My last 2 visits to this Panera would probably earn 4-4.5 stars but would've been 5 stars if the prices were more reasonable (I get it... bad inflation + bad economy = everything is expensive) but I'm rounding up to 5 because they have a poor rating right now. I contributed to that (my first 2 visits resulted in no food, wasted time and 1 star) but they seem to be on the ball now! We ordered a Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad and a Mediterranean Chicken Greens with Grains and both were very generous portions and very good! The Mediterranean could've used more actual grains but the Green Goddess had lots of perfectly ripe avocado! I ordered with the Panera app for pick up at the counter and it was ready less than a minute after I walked in the door! We didn't order drinks but I noticed that they have a large selection of sodas, teas, coffee's, etc that I might have to try next time!

I was hesitant to try this Panera because of the other reviews.... But... They have a drive thru! We ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich and a flat bread pizza. Both were really tasty. Sandwich was good with soft bread and fresh ingredients. The flatbread was hot and loaded with toppings. I'll return to this location.

I asked for the grilled Mac n cheese pick two sandwich, but got a grilled cheese instead. and I don't like grilled cheeses.

Sadly, this Panera once again strikes out... This is my 3rd try since they have been open thinking "by now they have to have worked out all their operating kinks" alas, they have not. The first time I went was a couple weeks after opening and they were out of almost everything. The second time about 2 months later, they served me a different (although similar) sandwich. I didn't complain then as they were busy and mistakes sometimes happen. This time I ordered half a chicken salad sandwich and received a slice of white bread, 5 particles (yes, tiny pieces) of lettuce, and about a tablespoon of chicken salad. See the pictures. I don't think I will be spending anymore $ at this location...Back to the metroplex for a Panera fix we go.

take out!

Tomato soup and grilled cheese were excellent. The strawberry lemonade was wonderful. I love the frappes and chocolate croissants too!

Longest wait time ever. Management should be here witnessing this. Unbelievable. Highly recommended going elsewhere.

Casual. We sat at the bar and our bartender was amazing! He was funny and attentive despite being very busy! Service: The restaurant was so busy with diners even at 8:30 PM on a Saturday evening. I did not expect it to be this busy in my head. My husband and I sat at the bar since that was open seating and there were no sit down tables available inside or on the patio. The restaurant will add you to the waitlist if you'd like! Food: My husband and I shared the deviled eggs appetizer, and "the burger" with grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. The deviled wggs (satan's huevos) were good, and spicy because we chose the "hellfire" option. The burger was huge! I'm glad my husband I split it because there was no way I'd finish that burger on my own! We both left content and not stuffed.

My wife and I came here on a Saturday early afternoon. We were sat and handed brunch menus which…read moredidn't have the Philly cheese steak on it. We looked at the menu online prior to coming and knew that we both wanted to try the cheese steak, so this was a bit of a bummer. They waitress who was very attentive told us that we can't order from the full menu for another 30 minutes so we decided to wait rather than leave. Listen, I get it the idea of having a different menu for brunch, but why not post it on your website and state the specific times for each menu? Also, what difference does 30 minutes make? They couldn't fire up the grill 30 minutes early? It wasn't very busy. Anyways, now for the good part: When we were finally allowed to order our sandwiches they were absolutely amazing. The steak was high quality and the gooey cheese had a ton of flavor. What wasn't amazing however was the bill. $20 for a sandwich and a small portion of fries in Abilene is absolute insanity. What's even crazier is we were charged extra for a side of ranch! I understand you get what you pay for, and there's no arguing the quality of the sandwich was top notch, but at the end of the day it's still just a sandwich. If you're good with dropping nearly $60 (including tip) on lunch, then this is your spot. For me, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Although, it's a unique spot that a lot of people enjoy. A crisp, crunchy crust with fresh toppings! I still love their quesadillas! Really happy with their salad portion size and the almonds as an addition to the house salad. Price for the portion size and quality of their pizzas is still out of range in my opinion. I've had a lot of mixed feeling about their food over the years, and usually don't feel inclined to go back. Our waitress brought our check at the beginning of our meal and to go boxes as well, which is proactive of course, but we felt rushed and confused. We never got to even state that our checks were separate, not together. Our appetizer was brought after we received our meal which was stated to be a mishap with a new chef, but we were not asked if we even wanted it at that point. We were also charged the full price instead of the lunch menu price for it as it should've been. Honestly, it would've been honorary to not be charged for it at all under the circumstances. It was just strange. We all have our off days, but it just added to my distaste for Brick Oven. I wish I had a consistently great experience with them! Here's to hoping for better experiences! Maybe it's just not my cup of tea.

They were so good that I didn't have a chance to take a picture. These are breadsticks with jalapeños (just the right amount), mozzarella, garlic butter and Parmesan Romano cheese. They are served warm and toasty and with the perfect amount of flavor and spice. The pizza was the "Bubba's" all meat pizza. The crust was a perfectly thin and crispy one that allowed for the variety of meat. Often times, the crust becomes soggy with all the meat, but not here. It was a 10/10 for sure! This was our first time here, so not sure how busy it normally is, but it was very busy this early evening. We waited 5-10 minutes before anyone noticed we were seated and then a few more minutes to get drinks, but nothing to write a negative review over. The food was worth any wait.
