I have gone to many big waxing places and individually owned ones but Sully is by far the best Waxer I have ever had. I also love the sugar wax, I have zero issues after and she makes an uncomfortable area much easier to handle. Sully works at both the Park West and Lake Pleasant location.

They have all kinds of services, sugaring, waxing, laser hair removal, skincare, etc. I mean they are estheticians, so they know all about those kinds of things. I returned to get information on laser hair removal. I am not really eligible for it because I have a lot of tattoos. I ended up getting it done on my armpits. I started the process but ended up switching to a different location because the person that originally assisted me ended up being a temp for the day from a different location. No cash. No front desk staff. Electronic check ins. Payment via credit card.

Never have a problem paying extra even for the use of gel polish for a pedicure but $30 extra for the use of a magnet is a bit overboard...

From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Angel was a great artist as well (check her insta) and both worked in record time for the stylish nails they did. The place was clean. We have already begun planning our art work for next time.
