    Half goddess salad
    Nadia A.

A decent selection for a healthier fast meal I ordered the half sandwich and half salad I got the barbecue chicken and the goddess salad I love the goddess salad the dressing ties everything together and that half egg and avocado helps to make it filling full stop the sandwich was a little bit on the bland side and the edges were quite burnt I don't understand why which made the bread hard

Cup essentially disintegrated. Caused a spill at my desk within 10 minutes of leaving Panera.

This Panera has major issues at breakfast. This morning I spent 16 minutes getting a sliced cold bagel, cream cheese and a coffee. These are all point of purchase items. No cooking and the customer actually serves themselves coffee. Panera just hands you the cup. First the cashier asked me to wait while she spent 6 minutes going to the back to locate ciabatta, fill a creamer dispenser and do who knows what else. (None of these actions by the way were performed for me). Then she took my cold order. She then proceeded to take the order of the lady behind me. Scone/Coffee. Another cold order. She moved on the to the next person in line. Mind you, there is no one else working the breakfast counter. The line had grown to 6 people. She moves on to the next lady. I finally asked when she was actually going to fill my order and the one for the lady behind me. I don't necessarily blame her. If she's manning the register, someone else should be slinging muffins and bagels. A manager came out and filled my order after I stopped him. I got back to work and it wasn't what I ordered. That's on me, I should have checked before I left LOL. Assuming they would get it right was wistful and naive. I mean it's a monumental task to read the receipt and grab the honey walnut cream cheese...right? On top of all that the cup they gave me for my coffee essentially melted and disintegrated by the time I got to work. Poor training. Or a serious lack of knowledge when it comes to food service. There's a reason the pastries and bagels are sitting out in bins right next to the register. It's so you can send me on my way and concentrate on the hot orders. Everytime I leave Panera I always feel like I spent too much for the heartache. I do love the food, so I keep going back. Masochist.

It's great but ... more often or not the portions are not ok , and if you order more than 1 Order it tends more likely or not , it isn't there or has something you you didn't order ( got chicken and rice instead of what ordered the chicken noodle)

    Asiago Bagel, burned spots

No bread bowl and no notification of that fact prior to pickup. Hair in my salad. Plastic piece in the soup. Done with Athens Panera.

Chicken ceased salad featuring the chunk of ice my fork hit when I tried to take a bite.

This location stinks. They mess up my order almost, if not every visit. The other day I got a chicken ceased salad that came out with no chicken on it, went to the counter to wait to get it fixed, and no one acknowledged me. After about 5 minutes of being walked past I finally got someone's attention, and she took my salad back, through some chicken on it, and handed it to me. I went to take a bite, and my fork hit something hard. It was a block of ice. Check the pic if you don't believe me. Like c'mon guys.

This is the slowest Panera I've ever been to. Two sandwiches took 20 minutes on a Sunday morning when no one was there. Get it together.

Very snappy and rude cashier. Was not happy when I asked about how half a sandwich and a soup was $11... (pick two menu)

I actually attended UGA but I had never heard of this place before - perhaps because the prices aren't super college student-friendly, but I thought it was a nice local restaurant. They have several different kinds of chicken salad prepared, and I got the grape chicken salad in a sandwich. I don't think the bread is freshly-made but it was really good toasted. I selected a side of noodles which were also really tasty, which you can add peanuts to if you'd like but I opted not to. I also heard them talking about all sorts of desserts that they had made fresh that day. The entrance is really small so it might be easy to miss. They have tons of seating available so I'm sure you'd be fine if you brought a large group. They do also have internet but you have to ask them for the password. Note that I don't think this would be a good place to eat right now if you're trying to be cautious about COVID - no one's wearing masks and the food is out in the open.

The food: I went with the Fried Chicken Blue Plate. Between the regular and the Nashville Hot, the Nashville was the winner--flavorful and moist without being overwhelming with the spice. Huge shoutout to my server for suggesting the brussel sprouts; that glaze is incredible and they were easily my favorite part of the plate. The mashed sweet potatoes were unique--I'm still debating if I liked them or loved them. The jalapeño cornbread was a bit sweet for my taste but on par with most restaurant cornbread. The mac & cheese wasn't bad, but also didn't do much for me like most restaurant mac & cheese. The cocktail: Do not sleep on Nana's Naissance. I wasn't sure what to expect from the ingredients, but it's like an elevated take on Rumchata. The service: I was seated at the bar and experienced a noticeable delay--a group that arrived well after me almost finished their meal before mine arrived. However, the waitress acknowledged the wait before I even had to mention it and made things right. I really appreciate that kind of proactive service. We're all human, and they handled the situation very professionally.
