If I could give zero stars I would. Just bought a breakfast sandwich for my daughter and the egg is not cooked and the bread is hard as a rock. I would like to see the person that cooked this eat it. They obviously are going no were in life having so little self respect that they don't take pride in the occupation. The braintree pannera has always been so bad but the closest other pannera is in hingham and sometimes I drive there which the staff and management and food is always awesome. As much as i love the food here i have not had a correct order in over 6 months. Everytime i place an order to go either it is made incorrectly or something is missing off the order. Tonights order they forgot the mac and cheese, How can you miss a mac and cheese when the only other thing on is order is 2 sandwiches. They put the tray in the bag to hold the mac but didn't put the mac and cheese the frelling bag. read more

If I was a secret shopper, this location would get a perfect score! The guy at the register was perfect! I modified my order, he repeated it back to me... Great job! My sandwich and soup were cooked perfectly! The guy that brought me my food actually asked if I needed anything, and came back with it! This evening I placed an order for curbside pickup. I was emailed my order was ready and told them I was here. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes. Then I decided to go inside and there is my food along with several other bags and the worker at the register was just sitting there. Decided to get delivery for the first time. I thought it would be fast, just like the rapid pickup. I was wrong. My delivery was suppose to be at my home by 5:05-5:15. It is now 5:45, and my order is still not here. Called panera and they told me 5 minutes at about 5:30. Called the driver and now its an extra 5-7 minutes from now. My office and I usually order Panera 2-3 times a week, and I personally visit often after work and on the weekends. It's great, but today's experience left a bitter taste in my mouth... no pun intended. We took advantage of Panera's delivery service as we normally do, however today's order was delivered wrong, and the drive was out of the building before we could question it. I called the store and no answer- not even an answering service. We've experienced this before, but it's extremely frustrating when you need a wrong corrected. So now I'm stuck with a bowl of chicken noodle soup where I wanted cream of chicken and wild rice soup, which was the only reason I ordered today in the first place. Poor form, Panera. read more

Haven't been to a Panera's in years so I decided to drop in for a latte after my appointment next door. They have changed their menu offerings since the last time I've been there and no longer offer the house latte that I liked so much. I ordered a chai latte instead. The latte took a really long time to make (about 5-8min) I don't know if it's because they go in order of when their orders are entered in. But wouldn't a latte be made in a separate area than the kitchen? The latte was hot but too sweet for me. I probably wouldn't come back for the latte again. The restaurant was still pretty busy in the late afternoon so that says a lot about their food. Next time, maybe I'll stop for a soup sandwich combo instead. read more

However, hearing one of the sand which makers with purple braids say "if they are still here at 10 I'm kicking them the fuck out people like this need to learn we are closing soon and not to come the fuck in" was discouraging! Lousy. WiFi doesn't work, paid $32 for a couple finger sandwiches and a bowl of soup that looked like it came out of a backed up sink drain. Have to pour your own $3+ coffee, staff completely disinterested and under paid, and at the end you are expected to clear your own table. Another example of a greedy corporate cash cow with surly staff and over priced sodium laced chemical preservatives passed off as food. And to top it off, their bread (their staple product) was stale and tasteless. The cardboard it was served on looked more appealing. read more

Oh, their food is good. Service? Wait, can you even call that service? I've gone in for a sandwich, by myself. I say no pickle ... what does it come out with? The pickle. I've gone with others ... and I say no pickle and they serve it with the pickle, then just pull it off and wipe the plate. Really? If you don't care what comes out after you order, even detail order ... then you will be fine. I've ordered from catering for sandwiches, chips, drinks and 1, just one, custom specific sandwich to be marked with a name and put in a separate bag. We all sit down to eat, but, you guessed it, no special made, set-aside sandwich. I even bring this up afterward with the person in charge of catering and the response was to argue that it was not on the order! When he finally got to the point of listening, I show him where it is written on his order form. Not even a hint of an apology, just dismissive. I've ordered pastry trays and when I go to pick them up, I encounter this one employee who appears to hate management, hate half the people that come in front of her ... but must love the job. For how she talks, you would think she would have her own sandwich shop running like a well oiled machine. So, great food, unhappy people working there who, at least from my experiences, don't really want to be there. Oh, and by the way, I sometimes go to the one at Derby Shops in Hingham. Sometimes they miss on the pickle, but they are all very nice, very professional and, at least pretend to be happy working there! read more

This has got to be my favorite panera location. I love the efficiency at this location. There are kiosks for those who want to take their time to order or rather than wait in line. Their green tea and lemonade has free refills unlike other locations. I asked for no mayo on one of my sandwiches and without me asking to double check, the person who packed my order checked with two staffs to make sure my order was accurate. read more

I usually enjoy Panera but my experience at this one was miserable. I ordered online and received notification my food had been delivered, it hadn't. I called the store to ask about the issue and the lady I spoke with told me the driver wasn't at the store so it should come eventually. Got a bowl of chicken noodle soup that's almost all broth. Hardly any chicken or noodles. Half a salad with hardly any dressing; maybe a teaspoon. Of course when you get it to go you can't go back to the counter. So when I get to sit down and eat it's a really awful experience. I paid $12.60 for a cup of broth and a dry salad. This location always seems to be very busy, especially on weekends. Parking even gets tough sometimes. With that being said, the wait for your food can be a bit long sometimes. Food can also come out a little bit sloppy since they get so hectic. Staff is just ok, never really see them greet anyone when passing by. Order through the rapid pick up through the app to avoid the wait at least. They have always gotten my orders right through the app too, that's a plus. read more

Came on a Saturday morning to get some breakfast and do some studying. The cash register employee was kind and wasn't rushing me when I was making my order, like other paneras I've been too would. This Panera is pretty neat, you don't wait for the food at the waiting area, instead you sit down on any table (which they had plenty of) and they bring the food to you when it is done (it has a gps) allowing me to start studying while waiting for my food. There's plentiful of parking as well which is convenient. read more

It's a Panera so you know what to expect. What's different from other locations is you're given a table marker, not a buzzer, that you put on your table. You're then served your food which is really nice! The atmosphere is quiet enough to sit and maybe write a bit, if you're like me and have work to do, and enjoy the overpriced food. ;) 4 stars because it's not blowing my mind but definitely worth a visit for lunch. read more

The staff there is just so nice and friendly that it makes me want to come back even if it means eating the sub par food or dealing with the group of virgins in the back yelling about Magic the gathering. On several occasions my order has been made incorrectly. When I approached the mgr Dennis about the problem, he gets agitated quickly. Last time I checked, I'm paying for the food I want to eat....I'm not paying for an attitude from the staff. Today I asked for my order to be done in and it came to the table in a bag. Also I requested no pickled onions and still got them on my steak & arugula sandwich but not in my salad. Today is Sunday 11/8/20. I called at 6:15pm to place a pickup order and was told to "hold one moment", she then left me on hold for 25 minutes!!! During that time, I placed an order online, drove all the way there, waited in the parking lot for my "curbside pickup", then went inside, waited for my food that still wasn't ready, and left before hanging up my original phone call... The girl at the front was the one taking phone calls (she had long black braids/dreads, short girl), when I arrived she was leaning against a wall in the back away from the front, on her phone, with her headphones in - THIS IS WHILE I AM ON HOLD - there is one family in the restaurant (who were walking around WITHOUT MASKS blatantly without an employee saying anything to them) and one single person, both waiting for a pickup order - they were not busy. I told her she left me on hold and started to explain my complaint, when she told me she couldn't hear me and started to take her headphones out!!! UNBELIEVABLE! I promptly walked away from her because she clearly is not helpful. I then asked for my food which was late and not brought outside, finally got it and left the building. **While I was waiting, what seemed like the manager, a younger guy in a different shirt with a tablet, came from the back and announced to the staff that he was "getting everything done early because there was no way they were going to stay til close today." Can you believe that? IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! On the drive home I called and tried to get in contact with the manager through the phone options, no one would answer! Then I tried calling back the call for pickup option, no one would answer!! Then I called back several times.... no one would answer... so after calling repeatedly, it stopped going through. I don't know if that is part of the phone system or if they disconnected their phone line in an attempt to only rely on online orders. I am NEVER going to this location again, and will make sure to call corporate about this issue in hopes of at least getting the front girl's job under review. As well as attempt to reach the manager about this tomorrow. Very displeased Panera, I have been going to you for years and this was ridiculous. Great food. Tables could be cleaner. We've been going here since we got off the plane last week. All in all we've visited four times in just a few days. Sooo you might guess that we like the food ...and we do. Just wish the tables were wiped down more frequently. However, all in all very good. I'd give 5 stars if the tables were clean. read more

Major news sources said that Panera was offering a free breakfast sandwich or coupon for a free pastry to veterans on Veteran's Day. We walked in and asked about the offer, and the manager told us that they were not honoring that at this location. My veteran was embarrassed for asking. I have been to this Panera Bread more than several times and have liked the food a lot. The kiosks are useful if you want to get your order done more correctly, you want to do it yourself or don't feel like ordering from the cashiers. Ordered a sizeable breakfast "rapid pickup" order and the order "slipped through the cracks". Two other recent lunch meeting delivery orders failed to impress as well. The first one came at the end of the meeting and the second came half way through the meeting despite an 11:30-11:45 delivery time window. The management doesn't care ... get a half hearted "sorry".
