Wanted to eat at Panera bread tonight. They had a special going on. The customer before me got the special price but they had to call the manager because they had not trained the cashier how to do the discount. When I made my order the special price wouldn't ring up so the cashier called the manager. The manager "fixed" by making the price more than if we had not gotten the discount. When I showed this problem to the manager she refunded the order and then rang up my order without the discount BUT the way she rang it up still overcharged me $2.00. We go out to eat to have a nice enjoyable meal and having all this hassle to get the right price is not fun or enjoyable Panera management please do not offer specials without training you manager and cashiers how to properly put the discount in the cash register!!!!!!!!!! I would love to give a 5 star but the service was horrible. Ordered fries, requested fresh cause it's a 15 drive home. Fresh is still hot when I arrive home. The girl said the fries laying in the bin were fresh and refused fresh. I decided to not order and she said "bye". That made me ask for a mgr. The mgr made the fries fresh. Really appreciated that. Can't give girls name as she had her name tag 90% covered. LOVE Arby's fries when fresh. If I have to pay for old fries I'm just not interested especially if I'm willing to wait for fresh/hot. read more

This is THE BEST Arby's I've ever visited. Great service by the elderly gentleman who took my order and brought my food out, remembering my name in the process. I've always loved the food at Arby's, and this location has the same consistency in excellence. Great location, fabulous roast beef sandwiches, clean and pleasant facility and friendly staff. I stopped here Monday with my elderly father. This was a treat since neither of us have an Arby's where we live. Dad had broken his arm and we were on our way to an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon in Wichita Falls. As we were leaving one of the employees started to clean the table (I wish I had asked her name!). She found Dad's wallet on the bench and brought it to us before we walked out the door! Apparently it had fallen out of his pocket while maneuvering into the booth with his arm immobilized in a sling. Now that is something that doesn't happen just anywhere! Arby's. The day we came the restaurant was immaculate. The service was extremely fast. Food was hot and fresh and even looked like the menu. Gave three stars because it's fast food and I believe in actually following the meaning of the star system. Fast food places don't actually have 4 and 5 star quality food. IMO. There was a man sitting right next to us having serious issues with his order and I have had worse service here. We were on our way to Lake Brownwood pulling a honking 5th wheel trailer during this Hell on earth, known as Covid-19. We tried MANY fast food restaurants to see if their dining rooms were open yet. Found out, just drive through was open. When I called the Arby's to see if they were open yet, I talked to Justin. I asked him what do people do who can't pull through the drive -thru? Was I just out of luck? He told me, " No ma'am, we can make curbside happen!" I placed my order and he brought it out to us personally! I love Arby's!!! We just barely moved to Abilene. Back home there was Arby's. Just never tried it. Then decided. Since Abilene has no taco villa and Arby's has the spicy curly fries. Had to try out Arby's. And omg so delicious!!! Come here at least once a week sometimes more. read more

I think there are three Arby's in town, I know that I've been to two of them so still one to hit up. I always go with the safe beef and cheddar and a drink. In all the visits to Arby's I don't think I've ever had a bad experience. Always had my food quick, and the places are clean. read more

We just ate there for lunch. Food was very good and Restraunt was super clean. Staff friendly. Would recommend.

I rarely review fast food places unless they are amazing, or horrible. Today the food was way better than I went in expecting. Probably some of the best tasting Arby's I've had in the past few years. I normally order the super arby sandwich and it has always come in the regular foil wrapping. Today it came in a plastic sandwich container and seemed super sized! Curly fries were hot and crisp. First time back in an Arby's in over 2 years. We lost our Arby's in San Angelo a while back. The new menu is amazing, but I want to say the food and service Sunday May 3 at about 6 pm was above and beyond! Makes me want our Arby's back even more! The store was very clean also.
