It's been a long day Without you, my friend And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again... One day we will all meet the same fate of death but All Souls helped our family during this time of mourning my uncle. 5/5 Service We had great hospitality from the staff at All Souls. They were attentive to all the needs and would kindly remind people of the time before the Viewing ended, the start of the Rosary, and the procession into the Chapel. They had a little kitchen area where we were able to have drinks and snacks. They explained each process from inside to the burial. 5/5 Parking Lots of parking available throughout the cemetery and mortuary. 5/5 Likelihood to Return With my abuelita and uncle now buried here I will be stopping by soon. My family has had loved ones buried here for decades, and we've been visiting this cemetery regularly for over 30 years. The grounds themselves are generally maintained, but the restroom facilities have been a recurring problem for as long as I can remember. There is consistently no hand soap available and no paper towels. The restrooms also lack trash cans, and many of the fixtures appear worn or in need of repair. Accessibility is another concern. The stalls are extremely small and would be very difficult for many visitors using wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility aids. This cemetery serves a large number of families, and visitors often spend a significant amount of time here. Basic restroom maintenance and accessibility improvements would go a long way toward improving the experience for everyone. read more

I enjoyed the whole thing and it was great to be a part of John Cahills final mass. The web cam was clear and showed all the important parts of the service. As l live in Ireland it meant a lot to me to be part of the funeral service. read more

2-1-2026 I was invited to my partner's best friend's brother's memorial service here last Friday, and it was an extremely eye-opening experience. It was beautiful and touching, and I feel that they were very respectful of the family's wishes. First, we were led into the chapel through a couple set of doors, then we saw the frame and flower arrangements that were displayed. Next, was the actual service, which I believe was Catholic mass. Then, we were led on a convoy outside where they commemorated his life. It was a little bit of a wait, being escorted outside, and it was hard to hear the pastor, without amplified sound. I was told they were placing him into the rock wall, but wasn't too sure of the details. The immediate family stood next to it, and we gave our condolences. The event was soon over, and although we arrived a little early, we were there for almost 2 hours. I was so grateful to have then been invited to their celebration of life party afterwards. The grounds seem well-maintained, and it was a little spooky walking on top of graves. What stood out to me the most was seeing the huge displays and how remarkable it all was. read more

nice to see. it could have used some wider angles to show more of those who were there at the service, and let it go a little longer so you can see all the mourners leave, I thought it cut that off halfway through and distant relatives who were looking for others didn't see them, because they were in the last rows and the video cut off towards the middle rows read more

I never thought to do a review for here. My husband and I have many family members resting here. I try to come at least once a month to bring flowers for my mom, grandparents and most recently my sister-in-love. It's hard coming here at times but seeing how well kept the grounds and mausoleums are, it gives me peace. Security often patrols around so I feel safe when I go by myself. The people in the main office are very kind and respectful especially through out the funeral planning process. The more I come here, the more I think about how important it is to obtain arrangements no matter how old you are. They're very good and clear about the services, prices and assisting during the process and day of. I've looked into arrangement plans and will definitely obtain one sooner than later. Prices go up the longer you wait. read more

Customer service , some feeling to a families loss. Our families experience here when we had to make arrangements for our Mother who passed during covid was so Horrible that two of mysiblings couldn't deal with them any longer. I was the last One that was gonna be able to and the Wrong person cause how I get when im angry. But After I gave them a Very good piece of my mind eventually got it after speaking the almost EVERYONE IN MANAGEMENT. The only reason we continued to have our Mother placed here was cause our Grandparents and uncles are here and she wanted to be close to them. If not I Swear GreenHills was SO SO MUCH MORE COMFORTING CARING AND DID ALMOST ANYTHING TO HELP US. Now they are a Business that All souls should look up to and handle Business exactly if not better.... SHAME ON THIS PLACE FOR MAKING MY MOMS PASS8NG EVEN HARDER TO BEAR. it's not like her space was free or anything like that. And mot to mention where my grandparents are the groundsman are told to only trim and water close to the street side cause where my grandma and Grandpa are the grass is dead , dirt is dry there trails of ticks there. I mean COME ON PEOPLE everyone HERE PAID to be placed here. If they dont get this changed around soon we will be looking to reporting this place. I dont know if were the only family that feels this way but off from the number of starship have on the reviews. Im SURE WE ARE NOT...! read more

Thank you and Blessings for this option...The audio and image was very clear. My heart and prayers go out to the family.

I was not able to make my great aunt's mass, but could attend virtually thanks to your livestream service. The picture was inclusive with clear resolution and audio throughout. Thank you for providing this to your customers. read more

We were very happy with ASM and our Funeral Arranger/Counselor German Reyna. He was so compassionate and helpful through the most difficult time in our lives. I definitely was very happy with their care and attention. We had so many people tell us how beautifully everything went. His recommendations really helped us. He provided great information and his response time to our frequent emails was incredible! He responded right away! There were times we did not expect it and were surprised he replied so quick. Top notch. Aside from him, Filomena Rombeiro was our Cemetary Arrangement counselor. She was knowledgeable, patient, kind and so helpful to us. Any question we had she answered right away. Everything went smoothly. Burying our child was hard, but they did a lovely job at making us feel comforted and cared for. The facility is very nice and we were at peace with our final decision to have the service here and our loved one laid to rest. read more

Soooo annoyed right now! Why is this place so strict now?! My family just didn't 2 hours decorating our plot. Mind you, 90% of the decorations are the same ones we have had for YEARS! The ONLY NEW items were candy canes. My cousin just left from visiting and everything was taken. What's the point. Nothing was too much or offensive. Our family is dead. Why can't we celebrate and decorate during the holidays. The #1 thing I dislike about this cemetery vs others. My cousin is buried at Forest Lawn and they can leave up decor year round. It's the best! Family comes and leave trinkets or special items. At All Souls, when it's not the holiday, each week everything is tossed. During the holidays it's like bah humbug. Horrible! read more

Planned a funeral here and was very grateful to ASM for their caring support throughout the process. My mom had done a lot of the heavy lifting prior to the funeral so a lot of the decisions had been prearranged. We had a meeting with Janet who was thorough, organized, and kind. She answered many questions for us at the meeting and afterwards via email as well. The day of the funeral, Bill was our contact person. He was very kind and funny as well. Really enjoyed working with him! He was very respectful and made sure that the immediate family really got quality time to be alone and present. The only hiccup of the day was that the accompanist for our mass ran about 15 minutes late. Other than that, everything went smoothly. And Bill helped us out so much Compared to other funeral homes, I did enjoy that ASM felt more intimate. We were also grateful to be able to rent out the lounge room for that day. And it was very well sound proofed! We have a large, loud Filipino family and it was perfect for them to eat and chat loudly in the lounge while the actual viewing room (St Michael's) was more peaceful and calm. Thank you to the team at ASM for giving me a great experience! In light of the loss, I feel super grateful :) read more

This review is only for the cemetery. We had my grandpa's graveside services here and the priest gave a very nice service. I wish I could remember his name, but he was Irish. The grounds were kept very neat and clean. But I will say that my sister went into the mortuary to use the restroom and she said that the bathrooms were filthy. I understand they had a service going on at the time, but might be good to know. read more

Adding to the insult, did the lawn mower breakdown that the grass looked atrocious and I ended up pulling some grasses with my bare hands just so it looked more decent. You can tell how tall it was by the picture attached. read more

Good camera angles and ability to hear everything clearly made the prayer service touching.

This allowed my disabled mother to be part of a beautiful ceremony of someone she loved dearly.

The video feed was excellent. Audio was also excellent. It would have been nice for a camera operator that could have zoomed in to the speakers during the service. read more

Easy & nice. Love visiting our loved ones who've passed on here. Family oriented condolences.

All Souls Mortuary in Long Beach is the worst, most uncaring, and dirtiest cemetery I've ever seen. It's all about the money for them. They don't care about the people resting there. The graves are never cleaned up, and they don't listen to customers no matter how many times you complain. I've complained over and over, even took it all the way to the archdiocese, and still nothing gets done. I've had my parents buried here since nineteen seventy-seven, and the way they run this place is disgusting. They allow strangers to throw blankets down and have picnics right on top of other people's graves, even if they're not family. It's completely disrespectful. They make their money off of people dying and families suffering, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

it was good. The mass was beautiful. However the camera showed only the left part of the chapel. I couldn't see my relatives.

it was well covered the whole even. The priest did a really good presentation of the service. His talk was very meaningful. The music was appropriate for the servic. read more

Visited All Souls Cemetery, Sunday afternoon. It was getting busy for a summer weekend at the cemetery. There was only a single restroom available and a visitor line was forming. Get some porta potties for summer weekends at least. There are no restrooms at the north end. Are cemetery visitors expected to drive to the single restroom and get in line? Imagine the conversations in the restroom line! read more

Just got back from visiting deceased relatives buried at All Souls Cemetery. For a busy summer weekend, there were plenty of visitors. There was only one single restroom available! It was 1:00 pm, Sunday afternoon and there was a guest line forming at the only restroom open to the public. This is not welcoming to cemetery guests! Come on, Cemetery management provide at least portable potties throughout the cemetery during summer weekends especially on the north side of the cemetery, where there are no restrooms. Imagine what the conversations were like waiting for the single restroom available to public on a busy weekend. read more

This place (Cynthia) treated us like we were the crumbs on her shoe. She was already inside the building talking to her co-workers about my family . She had no clue I was with them. She made a few comments that let me know they did not want our black business at their cemetery. She told her co worker let me hurry up and get this over with." She also said, "That Jabarri, my cousin, who we buried at the beautiful Rose Hills, was not a good fit for the cemetery. What does that even mean? The moral of the story is Ms Cynthia made it very clear with her words and body language that she did not want our business there. read more

My grandmother doesn't have her stone yet. So I've been trying to make it nice for her so we can know where she is. I took cute things Friday afternoon. Came to vist her Sunday again and everything was missing. Very upset & hurt. Don't know if someone stole her belongings or what.. definitely calling on Monday morning to see what is going on. But if employs took it off, they should at least be professional and let the loved ones know what is being taken off. I go every Wednesday and Friday to take off and put back her things. How all of a sudden will it allllll be gone? After everything was fine the week before. I read more

My mom passed this year, in 1993 my mother purchased three plots for 6 people back in 1993 when my brother was murdered. This year we had to visit to prepare for my mother's funeral. I can't express how this staff went above and beyond our expectations. We chose polish for her nails, well my sister did and as we got closer the funeral date the ladies taking care of my mothers make up and getting her ready called us and started texting us with pictures and color pallets as we drove down the 405 to get home to Orange county. Everything was settled with red polish red lipstick and hair down. When I walked into the viewing room my eyes just grew of the amazingly beautiful look my mother had. She looked so angelic so beautiful. When I say my real sleeping beauty she was my life size sleeping beauty and I will never forget the details in everything they did. We had viewing room plus the kitchen for our guest. If you want your loved ones to be taken care of and everything in one place without going to different sites this is the place to be. We had viewing, mass & burial all in one day. We are so blessed that my mom chose them for my brothers burial and now we had them take care of our mother. Jenny and Sonny were amazing and very hands on. Thank you thank you is not enough... read more

My wife's mother and a couple of other family members on her side are here. The place is huge and there are traditional burial plots and mausoleum choices. They do a good job handling the services. A flower shop is located here and as can be expected it is a bit more expensive. The grounds are kept up and this is a busy place especially around Christmas and Mother's Day. read more

Let's talk about the topic many of Us do like Cemetaries! It is a place many of us go to find comfort , visit loved ones. I have several family members here. Since the 2020 pandemic. I have been to many Cemetaries. This Cemetery has stood out among of thee others for many good reason's. Thus Cemetery has been kept up impeccably. The staff is ever so friendly here and helpful. The property of this Cemetery is well maintained in every sense. There were many sanitizing stations near the bathrooms and or near the offices. Seems like each time I visit they are always improving the Cemetery innevery sense. There is America parking , running water. This is the first Cemetery that I have seen more than one security vehicle driving around throughout the Cemetery. I felt comfortable and amazed all at once. read more

With a heavy heart this visit was to finalize my mother's remains. I understand the mood and went in knowing what to expect. It had been 30 years since I've had to do this for my father. They were professional, kind, thoughtful and very thorough. Janet helped me and was amazing to work with. She handled all my needs and went above and beyond make the process comfortable. I think the service was outstanding and price was well in range of what something like this would cost. All in all I would recommend this place with the difficult process you need to deal with. Thank you Janet! read more

We buried my Dad then my Mom here. Both experiences were horrible. They were quick to take our money but slow when ever we requested everything. We paid for my dads head stone and they forgot to order it. We waited for months for a head stone that was supposedly ordered and paid for months before he passed. We had to find receipts because they would tell us that we never paid for it. Now we a are here to visit my mom 4 months after she passed and there is no vase in the ground to put the flowers. We went to the front to ask and they actually blamed us for them not doing the job they paid for right. Now that I am thinking about it they actually hit us up for like 50 bucks cause they miscalculated when we signed and paid for all their contracts. That was the day before the funeral. We felt like they would cancel the services on us if we did not pay. I deal with billing and customers every day. I would not hound them for a miscalculation on a repair. These people went to a grieving family demanding more money. read more
