This Panera's was ok. The servers were friendly enough. The food didn't seem very fresh. I ordered a chicken Fuji salad. Here was like 2 little pieces of chicken in it and a HUGE amount of onions. It should of been called an onion salad. I have ordered this same salad before and it came with no chicken. There really should pay attention to that stuff. If I have other options if Panera's I will go there instead of this location. read more

Boring, small menu and inconsistent in top of that. I've been there a total of 4 or 5 times. First and only time I've ever ordered a panini that wasn't pressed with a panini press. It was also missing the sauce. Needless to say, it was awful. I probably should have sent it back to the kitchen but mistakes of that caliber require extreme amounts of ineptitude. I've also tried their Chicken Tortellini Pasta which was over-salted, over-cooked and lacking any distinct flavor other than salt. The meat itself is basic bland chicken breast. Their steak sandwich is just terrible. Tough. Flavorless. I can't tell you the cut of beef they used and I doubt the staff could either. The restaurant is not expensive, but I would consider it a ripoff. The amount and quality of food you get for the money is pretty terrible. There are so many non-chain small restaurants that blow this place out of the water. On the plus side, their teas are always good and I happen to like most of their baked goods including their breads. The staff is usually in good spirits as well which I appreciate. read more

By far the worst panera bread I've been to all the drinks tasted watered down and had no flavor at all. My sandwich bread was hard and seemed like it was sitting there for days. The Mac and cheese wasn't creamy like most panera breads I've been to it was clumpy and cold. Do yourself a favor and never stop at this location it's so nasty first and last time I stop here. The food was ok. I went in on a rainy cold day hoping for a yummy cup of hot soup. My soup was barely warm. The most disappointing thing was how dirty the table were. We couldn't seem to find one that was clean. There are even signs on the table guaranteeing they are sanitized but it clearly was not. There were crumbs of food on it and we had to wipe down our own table. And my husbands fork was also dirty. It just seems life there could be more attention for cleanliness during a pandemic. Wow. This Panera has majorly stepped its game up compared to others I've been to! In the span of 15-20 minutes I had 3 different people approach me to ask how I was doing and they asked the other patrons how they were doing (and the restaurant was pretty crowded while I was there). Employees and managers alike were going out of their way to provide phenomenal service. You'd expect this from a nice restaurant but to get this treatment from Panera was really incredible. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their bread bowls. My favorite would have to be the broccoli cheese soup in a bread bowl! I especially like that when you get it to go, they leave the soup and bread bowl separate, so there is no soggy bread when you get home (also makes reheating less disgusting if needed). Today I also tried their new Cuban sandwich.... and holy smokes! I haven't had a Cuban before, so I can not compare it to an authentic one, but I can say that it is very delicious! read more

They recently built this Panera Bread off Cooper right by BOA and I feel like the drive thru is what will really be a win for this location, at least it was for me. I needed a light healthy meal for dinner and I think I had received some coupons in the meal but didn't necessarily want to get out the car. I got a Caesar salad with chicken and was on my way! Since it's newer the outdoor design /architecture is obviously updated. Cooper is a busy street so plenty traffic but it's very close to I-20 and the Parks Mall. Cool soup and salad place for your lunch /dinner needs. Also from years ago when I think of Panera, I think of the bread bowls for soup. That has stayed in my mind since like 2007. This location has been fraudulently charging us for their MyPanera monthly coffee subscription. We did not enroll in it nor have ever used it. I have asked for a refund of the 3 months of charges, and Panera refused. I suspect there is some fine print or some skimming software on their kiosk that enrolls customers without their consent. I would steer clear of this company and get your coffee elsewhere. read more

Friendliness and kindness.....this place is a 5 star stop. I was not ready to be cheerful yet, I still needed my coffee first in the morning. But Hannah and the rest of the staff had a different plan for me. Full of smiles,cheer and kindness. Stephanie the manager as she delivered food to other customers caught eye contact with me across the room and her warm smile made me realize it was time to wake up even with only a few sips of my coffee. my favorite place to brunch! panera is a great go-to place for yummy, relatively healthy, and quick food! their menu offers a range of food to satisfy your cravings from soups, salads, sandwiches, and A TON OF BAKERY GOODS!! my favorite thing to get is their pick 2- that way you get a little bit of both! i usually like the mediterranean veggie sandwich and summer corn chowder soup (both vegetarian). it comes with bread or chips on the side. they really fill the sand which up, and the soup is so creamy!! for their bakery, their cookies and muffin tops are my FAV!!! especially the m&m cookie and the chocolate chip or pumpkin muffin tops. i don't know exactly how i feel about their service. my order is constantly wrong, whether they charged me an extra cookie, completely forgot an order, or just didn't really seem to know how to work their system. i've also had missing items through drive-thru many times. however, they frequently go around the table with free samples, and the portions at this location are the biggest i've ever seen! overall, i love this place and constantly crave it. i think this is definitely one of the better locations! read more

Love Panera bread! Service was fast and efficient. My go to whenever i stop by the mall. I'll be returning on my next mall trip.

-Service Came in to order and dine in (I usually do delivery) and the girl taking my order was very sweet and polite. She was quite patient with me because I was asking about a few salads (since I'm highly indecisive) and I couldn't have asked for someone more accommodating. It's a shame I forgot her name (when I go back for round two I'll be sure to keep an eye out for her and update this review!). When my food was brought to the table, the young man who brought it was sure I had all the utensils I needed and napkins. He was also sure to let me know where to get anything else that I had needed throughout my meal. I'm sure it was because I was embarrassingly looking around like I was lost... -Food & Drinks The food was delicious!! The girl who took my order had recommended that I do the pick 2 with a half Asian sesame chicken salad and cup of clam chowder soup. I really can only say delicious and yummmmm. The salad dressing was PERFECT. Not overpowering in flavor but not necessarily weak in comparison to the perfectly cooked chicken. The clam chowder soup? I think I honestly have to say that I may have found my new favorite place for hot, creamy, and flavorful clam chowder. As for drink, I highly recommend their papaya green tea. It's sweet but not too sweet and it's not bitter like some other green teas I've had! I will definitely be coming back for more! read more

Finally a Panera by me! It's off south cooper right next to Bank of America where the old Bennigans was located. Most of the parking is at the back of the restaurant although there are a few spots with the handicap. One thing that might be a pain. The interior is nicely put together and the staff is friendly. I've been pretty sad about Panera hanging their menu not too long ago and removing the chipotle chicken panini. That was my favorite thing to order, however I have found a new go to Panini! The chicken frontega (: sometimes I'll opt for the Cobb salad with a cup of tomato basil soup. This location also has a convenient drive thru. read more

I like this place. Have a few dishes I consistently get here, that are consistently good. I've gotten the Chicken Noodle in a bread bowl, it's my go to bread bowl soup when I don't make it on Friday's (Fridays they have clam chowder and I will always pick clam chowder over chicken noodle). I like the Chicken Noodle but have had it at times where it was to salty. The Clam chowder is creamy and delicious you really get that Clam flavor. If I get a pick two which I do some times, I get the tuna salad sandwich and a soup or soup and the mac and cheese. I don't like the mac and cheese anymore the first few times I had it but I think they changed the cheese they use and it doesn't taste the same or as good as it used to. The Tuna Salad sandwich is good but has been a bit sweet for me in the past. read more

I've always enjoyed Panera bread. Food oats delicious. Drive through service today was extremely slow and the prices appear to have gone up recently. All I ordered was one toasted bagel and it was $3.01. Little high IMO so I'll stick with Starbucks next time. read more

This is a brand new location, however they clearly have a pest issue. My office ordered a large breakfast order from this location, and when I went to open my sandwich box, there was a LIVE cockroach staring back at me. I would have thought a newer location would be cleaner, however this does not seem to be the case. I did not eat the sammie, and the remainder of the order was tossed. read more
