I want to say that I am very happy to have found Panda Memorials. I met with Roger and he was very helpful, he showed empathy and was very professional. I did call later after our meeting to make a change on the font and Roger made the changes right away, he even sent me a computer sample on how it would look. They have Excellent customer Service! Even though they are extremely busy, Roger noticed that my Mother's Birthday was coming up next month, he informed me that he would try his best to have the marker completed before my Mother's upcoming Birthdate. On Friday I received a message that my Mother's marker was completed and that they would have it delivered on Tuesday since Monday was a Holiday. As you can imagine, creating a grave marker comes during a very sensitive time but Roger was extremely courteous, kind, and professional. He was very accommodating when it came time to meet and design the marker, but was also extremely patient when dealing with the mechanics and details with the ordering process. The stone itself is of the highest quality and I am glad we were able to customize something special and unique to my grandfather. I had first attempted to use the cemetery grave marker services, but not only were the markers more expensive, but had much less options regarding customization. WOW... totally exceeded my expectations! I found Panda Memorials after a thorough search on google for a reliable shop to create my mother's gravesite marker. I am very glad we ended up choosing to work with Roger & his company. This past Monday my father & I went in for an appointment to design, pay, & sign paperwork. Roger was very clear with us on how the process goes & to expect possibly a 4 week wait after all the coordinating with the cemetery. He assured us that the production side was fairly quick since we chose a stone that was readily available. We left feeling very confident as Roger was evidently experienced in this industry & highly knowledgable. By Friday (only 4 days later), the marker was delivered to the cemetery & placed. I highly recommend Panda Memorial. Roger was very helpful in the planning of my mothers' headstone. It got complicated, but he stuck with me as we did all arrangements via email/ text. I live out of town, so this was important to me. There was a slight misunderstanding which was very clearly no ones fault, but he rectified the situation going out of his way to make sure the stone was ready when needed. Roger I wanted to thank you for you excellent customer service. This is something I wanted to do for my Aunt Noni for many years. When her baby passed back in 1948, my uncle had her buried as my aunt was not able to attend her burial because she almost passed away after giving birth to her daughter Julia. My Aunt Noni shared with me that she and my uncle had planned on moving her casket to All Souls Cemetery where the rest of the family is buried. As years went by, it was something that never happened. Because it never happened, my cousin Julia remained in an unmarked grave at Downey Cemetery. I decided that when I could afford it, I would have a marker placed on my cousin's grave. I shared the news with my aunt that it was finally going to happen. She broke down in tears and was extremely thankful that her daughter would finally have a marker after all these years. My aunt shared with me that she had avoided visiting my cousin's grave because there was a part of her that felt if she didn't visit, the passing of her daughter never happened. She said she knew that sounded crazy but it was her way of coping with the loss of her daughter. Roger, I wasn't sure where to go to order the marker. Our family always had markers done through All Souls Cemetery when our loved ones were being buried. I searched on Yelp and found your company "Panda Memorials" which had wonderful reviews. People didn't just mention the great work you do, they mentioned how you personally took great care in providing them the service they needed. You were very friendly and helpful when we arrived at your place of business. You noticed the date of my cousins death which was July 12, 1948 and said you would do your best to have the work done in hopes that my cousin's marker would be placed at Downey Cemetery by the date of her death. Roger, I am happy to say that we went by Downey Cemetery today (July 12, 2019) to see if by chance the marker made it to the cemetery. It was there and absolutely beautiful. Unbelievably pleased! They made the horrible funeral process extremely easy. The owners were very prompt and gave accurate dates as to when the tablets were going to be ready. Very Disappointed!!! I ordered a place marker for my parents in Green Hills Memorial Park, the marker was file but the service promised was not honored. Roger promises to update the marker with my dad's space, but when my dad died I contacted Roger and he backed tracked. He straight out lied to me about including the update in the price of the marker, all he wanted was my money. I don't know why this place has such good reviews. The only thing good about it is the price. The quality of the picture on the tombstone looks terrible, and it took many requests for them to finally attempt to redo it begrudgingly, but the redone one was only slightly better. They also did not remove the old tombstone from the cemetery that they promised, and ignored all of our phone calls. Took many complaints for them to finally do it months later. When we first met the man who worked here, he was so nice, and promised that'd he do this and that. After he took the money, he did not do what he promised, and ignored our phone calls. Too bad we paid cash, or I would have complained to the credit card company. read more

My family and I were VERY pleased with Panda Memorials. We experienced terrific customer service and a nice one on one with Roger who helped us design the perfect maker. Their price was much cheaper than the cemetery's and the turn around time was faster. About two months after the market was installed, the color inlay photo was chipped.
