I also tried the buffalo chicken bites with slaw. The flavor is solid--good buffalo heat without going overboard--but the bites themselves felt a little inconsistent in size and crispiness. Some were perfect, others a bit soft like they sat for a minute too long. The slaw helped balance everything out though. The place itself is very modern and loud on purpose--graffiti-style walls, music blasting, more of a "hangout and vibe" spot than somewhere you're trying to have a quiet meal. Not bad, just depends on your mood. Pickup was smooth--my order was ready when I got there, and the staff were actually nice and helpful, not the rushed/checked-out vibe you sometimes get at busy spots. Only real critique: the music was a bit too loud for a pickup situation. I get the atmosphere they're going for, but it's borderline overwhelming if you're just grabbing food and leaving. Overall though, I'd come back. The mozzarella sticks alone are doing a lot of heavy lifting here.

I walked in once at lunch time and the line was out the door, so I learned my lesson and called ahead. Person on the phone didn't tell me how long or gave me a number, however, i figured 10-15 minutes would be reasonable. Partner picked it up and said it was fairly busy. I ordered the Virginian sandwich - grilled turkey, coleslaw, swiss, and thousand island dressing on rye, partner ordered an italian cold cut. Both sandwiches were about $20 total, which is a decent price for lunch nowadays! my sandwich was a solid 8/10, I would say my partner felt the same about his. It's a simple, well-made sandwich. Nothing more, nothing less. I would rate them a 4.5 if i could, simply because these sandwiches were nothing to write home about. But, nonetheless, we both got what we wanted, and for the price, portion, and convenience, I would simply feel prissy giving them anything less than a 5.

I was craving a classic sandwich for lunch last week, so I drove over to Taneytown Deli. Their menu is enormous, so I needed a few minutes to read, only to choose my favorite classic deli sandwich - egg salad with some added mustard. The sandwich was exactly what I wanted: simple and traditional, but well done. The service was fast. The deli has plenty of inside seating, but you can always take your sandwich to go, too! I'll definitely be back for more classic sandwiches!

Every pastry you can imagine, hot and cold, filled a bag and left. We enjoyed the hot dog croissant, fruit tart, iced lemon pound cake and a fetta spinach pastry. All were perfect. I can only hope and dream. Dinner for two cost $18. Can't go wrong with flavor is more important than volume of food.

I arrived 11 minutes after the pickup time but could not find my order. I asked and found out the reason my order wasn't ready was because the cookie I ordered was not available. I had to settle for a cookie I didn't even want. The macaroni was completely overcooked and mushy. I threw most of this away. Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back.
