Best pizza in Randolph awesome pizza try a small it's delicious.yaba daba do I love pizza

a half eaten pizza in a box

I really like this place a lot. The pepperoni and chicken pizza is very very good. Recommend to try it. But the one thing about is that the wait time on getting the pizza is a little bit long. But it's worth the wait. This place is very good to stop and eat pizza, spend time with the family and etc.

Asian Sesame Chicken Salad

the best local business in Randolph all around. great location that you can't miss, super friendly staff, clean location, easy parking, and of course, the most amazing food ever. i've tried almost everything from the menu and i have to say it is some of the freshest and tastiest food ever with unbelievable portions. the asian sesame chicken salad is one of the most creative and amazing salads i have ever eaten. 11/10 i am coming back!

Pizzas are mediocre, service is slow. I ordered delivery and it took them almost an hour to delivered to my house, totally unacceptable.

Inside, it feels just like an old cafe, with a small bar and some dated decor, but boy does this place do a good business! Staff here is kind, attentive, expedient, and all of what you'd expect from a place loved by locals. The pizza here is fantastic too.Their menu is small and simple, but they do it all very well. My colleague and I split a mushroom pizza and a linguica pizza. The pizzas, while simple, were cooked perfectly and came with a generous amount of toppings. This place certainly has my vote for the best pizza I had in the larger Brockton/Randolph area.

I haven't had one of those bad boys in years, so I was extremely excited. When my mom arrived to my sister's house my pizza was still hot. I had to take a few moments to enjoy the aroma. My tastebuds started dancing immediately. I was prepared to eat the whole thing, as I hadn't eaten all day and I was ready to dig in. Unfortunately, I was highly disappointed. It didn't taste as good as it used to. There was something that was missing. Don't get me wrong, the pizza was decent.... But it wasn't like I remembered it. I know things change over the years, so I will definitely give it another chance next time I'm in town.

Everything was cooked perfectly and I had zero complaints. What really stood out though was their Wednesday half-price pasta special. They offered options like chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, sausage and ziti, and chicken broccoli Alfredo. I went with the chicken broccoli Alfredo and for $8 it was an absolute steal. The portion was massive and the Alfredo sauce was delicious....creamy, flavorful, and clearly not one of those bland jarred sauces (hard no for us). I'm picky about Alfredo and this completely delivered. I've gotten three meals out of it already, but it could easily feed two adults depending on portions. It's definitely a heavier pasta dish, so I can't imagine finishing it all in one sitting. This is absolutely going into my Wednesday dinner rotation. Really impressed overall.

When I called, they were rude and dismissive like it was no big deal. They offered to remake the food but didn't want to give me a refund--which makes no sense. With something that disgusting in my food, I should have gotten a refund, no question. Honestly, I should have gotten both. Instead, I had to go all the way back there in person just to get my money back--even though I paid for delivery. On top of that, I ordered a steak bomb with extra meat and somehow ended up with more peppers than meat. The whole reason I paid for extra was because the last time the portions were skimpy--and I didn't even complain then. I simply asked for it to be made correctly this time. Instead, they tried to flip it and act like I was "complaining from the beginning," which wasn't true at all. When I got there, I forgot to bring the other sub with me, and they were acting like it was a hassle because of that. Mind you, I didn't eat it--I threw it away when I got home. Either way, the attitude was unnecessary. And after looking at other reviews, I'm clearly not the only one who's had issues like this. If this is what's ending up in customers' food, I don't even want to imagine what the kitchen looks like. This is beyond unsanitary and honestly something the Board of Health needs to look into. Save your money and go somewhere else. I didn't order anything else from here, and I won't ever be ordering again. This place is dirty, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't care about basic food safety. My camera does suck but you get the picture looks like drain hair or pubic smh so disgusting.

I've gone back and forth for months about leaving this review, but the experience has continued to…read morebother me, so I feel like it's important to share. I stopped at Zack's on a Friday evening to get a slice of pizza for my son. We had been running around all day, had already gotten home, and I realized we had promised him pizza, so I came back out specifically to grab him a slice. I chose Zack's because it's close to my home. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming. There was no greeting or acknowledgment. There were a few other customers inside, including a family with a child. While looking at the pizza on display, I noticed that the slices looked dry and as though they had been sitting for a while. I also noticed the man behind the counter going between reheating/handling the pizzas and wiping down the counter, which made me uncomfortable from a food-handling standpoint. I was tired and decided to order a slice anyway. After I had already paid, I simply asked if the pizza was fresh. His reaction completely caught me off guard. Instead of just answering my question, he immediately became loud, defensive and started yelling about how he reheats the pizzas every 20 minutes and that if I didn't want it, I could get my money back. I had not raised my voice, insulted him, complained about the price or demanded anything. I literally just asked whether the pizza was fresh. Even the young woman working the register appeared embarrassed by his reaction and tried to calm him down. At that point, I absolutely did want my money back. I got my refund and left without the pizza. What has bothered me all these months isn't even the pizza. It's how unnecessarily hostile the interaction became over such a simple question. As a woman of color, I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I'm not going to claim that I know what was in anyone's heart or what motivated the way I was treated, but I do know how I was spoken to and how that interaction made me feel. What made the experience sit with me even more was later reading other reviews describing negative or aggressive interactions with the current ownership/staff. It made me realize that I shouldn't just brush my own experience off. Customers should be able to ask a basic question about the food they are purchasing without being yelled at or told to take their money back. Basic courtesy costs nothing. I live nearby and would have gladly supported a neighborhood business regularly had my experience been different. Unfortunately, after the way I was treated, I will not return.
