Our son tried this place and he liked it. On his recommendation we went to eat there for lunch. We were not disappointed. Food was delicious. We had: Sweet n Sour Chicken: very very good Orange Chicken Combination: very good Lo mein Noodles: very very good Chicken on a stick: very very good Wonton soup: not so good Sweetened ice tea: very very good I took 1 star away for no restroom and sticky tables. Pleasantly surprised. I've ordered from here before and frankly, the food wasn't that great. However, that has changed thankfully. The food we ordered tonight was amazing! The Sesame Chicken was hot and cooked well, the fried and white rice was perfect, and the cheese wantons were delicious. Since moving here this has been our go to Chinese restaurant. Tried others and they were not as good as Panda Wok. We always pick up our order, and have never had an issue. Not sure why up here all the crab wontons or crab ragoons are nothing but cream cheese, so we don't order those. As I said that is every Chinese restaurant up here. The Double Happiness was a large portion, but the sauces on both times were basically just a thick syrup without much taste. The food is so inconsistent. We ordered the food today at 130p for a 445p pickup. The spring rolls weren't cooked all the way through and were doughy and mushy. The fried dumplings were burnt. We got a $45 meal that had no flavor, tasted as if it were made earlier in the day, then they reheated it before giving it to us, our extras we had put into it were completely wrong, and my partner ended up sick within an hour of eating it. I honestly didn't eat mine and ended up throwing away a $14 meal. We keep trying to give this place a try and I think we hit our breaking point today. It was gross. read more

To start off and to be fair, I've noticed that nearly all of the food here is lower quality from the places home that I'm used to. But I was hoping that this place would have some good food, and I was very disappointed. Well to start off the shrimp barely had any meat on them, and if I just rubbed my finger against them they fell apart, I'm positive that those weren't shrimp. The bbq chicken on the stick was the best thing even though it didn't even come with bbq or any kind of sauce on them. The orange chicken also didn't feel like they had much meat inside of them, it was mostly the fried flour stuff around the chicken. And the sauce they used for it was also the worse that I've had. Fried rice is always hard. I like their beef and broccoli, the sauce and flavors are good, combination plates are good for their price. Not the best Chinese food but you really don't have other options. They deliver on post so that's nice. I've had a few other things like the pepper steak, Kung pao chicken, egg drop soup once. They were all pretty average Chinese food. Egg roll is like mostly thick egg wrapper and hella filled with cabbage. I only ate the food like 5 times in the 2 years we were living there. Already wrote review earlier this time I ordered on phone and it was ready as promised. It looks good and taste great, picked up hot oil sauce to make it extra hot. You have to ask for it. Spring rolls are crisp and crunchy . They have few tables to seat and eat there. Your typical Chinese takeout here at Panda Wok. Their portions are good, and the prices are reasonable. For around $8 per combo (meat, rice, and eggroll) around dinner time, I can't complain. We did purchase a large order, but it took 2 hours to get delivered. The food was still lukewarm when it arrived so I wasn't too upset, plus I was starving at that point. The food lacked some flavor (Kung Pao Chicken) and that spicy taste I like. I also ordered the Crab Rangoon, which turned out to be just friend wonton wraps. There was very little cream cheese and even less crab! I wouldn't ever come back unless I knew nothing else was available and I was starving. **FOOD POISONING** This place is always hit or miss. You can order the same thing every time and it'll always taste different and be of completely different quality. It's super disappointing because when it's actually good, it's GOOD. My husband always orders their orange chicken and is almost always satisfied. Well tonight, my husband was sick within an hour of eating. I tried his chicken and spit it out because I felt that it tasted a bit "chemically".. my poor husband has been violently ill all night with food poisoning. I can't believe how disappointing this place was the last two times we've ordered. We started getting our Chinese at this place because they do such a great job, and it was consistent for several months. Lately, it's been equally as nasty as the stuff that costs half the price in town. I can't believe they leave the chicken on the counter all day while making meals, no wonder I was so sick for three days after the last time I ate it. We decided to give Panda Wok one last shot tonight, and the chicken was so gross and stringy we couldn't even eat it, the tofu was gross, the fried cheese wontons were recooked or something (so burnt they were inedible) and the broccoli was all yellow. What a waste of $45. I really hope things go back to normal sometime soon or they won't be around for long. read more

So my husband and I ordered the pu pu for two, and an order of sweet and sour chicken. It came rather quickly, which was awesome because I was starving! When we opened our bag, we had barely gotten any food. Mind you, I'm pregnant, but pregnant or not I could've eaten the pu pu for two by myself, which I pretty much did. My husband's sweet and sour chicken was a bunch of small pieces of chicken, so it was barely anything. The food was pretty good, but the portions are ridiculously small. Ordered dinner from this place last week, and the food was ok. The chicken wings, egg rolls, orange chicken and vegetable lo mein were ok. We had issues with the lobster lo mein, fried rice and the fortune cookies. I didn't expect fresh Maine lobster for less than $10, but I expected some type of lobster. My lobster lo mein lacked lobster, had huge chunks of weird tasting imitation crab meat and pieces of crawfish meat. This dish should be renamed. They are great. I have only had 1 experience with food issues and they fixed it and delivered out of the typical are to bring to me. They are always friendly. The food is hot and fresh. The shrimp lo mein never smells fishy. Beef and broccoli melts in your mouth. The prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get. And if I have special request like white rice, when I order over the phone or put in an internet order, they always make it right, unlike other Chinese restaurants. read more
