(First time I've been to this Panera.) The drive through was fairly quick. Ms Brooke had a bubbly disposition and was a pleasant part of the cold snowy morning. My card kept being sassy and I was worried I'd have to cancel my order because the chip in my card was acting up but she was able to work around it without missing a beat. I like that she made my coffee and handed it to me before starting my other items so I had something to sip and enjoy while waiting. -Also, the snow crews were out shoveling the sidewalk and snow plowing before the usual breakfast rush. I greatly appreciate that. Great work by all. (Only gave 4/5 stars because something in my order was wrong-was given fruit parfait instead of oatmeal but there was a lot of fruit in the parfait.) read more

I ordered on their mobile app and paid for delivery. They sent it out via Door Dash. Our order was late, cold, AND missing items. I called their customer service number (the one provided at the bottom of the emailed receipt). They were unable to help because this location is a franchise. They said I should hear from someone at the location in 3-5 business days and to call back if I don't hear anything after two weeks!!! I understand if they couldn't deliver the missing items but they should have been able to refund my money for the missing items. Telling a customer to wait up to two weeks to hear from someone to "resolve their issue" is a definite failure to provide customer service. I felt compelled to finally post because we've had multiple problems with this specific location. Something is always missing from our order but we usually pick it up ourselves and go back to get it resolved. read more

Schizophrenic best describes this Panera. I think they are going through management issues or training new management as I have seen corporate in the store. Some days the store runs well like it should and others - like Mondays - the place can be hit or miss. The restaurant appears clean, even the restrooms but they have the vanilla spice air fresheners turned up way too high inside. There is also a chipped tile in the bathroom that has been there over three months with no attempt at repair. Plenty of outside seating but the muzak inside can either be just perfect or can be glaringly loud depending on who the manager is that day. The food is typical overpriced Panera prices but always tasted good. Older employees are friendlier here, some of the new ones are downright grumpy and rude. Panera seemingly must hate people who work on laptops/have meetings because there are only four outlets in the whole dining room area (and I am not sharing where they are LOL). There is nothing like waiting in the drive through line for 10 minutes with only one car ahead of you and then driving all the way home to find that they gave you the wrong order. I guess not checking it was my fault though. Also, the brownie I was given was what seemed to be two days old. Normally I prefer Kneaders over Panera, but the Kneaders near me closed. I've been coming to this Panera for two years now. This is my favorite go-to for healthy fast food. The food is delicious, light, and made from quality ingredients. My favorite side is an apple. I wish I knew what kind they get, it's delicious! The food is always well prepared, and nicely packaged. The staff is always so friendly, and prompt. The line gets a little long around lunch, but moves quickly. My favorite meals to order here are: pretty much all sandwiches on ciabatta bread, and their Greek salad. read more

Came here for school spirit night and the service was great. They dealt really well with tons of families with multiple kids coming in. Super friendly staff and great service. My only issue is that it's pretty expensive for a family of four, but the food is good. Also, I love it that they have a drive thru, so much easier with kids. read more

This location os the worst of Panera! Order any drink on drive-thru hey forever to deliver the drink. When we ordered an egg and cheese on crossaint they only gave half crossaint and when we asked they said that for breakfast they only serve half. This place is ridiculous. I spent 25 minutes at the drive thru waiting for a salad. A literal SALAD. I don't usually leave bad reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. I got the salad for my mother who is dealing with a horrible migraine, and when I got home they forgot the dressing. My dad has to go to King Sooper's to get some salad dressing because they couldn't bother to fulfill our order. I sound like a Karen but this place is ridiculous. No apology for the wait whatsoever, and the person in front of us was checking if they got everything and they had to pull over and go back inside. They probably didn't get everything they ordered either. Don't eat here whatsoever, you're better off getting a deli sandwich and premade salad and soup from a grocery store. read more

So to start the drive through menu has been filthy on the outside for about four months something nasty was all over it very hard to see the food menu items i mean the whole menu was covered!! I continue to go there thinking that they would fix it but they never did? I LOVE Panera BUT this particular Panera gets my order wrong almost every time I eat there. Tonight I got a chicken poppyseed salad with no chicken. I once ordered a salad WITHOUT picked onions and my salad had ONLY lettuce and pickled onions. I live too far away to go back and get it fixed. HONESTLY! LOOK AT ALL THE ONE STAR RATINGS! Nothing has changed since my first dating. What all the other one star ratings say is true! Whenever we go, my wife has to ask for honey and/or lemons for her tea. They run out of things like bagels, pastries, and breads on a regular basis. They take FOREVER to prepare meals, even when there aren't many people waiting and at off-peak times. In addition, their rate of getting orders wrong (forgetting salad components, etc) is probably 50%. Their pastry display is always sad and nearly empty at all hours of the day. This Panera location is very disappointing. The size of salad and soup is half of what you get from other locations. I once heard the assistant manager telling the staff to remove some soup from what's been prepared. And they will use the end piece of a loaf to make your 1/2 sandwich which is TINY. I have to continue to rate this specific Panera with negative marks. It's run very very poorly. Someday I have got to meet the manager. Today I spent $65 and left without a smoothy. Thankfully I noticed and went back in. But when I got home I realized I didn't get a soup and my Mac and cheese was small instead of large. Every single time it's wrong. Oh and small thing, but the bread was smashed like cardboard as if the person just manhandle it when ripping the pieces a part. Literally every time the customer has to figure out what they forgot. The food, of course, lives up to a Panera's great, fresh, tastes-like-food-should standards and the service, as always, is efficient and personable. What makes this particular Panera a true five-star experience, tho, is the incredible view. Don't know if they'll be building more stuff to the west or not, but, as of right now, if you sit outside, you have a near-total, almost completely unobstructed, view of the Rockies. Came here for dinner on a weekend with one of my kids. Was nice and clean, used the new kiosks to order the food myself. Really liked the interface, they were very easy to use. My food came in a reasonable timeframe, although I did have difficulty finding the lids for the kind of cup that I had. They helped me out though, and had a nice experience. read more

I agree with everyone's one star rating. Room temp coffee in the airpot. Granted it is Sunday afternoon but check your coffee pots occasionally. The turkey panini sandwich has a slice or two of paper thin lunch meat turkey you would get in a gas station sandwich. My somewhat warm bowl of French onion soup had a teaspoon of some type of shredded cheese. I took it to the coffee microwave. Yes they have a microwave in the dining room under the coffee and heated up my soup. My cinnamon roll was just cold enough for the cold butter to stay cold. Portion control is out of control. Nicest Panera I've been to. Quality food, and exceptionally friendly service. The manager opened the door for us, the cashier was very friendly and patient with our indecisiveness! The line chef was very friendly, and after we picked up our meal from the window, he came out to see if everything was to our liking. Then the manager came by to ask how our meal was and then cleared our plates for us. This is the kind of service and friendliness that chain restaurants need to set themselves apart from the others! Don't waste your time or money We went to Paneras on Smoky Hill on 4/12/2019 to get a light dinner. It was moderately busy. The kiosks were backed up- and quite frankly I don't like ordering from a kiosk if I don't have to- so we proceeded to the cash register to place our order. Obviously the young woman behind the register was put out that she had to take our order. She took our order, accepted our payment and then walked away without a word. Not friendly and certainly not welcoming. There were no clean tables. We took a seat and waited for our food for over 20 minutes...for a bowl of soup and a pick two which was a bowl of soup and half a sandwich. The cooks were all hustling, or trying too- but it appeared they were not adequately stocked with what they needed to fill the orders. The main cook was using a paper cup as a megaphone to yell out orders when they were ready so that the patrons would know when to pick them up. If you weren't close to the counter you couldn't even hear it. Also, it was kind of gross. Lastly, for that kind of service I do not expect to pay the crazy prices that Panera now charges. Panera used to be a healthy alternative place to eat for a reasonable price and decent service. Not any more. Then, to add insult to injury they ask you for a tip at the check out process if you use a credit card. A tip for what? For overpriced food, poor service, a dirty table and having to place the order yourself and go pick up your food and bus your own table! Sorry, Panera- I am finished with you. read more

We were there today, 5 people working, no indoor dining because of COVID-19. So we were basically the only customers. We had never been there before and did not know the ordering protocol. After struggling with the self order screen we managed to put in our order. Come to find out we could have ordered at the counter. All those employees, and no one greeted us, or told us how to order. When we got our food, it was very bland. Very little tuna on the sandwich. the lids on the soup weren't snapped on properly, so the soup was spilled in the bag. I think for the money we could have gotten take-out from another place and would have been treated much better. read more
