Pretty solid Chinese food with great prices and a quick delivery window. Ordered on a Saturday night and they came within 45 minutes with the food piping hot. The boneless spare ribs were the highlight. I got the mai fun thinking it was something else, but overall still good and flavorful. Egg rolls and the wonton soup are all pretty good too. Panda House has been my go to spot for over 20 years. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend trying their Sesame Chicken, Chicken and Broccoli with fried rice (extra brown) as well as a box of their Sweet and Sour chicken! 10/10 would recommend. read more

Long Beach has its fair share of Chinese take out restaurants, with minimal decor and seating that is usually not the cleanest. I'm a fan of this place for a few reasons: 1) five words - salt and pepper fried squid. We were so happy to find this in their appetizer section, because we used to have to trek it out to Flushing or Chinatown. It can sometimes be a little over battered but they usually get it right. ok, so if you're not into squid... 2) wonton soup - I prefer the small white wontons to the bigger versions, reminds me of dim sum. The broth is not too salty as other wonton soups tend to be. 3) the bro is a big fan of egg foo young and is partial to their version after trying many of the other local Chinese take out joints. 4) the friendly staff; the lady who works there has even brought my food to my car saving me the hassle of leaving my kids alone, even if it's for less than a minute. So for those times when I can't get to Chinatown, (who am I kidding? I can barely get to Flushing Chinatown these days) this place satisfies my salt and pepper squid craving just fine. read more
