Im sure nobody will post this but I WILL. The Owners are absolutely money hungry scammers…read more.. tenants please beware & please dont expect your full deposit back. I left the studio the way it came. By the way they paint over nails yet charging $300 for sand work and to paint walls. BS. This place is RAN DOWN. I took my time to patch any and all holes that I made. No damage was done on my end. But there was damage before I even vacated the suite to include holes, nails, and a horrible paint job (what they charge $300 for out of YOUR deposit). What a JOKE!!!! The cleaners that they hire to clean, NEVER mop the facility. I'm sure it's never been mopped since they opened decades ago. The owners will complain about everything you do & they snoop and creep on you all the time for no absolute reason. They always try to find reasons to charge someone for something. Don't keep anything valuable in your suite, considering there are always break ins and don't get me started on the parking, which is limited especially friday-sundays. I have been nothing but a loyal tenant for 3+ years and they cant even give me my full deposit back because they DO NOT value their tenants, and just so money hungry and greedy. Thats why they cant keep nobody in their suites. My advice to anyone interested in renting a suite here is NOT TO!!! Go and rent elsewhere, and save yourself from any and all hassles! My advice to the owners of this facility: BE FAIR, DO BETTER, give people THEIR money back for their effort and for what they DESERVE!!! In order to charge what you do seriously renovate the ENTIRE SALON SUITES not just a couple to impress new tenants SMH and MOP your DIRTY filthy floors!!!!!!

The customer service was great and it felt really peaceful which is even better given this was mom time to relax. The only issue for me is that I got my nails done on a Thursday and by that Sunday/Monday, my nails were lifting. Since I paid $80 after taxes but before tip, I expect my nails to last longer than a few days. Mind you, I did acrylic nail ($60) with French tip ($15) which was a bit pricey for my nails to not last long. This could also be because there was lack of proper prep which I believe would have made my nails last way longer. Lack of preparation is something I've continued to experience with all nail salons around me. Due to my nails not being able to last more than 2/3 days before lifting after spending damn near $80, I can not recommend them.

FIRST REVIEW : Very disappointing experience. I originally booked with Ana and was never informed…read morethat my appointment had been changed to another technician. Even the confirmation text did not mention any change. When I arrived, Ana actually started my pedicure, but then was told to stop and switch to another client who had also been booked with her. This caused unnecessary confusion and felt very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I've experienced scheduling issues here involving the same technician. What made the situation worse was how my concerns were handled by the front desk receptionist. I was interrupted multiple times, spoken over, and told the miscommunication was my responsibility, despite never being notified of any changes. The interaction felt dismissive, argumentative, and lacking empathy or professionalism. I came in expecting a relaxing Mother's Day treat for myself and instead left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management takes these recurring scheduling and customer service issues seriously. Owner response on g : We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify the situation. As previously explained during the call to schedule the appointment the day before Mother's Day, you made a request for Ana and were notified she was unavailable at that time and we could offer you the next tech available which you agreed on. When you arrived, you saw Ana and told her you had an appointment with her without waiting to be properly checked in by the receptionist so she began your pedicure believing you were the 10:00 appointment she had scheduled. Shortly after, her client showed up and we had to place you with the original technician assigned to your appointment. We understand the frustration, however the confusion occurred when the receptionist was not given the opportunity to check you in properly as they usually do before beginning services. This was also explained during your visit when the receptionist apologized for the confusion in that moment as the booking was done correctly and there was no last minute switch ups, just a correction from lack of check in at the front desk as soon as you walked in. We always do our best to accommodate everyone fairly and respect everyone's time especially for those who take time to book for a specific time & technician to keep our appointments running smoothly. UPDATE : I would like to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in your response. When I booked the appointment, I was informed that Ana was unavailable at my requested time and was offered either a 5:00 PM appointment that same day or an appointment the following day. At no point during that phone call was I told that I would instead be scheduled with a different technician. If that had been clearly communicated, this confusion could have easily been avoided. When I arrived that morning, the receptionist was not yet at the front desk or inside the building. I was also not the only customer who checked in before the receptionist arrived. Ana was outside, greeted me herself, and began my pedicure. Ana herself would not have known who she was scheduled to see until clients were checked in, so it is unfair to place the responsibility entirely on me for the confusion. What made the experience disappointing was not simply the scheduling mix-up, but how the situation was handled afterward. During the conversation, the receptionist acknowledged that I had not been clearly informed over the phone that I would have a different technician, yet the responsibility continued to be placed on me for "not clarifying." I was repeatedly interrupted, argued with, and at no point was I genuinely apologized to. Overall, I will not be returning. I understand that mistakes and scheduling mix-ups can happen, especially during busy holidays, but the continued lack of accountability and the attempt to place all responsibility on the customer is what ultimately left the worst impression.

I unfortunately can not recommend this salon. To preface, I used to come to this salon regularly a…read morefew years ago and loved it prior. However, there is a notable dip in quality/experience. The artists are talented but seem overworked and pressured to upsell. Their prices are not transparent, and they are constantly upcharging without getting proper consent. They will simply hold up something and say "Yes?" or "Ok?". I'm hard of hearing and accidentally agreed to a few up charges this way. I was sold a "crystal hair remover" for $15 that is clearly drop shipped from alibaba or a similar site. It made my skin bleed when used at home as they gave no instructions on how to use. They were VERY forceful about selling it and would not take a simple no. I got a gel mani and pedi. I looked at their website and am unable to determine what I even got because none of them match my experience. The recharge combo is the closest one ($99 plus $30 for my french tips) but I did not receive "collagen gloves" or "collagen-infused socks" as advertised. Finally, the tech cured gel polish on my skin. I told her it was there and she continued to do so, which creates a risk for gel allergy to develop. Plus the polish is chipping 3 days later. I have no problem paying premium prices (I regularly pay over $150+ at nail salons) but I expect things like 1) no upselling & alibaba products, 2) transparent pricing, and 3) good workmanship that lasts longer than 3 days.

Great service and very talented technicians!…read more The prices are a little high since they up-charge for french tip. It also takes a log time to get both manicure & pedicure done since they can't do both at the same time. Overall, my nails look great and the ladies who worked on me were highly skilled and courteous. The only down side is that I got my nails done only 4 days ago and the gel is already lifting on two of my nails, so the quality of the gel is not great. Also, the cuticle removal on my fingers led to many hang nails - which I removed - but remenants be seen in the photos attached. I find this happens when too much cuticle is removed or if not removed properly. Not a big deal because cuticle oil helps, and from a far the nails look great.
