Excellent customer service and fast service. Restaurant was very clean! Location is tough to get to with traffic but it's worth the drive.

Panera is always a good option. They offer more than a quick glance of bagels and soup/salads. During the week, traffic is pretty smooth. You should be able to park, order and receive your food in a matter of a few minutes. The tea is tasty....HOT, but tasty (be careful, don't burn your tongue). Once I started to expand my horizons, I discovered the breakfast sandwiches....man, the asiago bacon egg and cheese is SO delicious. This morning I tried a spinach and bacon souffle that was pretty stellar too! My only complaint is that panera is WAY TOO LOUD to be a good study/reading spot:( also conversations from neighboring tables are a bit aggressive in decibels! Nonetheless, looking for a good/fairly nutrious meal....stop here or any panera will do. Happy eats folks! read more

I went to Panera at the Summit. It was horrible service that I did not realize until I picked up the order after I tipped. I ordered Chicken Noodle (for a friend) in a Group Bowl (4 cups) and ended up with a Bread Bowl. We even talked about the number of servings. I was told the vegetable soup was vegan and it is NOT. What should have taken 10-15 minutes was an annoying 30+ minutes. I don't think Panera carries Black Bean Soup anymore. I suppose vegan options are being restricted. Arrrrgh! read more

I have visited this Panera location 5 times in the past year and always had great service. I order special requests on sandwiches and never have had them get it wrong. The service has been friendly and prompt, and the food is good. I ordered Rapid Pick Up for the first time today and it was so fast! I walked in and my order was ready waiting for me-- I didn't even have to ask for it. They gave me a water cup for free with no hassles Togo with my order. I recommend the Turkey avocado Blt and the Greek Goddess salad. Good stuff! read more

Wasn't rapid and ready when they said it would be. Deemed they spilt the last bit of soup I ordered and that's why they didn't have my soup for me. Even though they took away my favorite cream cheese... the hazelnut... I still enjoy going to Panera for a bagel or lunch. The pick two is always my go to with the broccoli cheddar soup. The new drinks they have are always delicious and a welcome addition to the menu. read more

Great bagels, particularly the Cinnamon Crunch, which is the runaway best-seller. Service is usually friendly. Great place to meet friends for coffee. There are usually samples of bagels, which are the best reason to come here. The sandwiches and soups are good, but do not stand out from the crowd that much in terms of flavor or price. read more

Ordered a soup/Caesar salad with an apple. As I picked up my dish, I overheard them tell a customer who had ordered a soup combo that they were out of soup (perhaps I received the last bowl). After getting my salad with virtually no dressing I asked for some on the side. They informed me they were out of Caesar dressing. They offered one of the vinaigrettes instead. In addition to being out of soup and Caesar dressing, they gave me bread rather than the apple. Not a big deal, but when you look at the total picture, I think I'll pass on this location. read more

I love this location and the food here! They just recently finished a remodel that is gorgeous. I just love how calm and relaxing the space is on the inside. It's super convenient how you can come in and order (either with someone at the register or at an express station where you can do it all yourself) and then they just bring it out to you. A group of four of us ordered Panera rapid pick up today in two separate orders at lunch. I ordered the Greek goddess cobb with ckn. Other than the dressing there were the following: 1) greens, 2) radishes, 3) chicken. NONE of the premium ingredients were on the salad, i.e. egg, avocado or even tomatoes. A coworker ordered the Fuji apple salad w/ ckn. He only got 1) greens, 2) tomatoes, and 3) chicken. NO FUJI!! Gorgonzola or pecans were included. The fuji salad shouldn't even include tomatoes. A third person ordered tortillini alfredo pasta. While the order was technically correct, it was clear it was not fresh, it seemed days old. All four of us tried it but nobody would eat it because it was just awful. The forth person ordered soup and Cesar salad. Salad came with chicken on it. She wasn't complaining, but not everybody eats meat. Three out of 3 salads were incorrect. Bakers are doing good as my brownie was delicious. We have noticed a decline in customer service recently, but the food had been good until today. I can't say that any of us will be back; we will warn coworkers about our experience as well. I am deeply disappointed in Panera and we probably spent close to $50 b/t the four of us for lunch. read more

We used to eat here all the time but over the past year it has gone significantly downhill. Not sure if they are getting ready for a renovation or letting their lease run out, but it is dirty and the service is always poor now. Tables are never clean, floor is dirty, vents are dirty, menus are peeling off the wall. Food is always the same...but now it really tastes like it comes frozen. Ok. I've always been a fan of Panera...since '99, when I lived in the Midwest for a while. So that's a long time to know what's good. However, I feel like the quality has declined slightly, especially when you think about how much money you're shelling out for lunch. I've always been a fan of their cinnamon crunch bagels and their bagel pack is great for breakfast meetings. But this review is about lunch. I used to get the "pick 2" lunch special, half salad or half soup or half sandwich, etc., etc, you get the picture. Well, lately they've been skimpy on the sandwich half. Doesn't matter what kind of sandwich I get, usually it seems like they give me the smallest HALF of the 'half of sandwich'. If I get tuna the little triangle piece of bread is a few bites with maybe a tablespoon of tuna. If I get the turkey on crossaint, same thing. So then I'm mad because I'm still hungry. So today I thought 'ha, I'll show them'...and I proceeded to order a WHOLE tuna sandwich and a WHOLE salad. Well...THEY showed me when the nice lady said "that'll be $14.56"....I turned around to see if she was talking to someone else. Say WHAT?! for a sandwich, salad and drink...FOR LUNCH!? Arrrggggh! All of a sudden I wasn't hungry. Especially once I realized I forgot to tell them no onions on the salad or the tuna and to put the dressing on the side. They DRENCH their salads with dressing, like wet, wet, wet. Ugh. So now I got a wet salad with more cut up onions than lettuce. But then I looked close and upon further inspection, I realized the salad was wilted. Like, been sitting in a wet bag for two days wilted. Arrrrrgh. So now I'm picking at cucumbers because they escaped the wet bath of dressing and they are the only things that don't taste like onions. Whew. Needless to say, I I was disappointed. And THEN...it started to rain. Hard. And my car was WAAAYYY way way far away. Well, at least there's free wifi! oh, but wait...I do have favorites though...the tomato soup and the berry salad with chicken. Then again, I might be better off getting a cinnamon crunch bagel & coffee for lunch. Can't mess that up, or can they? The saga continues... read more

I love Panera and this location has been renovated and looks great! I love the new look! However, it never fails that they get my order wrong. I'm not sure what it is, but I always have to take my order back. Most of the time I just eat what I get but other times I tell them ahead of time that I'm allergic and they still aren't careful about removing it from my food. I don't know if this is just my bad luck but it's really annoying and I always try and avoid going to this location and just go to the one in Lee Branch which is only 15 mins away and has WAY better service. read more

Since I moved to the States I have been here once or twice a year and most of the times because my grandparents love to come here for breakfast. Since I became vegetarian I have lost the taste for very sweet things and they breads are everything but sweet!. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes sweet pastries, they have tons of options from croissants, bear claw, all types of bagels, and what I used to have blueberry scones!. There coffee is pretty decent and cheap (love hazelnut one). I have probably just ate lunch here once and it was ok. read more

I have been ordering Panera Bread delivery almost everyday since the pandemic started and every experience has been perfect. My food is always fresh and scrumptious tasting. Delivery is quick and the drivers are so friendly and wear masks and respects my delivery preferences due to the pandemic -- the app allows you to specify delivery instructions. I put "leave on porch" and then I am notified by auto text when my food is arriving so I can come out to get it after the driver is socially distanced at 6-10'. But sometimes I get distracted and the drivers want to be sure I get my food so they text or call me from their personal phones and they wait in their car until I open the door. The app also offers a tracking map that allows you to see the delivery car approaching pretty much in real time. One of my favorite treats I give myself is goodies from the bakery -- talk about comfort food, yummy! If the cafe runs out of any ingredients -- especially due to the pandemic -- I will get a phone call to let me know and also get great suggestions for a replacement. Everything I eaten from my Panera Bread at The Summit has been absolutely delicious and hot foods arrive hot -- as well as my coffee -- and all food arrives with a friendly smile and thank you. I highly recommend Panera Bread delivery via the app, especially since going out is not as fun these days. read more

Great food, and great atmosphere, but this Panera is in a horrible location if you want a quick bite to eat. Traffic can make it hard to get to depending on the time and day you go, but there coffee trump Starbucks any day, and they have the best soufflés (but sale out early, so be quick!). read more

In a visit earlier this week, I felt "attitude" from one of the Panera staff. I asked for a knife and even though the knives were right in front of the person and it would have taken all of 2 seconds to give me one, she made me wait until she packed another order. Unfortunately, I had to have another interaction with her. The onion soup I had ordered was too salty, so I requested a different soup. She asked, "What kind?" I said vegetable. Once again she asked me what kind, and I said vegetable, and she said, "What kind of vegetable?" I looked up at the menu to the only kind of vegetable soup presented that day which was garden vegetable, requested it and got the soup. Honestly, I felt that she took an instant dislike to me because of my age (senior) or some other characteristic. The service was awful. The girl who took my order did not look me in the eyes. She had long, dark stringy hair with blue streaks in it. It appeared dirty and was not pulled up. When I handed her my money, I prematurely said "Thank you" and she rolled her eyes and said "Whatever". I was shocked.
