to be a great place to go but lately I don't know if it's under New Management b ut the customer service is terrible the iced tea for weeks now has been milky looking and the containers are filthy. Today they couldn't get my sandwich straight, and the other times we have been there we've sat there waiting for a while for our food and no one ever called us or text us or paged us. We have been to this same location several times of the past few years however they need to improve. Just about every time we come they are out of dark roast coffee and we have to wait for them to brew a new pot. They are always out of half and half too. We decided to try out the app to place a pick up order for Tuesday Dozen Bagels. It is so convenient and I love that you can just go in and pick it up on the counter. We love their bagels and the honey walnut cream cheese is our favorite. But we were very disappointed this time with the person that packed up our bagels. They mixed the sweet bagels with the savory ones. We do not like having our sweet bagels taste like onion and they had pieces of everything bagel all over it. We usually get this special and they pack them separately so not sure why this time they put all of them into one bag. They also stuffed the box of bagels with the cream cheeses we bought instead of putting them in a separate bag. We really hope they train these employees better and get it together. We will give them 3 stars only because the food is good but service needs help. read more

The employees had zero communication and didn't know what was going on. Hot my food 40 mins later after major attitude from the little lady behind the counter. Never once apologized fir the ridiculous wait and even had the nerve to act like I was in the wrong for questioning them. I will never go back here and will be telling all my friends and family about the service. This is the kind of place just Just shouldn't still be opened and probably won't be much longer. I can't fault the employees - but this Panera Bread is not up to the same standards as others in the chain. The past 3 times we've stopped here there's always something they're "out" of - like lettuce, for example. This review would have been a one star if I hadn't gone back and spoke with the manager Jasmyn. I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup and a pick two with a half cup of cream of chicken soup and a half nappa almond chicken salad sandwich. They gave me the wrong soup on the pick two and the amount of chicken salad on the sandwich was pathetic. I drove back and spoke with JASMYN and SHE WAS AWESOME . She gave me a new bowl of chicken noodle ( it was mostly broth before) and a full bowl of cream of chicken soup and a new full size sandwich loaded. She even offered a refund which I declined and told her that wasn't necessary since she really took care of me. I wasn't looking for free food I just wanted what I paid for. Have been coming here since they opened and usually have had good experiences with food and usually 50/50 with service. Placed an online order this morning for 10 items. I ordered drinks when I got there to pick up and was pleasantly surprised by the great customer service. The cashier was friendly, helpful and efficient! After I got my drinks, I was greeted by another friendly employee and was told one of my items was sold out. She asked what I would like instead then offered a free pastry for the trouble. It really wasn't a big deal to make a substitution but I appreciated the generous gesture. I'm never one to leave a negative yelp review, but this particular incident had me bothered. My mom and I came here for dinner and I ordered the chipotle chicken avocado melt with no bread. So they put all the fixings in a cup. The food runner came and delivered our food. As I started eating my food, I noticed some parts of the chicken was RAW. cold, pink, raw looking chicken. I took it to the window where they put up the food and showed the girl the chicken. The girl who was running the food was very sweet. The girl behind the counter, not so much. She insisted the chicken is packaged chicken and comes precooked and it wasn't raw. I couldn't believe she was trying to argue with me that it wasn't raw. I said "I'm sorry but that doesn't look raw to you?" Annoyed that I wasn't "understanding" what she was saying, she then laughed and said "I'll just make you another one." Breakfast: Soufflé or pastry are my top picks, but the bagels and sandwiches are tasty too. Breakfast is kind of my favorite meal in general and breakfast is no different for me at Panera... Unless they're out of souffles, in which case I throw a little internal tantrum and just get an everything Bagel with scallion cream cheese instead. Lunch & Dinner: It's hard to go wrong with the You Pick 2 Special... It's been a regular part of my diet since I was in college. My favorite items to pick for my combo are the turkey sandwich on sourdough with potato soup, but occasionally I branch out with a salad or try a new soup (it used to be smoked turkey, but they discontinued it when they switched to all "clean" food -- *sad trombone* -- BTW, Panera: Applegate makes a great all natural organic smoked turkey). You can get baguette, chips or an apple as the side. I usually pick one of the carb options, because, hey-- why not go all the way? All of that said, if you're looking for something light and low cal that actually tastes good too, you can find it here. this negative review is situational but from the looks of other reviews, it looks as if they're pretty consistent in being bad. probably the worst panera I've ever visited. currently, there's a sign on the door that warns guests about food shortages, which, sure, I can understand. however, what I found messed up was one of the rude cashiers (I think her name was Sandra) adamantly told me they ran out of most soups (brocc cheddar, tomato, french), which at this point, I still was understanding. The manager goes and helps the person behind me, in which she orders a BOWL of broccoli cheddar AFTER we tried to order it, and they PROVIDE it for her. I let the manager know the situation regarding our attempt to buy soup, and he says, "Um yea we just ran out of that right now but hey we actually have the other soups..." The manager ended up giving me a cup of tomato "on the house" but at this point, didn't even care for it. really just wanted a coherent explanation. so yea, at this point, I was furious. So what is the run around? Why the hard lack of communication with the entire team? Corporate needs to just fire everyone at this location and start over, everyone there literally sucks. read more

I usually don't leave reviews on restaurants because I find them to be unnecessary and redundant. But today, Panera crossed a very fine line. I ordered a pulled chicken BBQ sandwich. When I received my food I found that my chicken was cold; as if they had just taken the meat out of the refrigerator. I continue eating trying to ignore a silly mistake. That's when I looked at my meat and saw the chicken was raw in multiple places. Had my friend not told me, I would have eaten an entire piece of raw chicken. I'm not one to complain to a restaurant about food and demand refunds or for it to be remade. This was my first time eating here and it was absolute garbage. The worst food I've ever had.
