I just had my worst PB dining experience ever. All because I ventured off of my usual 1/2 deli type sandwich and soup/salad with bread. I ordered and ate the worlds worst steak and cheese 1/2 sandwich. Tasteless, tough and had some mystery ham(?) on it. Terrible. A very Small Mac & Cheese side. That was ok but for the price can you at least fill the container? The 1oz bag of kettle chips are always good. When I ordered, I did say I was having my order for HERE, but when my name was called it was all packed as a to go order. I do laugh at all of this though. I paid for a terrible sandwich. I paid for overpriced Mac n Cheese. I paid a tip for the service.

Tomato basil loaf - take me home! So good!

The tomato basil bread loaf is a must take home. For a little over $4 what a steal! It's so good, you can just toast it and eat it by itself! My favorite dishes are the southwest chili lime chicken salad and the Chipotle avacado chicken sandwich. Oh and let's not forget that delicious bear claw! So good!

My sandwich was mostly lettuce and bread-overpriced for the portion size. Perhaps they are trying to live up to their name?

Don't go here. This Panera is turning into the Quizno's that was in the same shopping center. Suddenly, portion size has gone way down, and prices have gone up. I don't know if the shopping center upped their rent or not, but what I do know is that they're trying to make a lot more money at the expense of the customers. It's simply not worth it. I'll be posting some pictures of my pathetic little sandwich I paid 8.69 for, and my girlfriend's pathetic little sandwich that she paid 8.69 for, and you can see for yourself... If you really do like PB though, there is one a few miles down York Rd, and their portions and prices are both decent. The service here isn't bad, it's really just that if I'm really stuck on eating at this shopping center, Noodles & Company, Chipotle or any other place here will end up giving me more for my money. Hell, we could've gone to California Pizza Kitchen or The Greene Turtle for the price of what we got last night, and we would've been more full afterwards, too.

Really Panera?! Why am I taking this off my own sandwich when you made it & grabbed that??!

How do you do a 1/2? Because I'd give it a 2 1/2. Really Panera?! Why am I taking this off my own sandwich when you made it & grabbed that??! Busy lunch time so the 1 little table I found was not clean. 1 poor lady workin whole dining area. Soup was served not hot. Kinda the intent to soup. Sorry but I really wanted a hot bowl of soup today & you failed. Cashiers were nice.

They took off the Sesame Asian chicken salad off the menu. It was the best. I won't be back till they put it back on.

Service is quick and courteous. Restrooms are clean. I would recommend that a knife and fork be offered for any eat-in breakfast sandwich.

Yuck! I don't usually leave reviews but the chicken Cesar salad I ordered tasted like soap! I've never had this happen at any other Panera.

No complaints there. I also tried the buffalo chicken bites with slaw. The flavor is solid--good buffalo heat without going overboard--but the bites themselves felt a little inconsistent in size and crispiness. Some were perfect, others a bit soft like they sat for a minute too long. The slaw helped balance everything out though. The place itself is very modern and loud on purpose--graffiti-style walls, music blasting, more of a "hangout and vibe" spot than somewhere you're trying to have a quiet meal. Not bad, just depends on your mood. Pickup was smooth--my order was ready when I got there, and the staff were actually nice and helpful, not the rushed/checked-out vibe you sometimes get at busy spots. Only real critique: the music was a bit too loud for a pickup situation. I get the atmosphere they're going for, but it's borderline overwhelming if you're just grabbing food and leaving. Overall though, I'd come back. The mozzarella sticks alone are doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

After our trip to Valley View to get our annual overly expensive xmas ornament, we were hungry. We first tried a local pizza shop who rudely insisted that we could not use the table in their un-dining room, and when I mentioned that there was a DHC nearby Jeremy lit up. He LOVES Dave's Hot Chicken. The dining room was packed when we arrived, but was basically empty when we left. The restaurant is super clean, almost industrial. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious, as always. It was our friend Justin's first time at Spicy Dave's and he was incredibly pleased that we introduced him to it. I got my usual: the #4. Spiciness level somewhere in the middle. I think it's funny that they refer to their sandwich as a slider, when it's a very large sandwich. Delicious and filling. And the fries are magical. They're crinkle cut and seasoned, crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle. And don't slouch on the Dave's Sauce. I put that stuff on everything, even at home. I'm pleased to see this chain popping up everywhere. We need one in Dundalk.

We ordered two 16" pizzas--the Parmigiana Chicken and the Napoli--plus 14 wings. The wings were laughably small and wildly overpriced, but that doesn't even scratch the surface of how bad this experience was. I was excited to try this place. The reviews were glowing, the photos looked incredible, and we chose Bruno's specifically to celebrate New Year's Eve with my partner. What a mistake. Both pizzas were completely ruined. Burnt, tough, dry, and utterly flavorless. They looked nothing like the pictures in the reviews--almost no sauce, overcooked to the point of being inedible, and closer to stale cheesy cardboard than pizza. If this is "authentic," then authenticity has a serious problem. For a moment, we genuinely wondered if we had been given someone else's order or sent food from the wrong restaurant. But no--this was Bruno's. The same Bruno's people are apparently losing their minds over. What's most insulting is that someone saw these pizzas, knew they were overcooked, and sent them out anyway. Charging full price for food this bad feels deceptive at best. When you compare what we received to the photos other reviewers have posted, it honestly feels like a bait-and-switch. Never again. I'll happily drive to Pasta Mista in Towson from now on--the only place around here that seems to understand what pizza is actually supposed to be.
