My first time visiting this Panera Bread location was Very Bad!! I ordered a Mediterranean Sandwich with the options of what I wanted on the sandwich but even though what I wanted on my sandwich was on the receipt, they chose to add other items to the sandwich that I didn't request. I called, talked to Morgan and she requested I come back so they can remake the sandwich. I went back, gave them the receipt (what I wanted on the sandwich) the sandwich still wasn't correct plus I heard the dude on duty using profanity language about me standing watching them make my sandwich. I called the next day and spoke with Danielle, she assured me that Morgan would call me back and it's been 2 weeks now and haven't heard from neither of them!! Wow! This place has really gone down hill! I went there for dinner and I ordered the crispy Asian crunch chicken salad and a bbq chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed with what I received. The salad was not too my liking! Its favor was not good to me. It had dark meat(thigh). I was expecting the meat to be white meat(breast). It was loaded with teriyaki sauce which I would not have minded however the salad dressing that was served with this salad was soooooo wrong. I ate two bites and trashed the salad. I then ate a bite of my sandwich. Although the taste was good I did not enjoy that the chicken was cold!!! A grilled sandwich is supposed to be hot throughout! I trashed that item as well! But the last few times it's been a horrible experience with the food sometimes the workers.. Panera Bread is my favorite place for breakfast. Panera has a great rewards program and does a good job in keeping informed with incentives that bring me back. My favorite item on the menu is their plain toasted bagel with butter. I also like their bun with egg and bacon. Their hot chocolate is creative and tastes good. Their pumpkin muffin used to be my favorite dessert. While Panera Bread is the perfect breakfast setting, I still believe Panera is not doing enough to exert their dominance as America's favorite breakfast joint. The menu is either too limited or not known to their patrons who tend to stick to what they know. Also Panera should position themselves as a trendsetter in building the perfect environment. Imagine walking into a Panera and being greeted to a store that embraces whatever season we're in. Colors for Summer, Fall greeted with leafy imagery and Winter bringing out the decorations of the holiday season. Such a lift will make Panera the place to be. There is a lot more Panera can do in my opinion to solidify their No. 1 position but I will leave it for another time. read more

Came here for sweets, heard they had plenty of options. I come in look around looking for them and ask is this all you have? Their like yes. Hardly anything to choose from, so i was already disappointed. So i ordered food, got a bbq sandwich and the lady asks do you want half or a full sandwich? I was confused as nobody has ever asked me if i want half of something. Turns out it was almost regular sized bread with some pork. I was like who gets half? Imagine if they don't cut the bread evenly? You will get less than half. And the prices are not good for just half. Then i ordered a vanilla ice coffee and they gave me a hot one so i had to wait till they made a cold one and it didn't have anything special in it it was just coffee with vanilla and i could only really taste coffee with milk on ice. Today I encountered an employee at the drive thru window who handled money while wearing food prep gloves covered in avocado. All he said was the amount due. When I dropped some money due to trying to avoid getting avocado on my hands, the employee didn't say a word. All he did was hold out his hand. Not another word to me. And I sat in the drive through for nearly 20min. I love Panera, but this experience was questionable. I only ordered one item. Upon opening my sandwich, a roasted turkey and avocado BLT, I discovered avocado on the outside of my sandwich which appeared to have come from the employee's gloves. The sandwich is only cut part of the way. What a pathetic lack of customer service and just sloppy food handling, not to mention unsanitary. The manager took temperature of pot told not believe me temp the cold bowl that sat on pass so long. Server brought wrong food one time. Didn't' know what was what when he brought the correct order. Store not clean or dirty just dire need of some table top cleaning and trash can emptying. We were sitting at table 8 across from kitchen pass. I loved the Panera raisin bread, during the pandemic they stopped making it or whatever. I was told it would come back and if course it has not comeback. So about the only thing I buy there are what they call bagels. Texas isn't known for great bagels but hey you take what you find. If it were not for Sandra ( who should be the manager) and Bill I would never go there. We no longer buy meals there. This location has disappointed me over the last few months. I use to love it when the general manager ( female / can't recall her name) was there. There is a new manager (Anthony) who is the worst. We went to get s sandwich, out of bread. Another customer came while we were there and she wanted granola and yogurt. They were out of granola. He didn't offer us anything, not even a cookie. Not a fan of the order online/pick. Last time they got my order wrong so I had to go back. This time I decided to give them a try again and got stuck with a mini version of the sandwich I ordered.
