Every time I go here the manager, a young woman, is always there making sure everything runs PERFECTLY! And everything always comes out great at this location because of her hard work and her team by her side. Definitely a place to go if you haven't been here in a while. I visit this Panera location almost every day, and the women's bathroom cleanliness is unacceptable. The stall doors are so dirty they've taken on a brown discoloration. It's obvious they're not being properly cleaned on a regular basis. I even brought this up to a manager, and when I checked back a few days later, nothing had changed it is still filthy. For a place that serves food, this is a serious concern. Clean restrooms are an expectation, and this location is falling short. I will not eat here until this is addressed. read more

I haven't been to a Panera for years but was feeling nostalgic. This restaurant was absolutely filthy. The floor including the kitchen was covered in debris. From the trash area to soda fountains it looks like it has been months to years before someone did more than sweep a broom on the outside. Seats and tables were tattered. Food was bland. (1 Star)I am extremely disappointed and angry with my visit to this location today. The sandwich portions are ridiculously small, flat, and completely overpriced. To make matters worse, we ordered 3 full meal sets, and the staff completely failed to give us our 3 complimentary sides at checkout. When we opened our main bag, we discovered they had also just dumped three pieces of bare, unwrapped French bread straight into the bottom of the big bag with the other boxed food. No wrapping, no bags, and no boxes for the bread. You cannot just dump bare food into a bag like that! It is unsanitary and unacceptable. I will not be coming back. read more

The kitchen crew were all working hard and fast, so obviously Panera, which is now owned by a German holding company worth about $15 billion dollars, is understaffing to further pinch pennies. Wow! We got the 2 deal, where you can choose half of any entree paired with another half of a different entree! Great way to try the menu items! Long long wait. When we got the order the coffee was cold and she said all of their coffee is the same temp. She said we could take it home and heat it in the microwave. She said they don't have one. My daughter and I were running errands and more honest tight schedule decided to go through drive-through in this place. The order was over $60! Not only did they not put utensils for our soups, the sandwiches were poorly wrapped, the bread was smooshed like they were mad at it when they prepared it, everything was falling out. There were no napkins packaged either. So instead of saving time it took more time because I had to turn around and go back to get utensils and napkins. So disappointing. read more

Service has improved quite a bit. My order was ready quick and hot! The food portions are gracious as well, especially on the pick two menu. I truly enjoy the tomato soup here. It isn't overly salty. The dining room was a bit in shambles but expected I guess after the lunch rush. I like that I can tuck into a corner, pop in my air pods and enjoy dinner in (what I call) solitude. I used to be a big Panera head but now I typically come here for the coffee....and the views! This location has some amazing views of the front range and Pikes Peak, you can sit on their patio and take them in with your cup of Joe. Parking a plenty along with ample seating and the snazzy tablets that you can order from if you're not in a peopley kind of mood. I've been here a couple times to work and never have an issue with the wifi either so that's a bonus! read more

Lunch at a local Panera in the Denver area on a recent trip. Haven't been in one for years, but from what I saw, nothing much has changed. Same sterile inside, same indifferent crew at the counter and food pushed out the back room. Overall the food was very good, sandwich and soup combos with an extra piece of crusty bread. High marks on quality of food and variety of sandwiches. No complaints! Two surprises, 1) felt like I went into the wayback machine, nothing has changed in the years since I went (I was a regular back when I was on the road working) and 2) the cost of the food was outrageous, $35+ for two soup and sandwich's and and no drinks. Recommendation, If possible, eat at home or pack your own food! read more

This Panera was great! Food came out exactly right and quickly. Can't comment on the staff - we ordered by kiosk, but they had everything in stock and clean - extra containers, napkins, etc. The view is unbeatable - truly stunning and I wish it was warm enough to have eaten outside, but we will be back! The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that they were out of the bread one of the sandwiches is made on and ordering cookies after our meal took a bit longer than expected. read more

Awful Panera. They literally say on the speaker when you pull up that it will take 15-20 min just to order. There's no line. One single car, and it takes 20 min just to order, another 20 min of waiting for the food you waited so long to order. Absolutely ridiculous. Panera needs to hire more productive workers. read more

Overall I have found this to be one of the best Paneras in the country. Here's why. Yes they still screw up basic things on orders - every single Panera does/ their quality check is on paper, not a real thing they do (former employees will tell you). Makes delivery a pain because you have to call Panera every time. However the folks here are super professional. They work with you, get creative and genuinely try to make things right vs check the box. I like Panera so I'll likely start coming to this specific location going forward. P.S. you get 5 stars when you can reduce errors to be not noticeable. read more

This is a pretty decent place. Calm and relaxing and great for studying or working. I go to this place a lot since it's pretty close and usually get takeout but sometimes I dine in. I always order the adult grilled cheese or the toasted steak and white cheddar sandwich. I mostly get the grilled cheese than the sandwich just because I love the gooey cheese and crunchy-ish bread (which is what I prefer). While I've never had a problem, my friends have expressed their anger to me. The only problem they've had was the food. The chicken in one of their sandwiches were just not it and the other experiences I have forgotten but all I know is it was something with the food. It wasn't poisoning or anything, it just didn't taste great or something was forgotten in it. I recommend this place if your ok with sometimes getting bad food. read more

I find that the staff at the Southlands store as well as the Parker store to be exceptionally helpful!! They are not only friendly, but will go the extra mile to make food your way if you just ask! Alright, not only is this place super slow at the best of times but the food prep is abysmal. I order broccoli cheddar soup one time, I know it's all prepackaged at the factory and they just open up a bag after it's been in a warmer but I feel like someone should have noticed the big brown rubbery thing in my soup. I sure didn't until I had eaten about half. Got food poisoning. Really wanted to believe it wasn't the workers fault so I went back, silly me, a few weeks later, still to gun shy to try soup or Mac and cheese or anything premade I got a Turkey sandwich. Historically sandwiches from this Panera aren't put together well, all the toppings are kinda grouped up, so I opened my sandwich to fix the onions and there, walking around in my sandwich, drenched in Mayo/mustard was a live fly. It took over 20 minutes in drive through to get our food, and to make matters worse they got my order wrong after they assured me it was right. I spoke with the manager Logan who said he would replace the part of our order we were missing to include a few pastries as well to make up for the inconvenience. I showed up to the store and a younger women told me they saved only a baguette. I asked about the pastries to which she told me all her manager left out was the bread. Save your time and go somewhere else. They take forever, they get orders wrong, make promises they don't intend on keeping, and I've also seen mice in the parking lot as well. First I have to be honest and say I've only been inside maybe twice. So I guess this is more of a review for the drive-thru. The people are always respectful, wait for me to make my decision since the menu is outrageously delicious! And they always remind me to use my Panera card. Sometimes it takes a little more time then I would like it too but when I order my purchases are freshly made. If you haven't tried the soufflé you have to. They usually sell out quickly so get one early in the morning. Of course it's busy during the normal lunch and dinner times but if you go a little before or after that The drive-through is pretty clear. read more

I love this chain and this store in particular. Everyone here is so nice and every time I come whoever is behind the counter is so nice and they seem to love working here. I had a super nice and funny man this trip and he quickly took my order and made jokes the entire time. My food came out quickly and as always was delicious. They by far have my favorite broccoli and cheddar soup and they make some very good baguettes. They also make the best paninis in my opinion. I have never gotten a bad one here. Worst experience at a Panera ever. It started at the register. There were two people taking the order yet neither of them knew what they were doing or could listen to the customer. Then the food took longer than normal and I didn't even get what I ordered. When you charge the prices you do, you don't just get to substitute whatever you want and expect it to be ok. I did not get what I ordered and paid for. I also order a smoothie which was the consistency of water. Thats not a smoothie... not a single employee cares and there was no manager in sight who should have handled the problems. Awful. I ordered the southwest chicken salad. Should've gone somewhere else. The chicken was pre-sliced, paper thin and kinda rubbery. The lettuce was not fresh, the dressing was sparse. I was given a deluxe of bread but if was the end and hard as a rock. I asked for lemons for NG iced tea but they had non. Not even a lemon juice packet. I then went back to ask about a packet of black pepper as they had only salt packets. The manager asked me what I needed and I explained simple black pepper. He looked through the salt packets and the cook behind the counter gave me a packet of pepper.. Simple things. Lemons and black pepper. The quality of this Panera is pitiful and I'm cautioning you to stay away from this awful place. I'll never go to this location ever again. One more thing, my highly disappointing salad was $18.88.
