I usually do the rapid pick up and the items are prepared with the exact time that they say. Normally, you will have to go up to the register towards the pick up area to retrieve your order. The inside of this Panera is pretty big. Good for groups . The food is always served at perfect temperature. I tried the new Harvest salad and it was delicious. My other staple too, the hearty tomato soup! Make sure you get the croutons for the soup. This happens to be one of the warmest Panera Bread locations. Sometimes because there is a high traffic area of people coming in and out, with the door open, the café becomes cold. Parking can be difficult on weekends but weekdays across the street is paid parking and available.

It was my first time in this location and I definitely enjoyed my meal. First of all the cashier was very helpful and patient! The cooks in the bag were very kind and sweet! The new blueberry lemonade was out of this world! So good! I definitely have to say it was better than Wendy's strawberry lemonade drink! The only thing I didn't like was how the chicken inside my salad didn't taste fully cooked or if they were to change it to chicken breast cooked in a different way or maybe longer it would taste more juicy! Despite that I definitely would suggest that location. Can't wait to go back and have more of their food and drinks!

*3.5/5 Suburban Paneras are the student's paradise, a hearth of bread bowls and Pick 2 deals, a blissful third place between home and school/work -- nothing but good and sweet memories for that Panera. Panera in the city, on the other hand, in New York City herself -- with her plentiful cafes and bodegas and mom-and-pop shops -- begs a different question: why bother? Super fair question to ask (the answer: proximity and a place to sit). This Pick 2 deal feels like extortion when the spot one block down has sandwiches for half the price and double the pizzazz. Alas, the food here is reasonable and dare I say tasty for a Panera. Chicken noodle soup was nice on a chilly day, as was our modified Chipotle Avocado Melt. And the apple was shockingly crisp, beyond my wildest expectations. The Panera itself is a bit crusty, and empty, but what gives. It's not a suburban Panera after all.

Great location near transit and close by restaurants and all. Convenient location when in the area. Service is quick and friendly staff ...came in to order large coffee to go and got it really quick. Glad to see indoor dining has opened up again. Clean inside too...now I know where else I can come when in the area and craving for Panera...don't forget to try their new menu items and be a Panera rewards member! Perks add up with purchases.

Quick lunch at Panera in LIC. Baja warm bowl with chicken is good itself. Ice coffee is garbage!!! Taste like water, look at the color!!! Ice coffee flavor drink??? Don't even bother!!!!

    Lemon Drop Cookie

I always enjoy coming to this location - it's always busy but it never feels packed. I have always loved Panera's iced green tea, which is very refreshing, but I've found a new favorite item. Have you ever tried the Lemon Drop cookie? Not only does it have a nice, subtle lemon flavor, but it also contains white chocolate chips! Delicious. One criticism - I think it would be helpful to label pickup areas with signs from the ceiling. I've had issues picking up dine-in mobile orders. Clear labeling would help with efficiency.

Panera has the best soup. My go to soup is French onion soup anD the broccoli cheddar. The service is always great here, yes my orders can be wrong sometimes but they have no problem fixiNg it. The staff is very friendly and the dinging area is clean. Great for families. I love sitting by the fireplace here.

I think the bread bowls of soup have gotten smaller, but it's ok for a chain restaurant.

It's the kind of place where you can sit and relax without feeling cramped or stuffy. I ordered the beef tripe noodle soup (non-spicy). The tripe was really tender and well braised, and although the broth looked light, it had a subtle sweetness and plenty of flavor. It wasn't heavy or overly rich, and the whole bowl was just really comforting. The Wan Za Noodles were probably my favorite. I haven't really seen this style at other places before. It's a mixed noodle dish with minced meat, greens, and beans that you mix together yourself. Every bite had a different combination of flavors, and the sauce was just right--not too dry and not greasy. Overall, I really liked how satisfying everything felt without being heavy. Nothing was overly oily, salty, or rich. It's the perfect spot for when you want a good, comforting meal without making it feel like a big production.

As it was my boyfriend and I's first time trying Turkish food, they helped explain some of the dishes to us. We got their appetizer spread, their lamacun, and their manti. Everything was phenomenal, but I highly recommend their appetizer spread and their lamacun. I loved the spread as you got the chance to try multiple different dips and it was a huge portion. Their lamacun was also the first I've ever had and it made me think: "Why haven't I had this before?" It was so good. Will definitely be coming back.

We also had the manti, Turkish dumplings that were well-seasoned and incredibly satisfying. Portions were generous across the board, and everything tasted fresh and high quality. Me and my girl was looking for a coffee shop that was laptop friendly and closed late since we came after work. I was a bit disappointed that they did not serve any alcoholic beverages as I saw a lot of good reviews on that portion. We came, we sat down on a Saturday night. There was only one person at the front and it seemed she was also managing the serving part so it did get pretty hectic at some point. We decided to order the Budae Jigae (Hot Pot), there is no way to alter the spicy level so for those who love spicy spicy, this is for you. Me and my friend was really disturbed by the fact that we were treated some type of way. Maybe it's because we weren't Korean or? Service was slow asf. It took a really long time for them to serve me my iced strawberry matcha drink. And even longer for the food. It was also hard to tag her down, and she seemed pretty annoyed that we had to ask her for multiple items. We were a party of 2 and she only gave us one set of items. I went again by myself the next day to see if it was better service and it was pretty packed. There was actually 3-4 people at the front but even then it was so hard to get someone to take my order, ask for napkins, for the check, etc. While there was no time limit on Saturday, there was a time limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes on Sunday. would I go again? Maybe, but it's def veering towards the no side.
