They are great. I have only had 1 experience with food issues and they fixed it and delivered out of the typical are to bring to me. They are always friendly. The food is hot and fresh. The shrimp lo mein never smells fishy. Beef and broccoli melts in your mouth. The prices are really reasonable for the amount of food you get. Some of the best Chinese food comes from tucked away dives in the middle of nowhere. I have only gotten take out from here but the dining area appears to be small and lacks any type of atmosphere. I usually don't write reviews, but this was bad enough that I will. I needed a quick bite to eat and was craving Asian, so I ordered a side of dumplings as an appetizer. I also ordered the veggies and bean curd dish. Their website listed a wait time of between fifty to seventy-five minutes. That seemed long. My food arrived in about forty minutes, which I was not expecting. That was a pleasant surprise. When my food came, the delivery guy was very polite, smiled, and handed me my food. He was very professional about everything. The food itself was...not good. I liked the dumplings but, having lived in Flushing, NYC, and in various parts of Asia for a combined total of 1.5 years, these were not the best I have had. For American dumplings, they were okay. The skin could have been a little thinner, but otherwise, not bad. The veggies and bean curd were not good. The veggies were undercooked and practically raw. This was making it hard for them to soak up any of the sauce on the bottom of the dish. The bean curd was soaking up all the liquid in the dish, or at least it was trying to. It tasted almost as if the restaurant had cut up a fresh cube of tofu and had forgotten to cook it for more than a few seconds. There was sauce at the bottom of the dish, which looked like soy sauce but tasted like water. Something in the dish was giving off water, which was seeping into the sauce. I know I ordered diet food, but that doesn't mean it has to taste bad. I wish they had cooked this dish for a little longer. Too bad you're not allowed to give a zero-star rating! I ordered from here just today, hoping that Panda Wok would have good food, along with alright prices. NOPE! The delivery took about an hour and a half to get here (we just ordered two containers of chicken and Chinese Doughnuts), and when we got into the food, I, in better terms, wasn't impressed. But wait! Just when I finished about half of my Sesame Chicken, I felt something hard in my mouth. Guess what I pulled out? AN ANIMAL NAIL. A F***ING NAIL IN MY FOOD. I ran to the bathroom, and emptied out everything I had just ate. My husband called Panda Wok while I was throwing up, telling them about what had just happened. The lady put him on hold for over 5 minutes, so he hung up and called again, finally reaching a man who seemed to be in charge. He said he would give us a free meal the next time we ordered, but my husband told him that we would OBVIOUSLY never be ordering from them again. So the man said he would refund our order, and have someone come to pick up the food. A little later, my husband gets a phone call from them, and they said they'd only be refunding us for the soiled chicken, nothing else. Okay, sure. They don't want to lose any more of their money, now that they're losing a customer. TWO HOURS later, a man rang our doorbell to pick up the chicken, along with giving my husband a REALLY hard time about it. He was arguing with him over, "The chicken looks more than halfway eaten." REALLY?!?! You mortify me with nails in my food, then want to argue about HOW MUCH I ATE?!?! Well don't worry, every thing that isn't in the container is in the toilet. Love the menu variety here compared to other Chinese places that deliver in the area. Their lemon chicken and honey chicken are delicious. So are their pan fried dumplings, egg rolls, and pork fried rice. However they aren't consistently good. We thought maybe it varied because we ordered towards closing time but even in the middle of the day some of the dishes weren't that great and arrived warm not hot. If you are going to order from here be sure to pick your order up or be prepared to wait over an hour for it to be delivered even if you live just a few miles away. read more

We just moved back to the States from Germany. We are originally from Maryland where there is an abundance of Chinese Restaurants to choose from. Here in Evans Mills, the selection is few and far in between. So we found this place and decided to give it a try. The food isn't bad, but I've had better. The atmosphere is quiet and they make no effort to make you comfortable. The cashier is the worst! Her customer service skills are horrible! She doesn't welcome you and speaks with a disrespectful tone! It took everything in me not to take it to a whole other level with this chick! I don't know her name or who the owner of this place is but she needs to be replaced or somebody is going to hurt her! I will never go back to this place, not even for a damn egg roll! Where to begin, I have no idea how this place is still in business. My first time eating here was a few years ago during my first visit to NY. Walked in, had the orange chicken combo. Never in my life have I ever had the most bland and glum Chinese food. I've had better gas station Chinese food than this restaurant's. Any who, 4yrs later (present) I decided to give it one more try. I ordered the wonton Szechuan style and the hot & spicy pork combo. I called in the order to have it delivered. A woman picked up and she was absolutely rude. Gave me my expected delivery time and quickly hung up. The only reason this place even deserves one star (if I could give them negative 5 stars I would do so in a heart beat) is due to how quickly they delivered and how kind the delivery man was. My food was nicely packed and warm. Not hot. The food was still gross. The wontons were not spicy but huge gobs of dough with very little meat. The hot & spicy pork was just sad. These people clearly don't know zip about spicy. My meal was a huge disappointment. If you don't have taste buds and love being served with a horrible attitude, than this is place for you. read more
