She took us to an office in the back of the building it looked like a storage area with a couple desks added. I got past all that and when it was time to pick up his remains.I was told to go to the reception desk and they would help me. I introduced myself and the very nice lady told me wait just a minute. She left the room and came back with the urn with my husband of 56 years in a bag and set him on the desk. I couldn't believe it they could have taken me to a private room to give me a minute at least to compose myself . The receptionist had me sign a paper and handed me my husband's folded flag , I can't imagine being treated like this in a place that is suposed to be caring and a place to mourn our loved ones. A year later when I am "In need" somehow the price went to $3900... Then to add insult to insult/injury; an hour after I left their office they called me to apologize and tell me that they were "Willing to work a special deal for me" This was the day after my mother passed. I can't explain to you to you how incredibly horrible this made me feel but I will tell you that I was able to match the initial quote with another supplier and move on with my grieving process. I work literally across the street from where this took place and (their office) and even though it's been 3 months since this situation it makes me sick when I see their sign as I am leaving or returning to the office. She couldn't provide us any information, couldn't get us help from anyone else, and kept dumping us on hold for no reason. This was ridiculous and completely unacceptable, especially while we're grieving and trying to get basic support. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service was shocking. No family going through something this difficult should have to deal with that kind of treatment. I would not recommend dealing with this place at all.
