Despite buying over $6,000 worth of appliances, I was dismissed and never received a call back for a warranty issue. When I called the store to seek assistance with the warranty, they informed me that I had to speak to the person who had sold me the fridge. This made no sense to me, as it seemed like a commission-based system. Even when I was their customer, the experience was terrible. To make matters worse, David was on vacation during the time I needed help. Meanwhile, my factory warranty expired, and the window for adding an extended warranty had passed. Additionally, the items they were selling could be as old as 2019, claiming to be new or recent returns. Overall, it was a terrible experience, especially considering the significant amount we spent.

Let me tell you, it was quite an informative experience. The owner (I didn't catch his name) walked me through the process. He showed me the inside of my phone once he opened it and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Through casual conversation he also gave me a few tips on how I can save money on my first desktop computer purchase. Everything took about 20 minutes and the price was reasonable compared to other places. My phone is as good as new. This man is a national treasure! :-)

I called up and left a voicemail. Phil responded within 2 hours and apologized for the delay even though I was happy to get a call back the same day. He came by to take a look and was able to diagnose and fix the issue I was having. He quickly took care of the issue and did not overcharge. He let me know what the pricing would be beforehand and didn't charge a penny more.
