The eggroll was also tasty and pretty full. The chicken wings were plump, flavorful, and crispy on the outside. The noodles with Peking sauce were just...weird. The noodles were grilled, which gave them a charred flavor, which I'd never seen or heard of before, and did not enjoy. The Peking sauce is very different from others I've had; it's a brown gravy with ground beef and shrimp, plus some veggies, but not at all spicy like others I've had. The appetizers I would get again, but the noodles I definitely would not.

The soft rolls of fresh vegetables arrived beautifully plated complete with a flair of real banana leaf. It was fresh and delicious. The chicken satay arrived beautifully plated as well in a reasonable time thereafter. I was pleasantly surprised by the four generous chicken breast filets. The lightly marinated meat was very tender and cooked to perfection. The peanut sauce and pickled cucumber were perfect accompaniments. As other meals were delivered to nearby tables I couldn't help but notice the delicious smells and equally impressive presentations. I must also mention my wonderful sever. Her genuine smile and pride in the food she served made my day. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant. I think it could very well be the best in the Nashua area.

Pluses: Super friendly staff, fast service (10-15 minutes) which could also be interpreted as a negative depending how you look at it. Food well packaged for transport home. Minuses: Cost/value. Bland. 1. Summer rolls were wrapped in rice paper with the ends open so filling fell out while eating. Tasted ok. Missing something... basil or cilantro? 2. Golden bags. Tasted ok. Crispy tops, soggy bottoms and dense bland pork and shrimp insides. 3. Papaya salad. Generous portion. Tasted ok. Fresh. 4. Pad Kee Mao. Overdone beef slices but generous portions. Flavorless and dry. Clumped flat noodles. 5. Red curry with chicken. Overdone dry chicken. Flavorless and soupy. 6. Fried rice with crispy chicken. Tasted ok. Meh. 7. Pad Thai. Flavorless. Overdone chicken. Missing something. 8. Salt and pepper wings. Sogged out breading falling off the chicken wing. No salt or pepper to be found. Most disappointing item from the order. For $167 including tip, highly disappointing.

The 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because for one although we arrived early much of the food we tried was cold. Also the service was quite slow. The longest part was waiting 15 minutes or so for the check. We have been to better buffets. I can say I liked the teriyaki chicken and also the spring roll and egg roll both were crispy which was nice. It wasn't terrible but probably wont be back because the food was mostly to cold.

That was nice! brought my brother and sister for a requested Chinese birthday lunch, and the timing worked out well because it wasn't busy at all, it was busy by the time we left. Service was very fast paced, per usual in these types of settings, which is typical for buffets like this. They didn't even let us fully sit down before asking for drink orders, it's actually funny. I asked for a Pepsi but was brought a Sprite-type soda instead, no big deal. Staff came around often to clear plates, so attentiveness was there, but overall the service was fine, not memorable. The food selection had good variety, which was appreciated. Plenty to choose from, making it easy for everyone to find something they liked, and serve themselves, multiple times. Overall, it was a solid buffet experience, nothing out of this world, nothing bad. The holiday pricing, low crowd, and variety made it a decent choice for a casual birthday lunch as requested by the twins.

At the time of this posting, the menu here was very limited with a few Chinese, Thai, and Vietnamese selections including noodle dishes, rice bowls, fried rice, soup, fried appetizers, pupu platter, and cold drinks. The menu plans to be expanded including combination platters. I stopped by The White Lotus very recently for takeout after placing an online order via Clover. My order was ready within 10 minutes. I ordered the Cambodian Beef Lok Lak Rice Bowl ($15.99 plus tax) and a small order of Pork/Shrimp Egg Rolls (4 for $4,99 plus tax). The Cambodian Beef Lok Lak Rice Bowl had tender grilled pieces of marinated beef steak, lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, lime & black pepper sauce over soft white rice. This bowl was a great choice and the beef had nice flavors. The 4 egg rolls were actually like spring rolls, very crispy with shredded cabbage, carrot, ground pork/shrimp, very greasy though. I would return here when the menu is expanded and more combination platters besides appetizer platters are offered.
