Roger, I must say handled my request with care. The grave marker came out just the way I requested. It is beautiful!! I am comforted to know that my Mother and Grandmother have their marker finished the way it should have been. Panda Memorial stepped up and assisted me after I was let down by another company. I am grateful. Roger did exactly what he said he would do- communicate, keep me updated and he delivered and it was done fast and with care. Thank you Roger for everything. I highly recommend Panda Memorial. read more

Husband contacted them after father-in-law was buried at Rose Hills. Rose Hills charges a lot for everything. Roger was friendly & helpful. Must make appointment as he is not there all the time. He qas flexible in meeting with us & when we wanted to go in earlier, he was already there so he was fine with it. Roger made the whole process as easy as possible for us & did not take too long to show us the design we wanted to have for the headstone. We went with the black granite with a line around the edges, a crowd with praying hands overlapped. Roger made it exactly the way we wanted. We wanted to include my father-in-law's full name in English & Korean and Roger was able to do it. He even had 3 different font options in Korean. Extra charge for foreign characters but he does not charge per letter but just a flat fee. He's familiar with the rules different cemeteries have about headstones, will coordinate with Rose Hills to get the headstone approved, & will deliver the headstone once it's completed. Thanks Roger. You made the last part of bidding good bye to my father-in-law very easy. We really appreciate it! read more

My younger sister was looking for a place to order a graveside marker for my father. She found Panda Memorials. My older sister and I went to order one for our father. It was a year after his passing and we were finally ready to go through the process of ordering a marker. We made an appointment with Roger and met with him. He made a difficult and sad task very simple for us. He showed us our options and helped guide us. There was never any pressure. He was able to show us on the computer what the final product would look like. We had a photo of my dad added. The actual marker turned out beautiful. We were so pleased with everything. The service was excellent and the marker is pure artwork. We are very happy with everything. They are currently working on my brother's memorial now. read more

We went in to get my Grandmothers headstone ordered. Roger assisted with the order making suggestions that helped us select the best options and even went above and beyond by fixing the digital image we submitted. His communication was excellent and the finished product was absolutely beautiful. The price was great and it included the service fee for the cemetery installation which made the process so easy from start to finish. I highly recommend Panda Memorials. Great experience at Panda ! I was referred by a friend who works at a local cemetery In Orange County, it was mentioned this company does great work and offers affordable pricing . Having 3years to think of what I wanted on my parents updated memorial tablet. I drafted a document with the idea of what I envisioned, Roger did his magic and made it come true! Only spending less then 45min in office I was quite pleased from start to finish. As of now, my parents headstone is not complete but I know I won't be dissatisfied when I do see the finished product laid on my parents resting place. Thanks Roger ! read more

Our family was very happy to have found Panda Memorials as opposed to going through the Cemetery. We would recommend Panda to everyone, over the alternative. Thank you again Roger! read more

I did bit of research before chosing Panda memorials. Roger provided excellent service and the price was very reasonable with no surprises. Delivery was complete in a little over a month and because Roger was so on top of communicating, my mother's headstone was installed within days of delivery. When my mom passed away everything was a complete blur....and there where so many things to finalize for her. Some more confusing than others. But the gentlemen from panda memorials were a blessing to say the least. Compassionate, patient, friendly. They didn't treat us as a number nor did they try to cash in on our grief. My moms headstone tablet was remarkable. Good craftsmanship the list goes on and on. I know its never easy when someone passes but if you go here they will treat you as if you were they family. read more

I had never thought in my wildest thoughts or dreams to ever had to draft, plan or create a marker for my late father. Initially, my family and I had to decline the offer and included marker from Forest Lawn because they did not enable unlimited text and include a portrait of him. After searching for a while, we found Panda Memorials and let me say that they did a really exceptional job in helping my family and I. I appreciate the integrity of their opinions were in regards of the details - the choice of font, the placement of my father's photo, the type of metal, etc. At one point it was overwhelming because everything looked great, but we were so specific. They were very empathetic of what we wanted and drafted options on their program and after working with us, they showed us how it would look - exactly how we envisioned. We had an appointment consultation, the whole process did not feel rushed and we felt that the collaboration was straight forward yet it was more than enough time for them to listen, communicate, and draft something for us. They did state that it was going to take ten weeks to make and have it delivered. However, to our surprise we had received a notification from Forest Lawn that the marker was delivered two weeks early! When we finally saw the marker, my family and I can't express how beautiful the quality is! We have sent photos to family all over the world and everyone could not agree more how beautiful it turned out. Though it did take us a bit of awhile to have a marker for my father, choosing this place was well worth it! It was actually more affordable than of Forest Lawn and other companies that we have checked out. My family and I are overall happy and satisfied with their communication and overall services. read more

Excellent job Panda Memorials! I was extremely pleased with the grave marker and services from Panda Memorials. They are true to their word in terms of affordability and straightforward pricing, as stated on their website. I especially appreciated the thorough information that they provide on their website as well as the different options and markers you can choose from. I was responsible for my brother's burial this year, and the final thing I needed to take care of was his bronze grave marker. The cemetery he is buried in, Oakwood Memorial Park, only allowed bronze markers. I purchased a 16 x 28 bronze marker. After doing some research on the Internet and looking around LA, Orange, and Ventura Counties, I found Panda Memorials. I chose the potential style numbers, prepared the written information that I wanted along with a picture, and sent an email to Roger followed up by a phone call. He was able to answer additional questions regarding font and words. Thereafter, we finalized everything. After paying half of the total payment, the marker arrived in exactly 8 to 12 weeks, which also happened to be my late brother's birthday. I was ecstatic! When I picked up the grave marker, they provided me with the screws for installation to give to the cemetery. I then brought everything to the cemetery. FYI, just make sure you find out what requirements the cemetery may have for your markers and headstones, as well as any installation fees. Also, make sure to review and re-review everything you want on your marker so that when it arrives, it is perfect. Roger was a pleasure to speak with, professional, and responsive. I felt very comfortable transacting business with them, unlike the mortuaries that kick you when you're down and you don't realize it until much later. Aside from the actual pick up, business was done by email and phone. I am so grateful, and will definitely recommend this business to all family and friends. Thank you so much Panda Memorials! You are a breath of fresh air in this industry. read more

I highly recommend this place ! I'm glad there's still people with experience and good customer service...

Extremely prompt in providing clarification and/or answers to questions and concerns. Although I communicated with Roger mostly via email, I am impressed by his professionalism and patience in dealing with all my questions. Thank you, Roger, for making it less stressful for families who are going through difficult times. What you do truly makes a difference. read more

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I'm so grateful on the quality and how my mothers marker came out plus how fast it was completed. Kind and attentive Roger was very helpful in helping us select my dad's headstone. He was willing to work with our specific wishes.

Turnaround time from service inquiry to completion of cemetery marker was roughly a little over a month which was very impressive! Prior to the initial appointment I went online to see their work and picked one to modify for my needs. Roger was very patient and attentive to our needs. He explained everything from business side and made it clear that due to demand service might take longer than expected. He also adviced us to pick a different picture from the one we took because it was blurry and hard to work with. No detail was overlooked in this process. We were very fortunate that the same week it was dropped off it was installed by rose hills. I cannot recommend this place enough. Pricing is reasonable and he walked us through the process and is very knowledgeable unlike other places that give you the maybes with high prices. read more

Panda Memorials is the best. Communication was excellent. In a time when some businesses ghost their customers (and I've had that happen), my family and I were relieved at how responsive Roger was to our questions and requests. We looked at other vendors, but reviews for them were really disappointing. We couldn't bring ourselves to go to any of them, even when we thought we might not have a choice. Thankfully we found Panda Memorials. Roger explained the whole process during our first phone call, and pricing was upfront and reasonable. What impressed us most (apart from how beautiful the finished marker is) was Roger's patience with the number of changes and smallest adjustments we requested during the proofing process. (Our changes had nothing to do with errors Panda made, because there weren't any.) When we'd send changes to him, he seemed to respond in a matter of minutes with a new proof and our changes exactly in place. It's rare to see that kind of responsiveness and conscientiousness, and we were grateful for it. Having a marker made for a lost loved one is difficult enough without having to deal with poor communication. Not once did we experience that. From the first call to the last email letting us know the marker was delivered to the cemetery for placement, there was never a problem. It was also completed sooner than we'd expected and looks exactly the way we wanted. This was a bronze companion marker for my father who died, and my mother who survives him. When she saw it, she was moved by how beautifully it turned out. And my family is happy that it was made with such great quality and care, the way a lasting memorial should be. Our thanks to Roger and Panda Memorials. Believe the 5-star reviews--they deserve them. read more

Roger Tan was attentive and proactive when we spoke over the phone to make appointment. He gave me the estimate and told me about the requirements of Forest lawn cemetery. When we went to the appointment everything was ready for us to get the design and the grave marker that we wanted. We went for the 20x28 and we're not disappointed with the design. I will definitely recommend this business. Now we just have to wait for the end result. Panda memorial will deliver the grave marker to the cemetery for a comfortable fee. Overall the price was reasonable compared to other places. The design and wording is included in the price. We left half the $ for the deposit the rest will be paid when they deliver. Definitely recommend Panda Memorials. read more

If I could give ten stars to Panda Memorials, I would. I had difficulty finding a memorial company with good reviews and a comprehensive on-line shop to help design a marker for our mother. I finally stumbled on Panda and am so happy I did. Roger provides exceptional customer service and was so patient with us as we worked our way through designing our mother's memorial. I know we asked him for at least six revisions and he was always happy to do so. Professional, courteous and beautiful quality. Absolutely recommend Roger and Panda 1,000%! read more

Roger again, I don't understand why we are having this discussion? I don't know why you state that you will try to fix this when you stated, "that is the best you can do." I know that your not going to go pick up the marker at All Souls and replace it. Stop pretending that you are going to accommodate me and my family when we all know your not. I am just sincerely stating my experience at your shop. Maybe other families might have a different or same experience but have not come forward. You cannot try to discredit me because we all know I am speaking the truth. It is not my fault that you gave me a layout of how the marker would look and it failed to look as we agreed. We are adults and let's just stop pretending and move forward. Best of luck. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this business. First of all I found them right here on Yelp and looked for them because the cemetery told us it would be one year to get a marker finished for my mother. I called them and got in to see them in a couple days, the marker was designed by Roger in just minutes on his computer and then he sent me the documents via email. It was very easy to sign things and electronically send a deposit to get it going and final payment as well. Along the road they were very responsive via email and even had to contact the cemetery half a dozen times to get a response from him but continued to do so. They are extremely professional and their work is beautiful. Not to mention that the one year timeframe and I would've had to wait at the cemetery turned into one month with them which was four weeks earlier than they promised! read more

I am so very impressed on the amazing job Roger did on my grandmother's grave marker. I placed my order on March 15th and received a email stating that the maker was all complete on April 20th. Roger was so so nice, he answered all of my questions and concerns. He made sure I was getting everything I wanted. What I like most about this company is that everything is on the website, there's no hidden fees. I made an appointment with the gentleman Roger. I arrived early and he went ahead and took care of us. We got straight into the design I saw online and he started to put it all together until it was exactly what I liked. The work Roger does is top notch and beautiful to say the least. I asked a few questions on the types of granite and stones offered, and was recommend the black one because it holds up well. Overall service was really good, professional, and upfront with pricing. My husbands grave marker was about $1300 out the door with the largest photo in color. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
