I ordered curbside pick up online. I pulled into the curbside parking spot. I pushed the button in the email that said "I'm here." The website told me that it couldn't let them know I was there and to call the number. So I called the number. It rang until it gave me a busy signal. I called again. Same thing. I tried every prompt in the automated message trying to reach someone. No one picked up. FOR TWENTY MINUTES, NO ONE PICKED UP. Someone pulled up beside me. Their order was brought out right away. The woman who brought out that order had to walk by my car in order to deliver it. She ignored me completely. I rolled down my window and said, "Excuse me? I've been calling and calling -" She interrupted me. Told me to "calm down". Told me they were very busy and I could come in to order. I told her I already ordered; that's what I was trying to tell her. Again, I was told they were really busy and I needed to calm down. Again, I had been waiting at curbside TWENTY MINUTES unable to get through on the phone, only to be told they are busy and to calm down (I don't yell, and I was calm, but I honestly feel like that's beside the point.) I was also told to "just come in" during a global pandemic.... Finally she brings out my food, now cold, with no apology and throws it in through my window. I asked to speak to a manager. She told me she IS the manager, again they are busy, and I should "get out of here". Some training Panera gives their managers, eh? Also this whole thing started before 5p. If that's how their manager handles 5p stress, I can't imagine what she's like during the actual dinner rush. To top it off, my husbands cold soup had a hair in it. 0/5, drive another 2 miles to another location and avoid the verbal harassment and total lack of service. read more

Panera is Panera, right? The food is the same in every location, I think.... I like this location because it is typically not very busy. The drive through is very handy. HOWEVER..... Getting into and out of this location makes me feel like I'm playing a game of chicken. Whoever thought of putting a strip mall in the middle of a busy street is either a much better driver than I am, or just loves the adrenaline rush of pulling into a lane of traffic moving at 40 + mph... read more

Honestly very disappointed with where this company has gone. Just got a Fuji Apple Chicken salad to go earlier this evening and I don't know where to begin. I have five small strips on chicken, two tomatoes, no apple chips and I HATE THE PLASTIC BOWLS. The company had eco friendly boxes and all of the sudden moved to plastic when every other company is trying to become more about reduce, reuse and recycle. Panera decided to increase plastic use and honestly they have lost me, my entire family and hopefully as many people as I can tell. Joey B's just down the road has far superior salads that actually have chicken and toppings on them. Saved yourself the disappointment. read more

The food is pretty much inline with all other Panera's- but the ordering is confusing. I wanted pastries, but I was sent to the sandwich cashier. I had questions, but the cashier kept having to leave the station and ask the pastry cashier. The people behind me were ordering meals, but we sent to the pastry cashier. They kept having to walk over to see the meal menu and then walk back to the pastry cashier- did I mention they were using walkers? Not sure who designed this, but they obviously have no idea about food service. read more

This is my neighborhood location. With that comes seeing a lot of the same people and a place where they know your name. I've certainly been here enough times to recognize that someone is running this place right. Rarely an issue with an order, always good food, friendly service and they are pretty good about keeping tables clear and clean, even during lunch time. One chain that is consistent all around but the group here is definitely professional, friendly (with an exception here and here) and always accommodating. read more

I love Panera but this location is the worst! After having problems with my order three times in a roll you would think I would know better. It is the closest to my house so I keep thinking things would change. Tonight we were in a hurry and they were turtle slow. Then I left so my son could get to basketball practice and when we sat down to eat I realized they left out 4 items, 4! I have called 5 times to talk to the manager but no one will pick up the phone. The day I went in there was a Wednesday at about 3:00 pm . It had 2 customers in front of me when I got there. Each person being waited on in a separate line at different counters. I walked up to the first counter where I was told to go to the other line because the worker taking the person's order was going to be a while. So I step to the other counter where the customer and the worker were talking not ordering. Another person came to the line behind me. As we were standing there for what was at least 5 minutes, while they talked the Manger came to the counter and started talking with them also. He could see I was getting frustrated. He told me to go back to the other line. The other worker was supposedly done with his customer. I walked over there at which time I was told to go back , because he was not done. By then the woman that was behind me in line, was now at the counter and the worker was taking her order. The manager laughed as I left the store . How do they stay open? They really don't deserve any star, but I had to give them at least 1. read more

I go to this bread co at least once a week to study, and usually have a decent experience (not as good as other bread cos, but nothing awful). However, today I came and the staff was very unfriendly and the overall place was disgusting. Every table had old food on it, the floor is covered in food and stains, I sat on someone's old soup, and all of my dishes were dirty. went with my mother for lunch, we ordered tortellini, a bagel and she also ordered a salad that we did not receive after telling the employee he proceeded to tell her we were not rung up for a salad and he had already "bumped" or removed the order from his screen, as i was about to show him that the salad was indeed on the receipt two employees proceeded to tell him that it was on the order but he was convinced it was not and proceeded to argue about it, after we received our salad i noticed my bagel had no cream cheese, i went to the counter to ask for some cream cheese thinking i would receive some along with the bagel i had ordered i was notified that i would have to pay $1.25 more for a side of cream cheese (that's like a restaurant making you pay for ketchup if you had ordered fries) made no sense to me. read more
