My favorites are the Kung Pao Tofu (sweet and spicy sauce with peppers and peanuts), home style tofu (fried tofu with mixed vegetables), and Tofu with mushrooms and snow peas (super healthy with soft egg like tofu). I really like this place! Also, before I forget I want to say that the people that have posted a staple in their food...when I opened my bag from them the staple caught the styrofoam container. Perhaps that could be what happened. Anyhow, I have gone in to pick up food and had it delivered. Both times it was delivered it was early and hot, so that was nice. When I picked it up at the store everyone was friendly and had my food out quickly. I love the home style tofu. The sauce is seasoned perfect and I get it mild to medium spicy. We've ordered takeout from here once before and had a good experience, so we thought we'd try dining in. Located conveniently in the Safeway strip market, the interior is simple and clean. We arrived around 1, were seated immediately and pleased with the lunch menu - lots of options around $8 or $9 that include an egg roll, choice of three different kinds of soup, wonton crisp and rice. I had the Lemon chicken and my husband had the General Tso's, both of which were quite tasty! They have a good assortment of slushy and Boba as well. This is a go to for us as a family, everything is usually very good. The packaging lately has been, Styrofoam to go boxes with plastic over them. Then the food in a bag, I'm sure this may be Covid related as far as the choices of packaging you may have. I also understand that no chef/owner wants to put there food in a box. Ok so this place is wonderful! We chose to dine in and wow what a great choice! The yelp reviews were so mixed recently we had a little reservation but decided to consider ALL reviews. I went with a traditional hot tea and was surprised to have been given a great treat! Authentic tea, not a Lipton bag or a green tea "knock-off" that so many places serve today! The egg drop soup was very good and hit the spot. We had great options to get a nice bang for our buck and went with Chief entrees that came with a nice variety for a great price too! The pu-pu platter was so hearty and everything was cooked so well. Great portions! The entrees were served "home-style" and that was a very nice treat! We will come back and often. You get the Pao Pao platter for an app, choice of soup, and an entree of choice up to $14.55 with a side of rice each. That is a pretty good deal in my opinion. For Chinese food restaurants, this one is clean and the food is presented nicely. The food is tasty. Today I had the sweet and sour chicken. If you get there before 3pm, you can use the lunch menu, makes the food a little less expensive. I will continue going there once in a while. A little pricey if you take the family, but for a date it is reasonable. Oh, and ask for a knife. They serve large chopped veggies and the meat should be chopped in half. Knife! read more

I gave this place 3 stars because of their delivery. I ordered through yelp and was told it would be an hour. At an hour I received a text saying they needed more time and it would be another half hour. No biggie it's Mother's Day right. At two hours and 10 minutes after I ordered, our good finally showed up. We asked for lightly steamed edamame because we know from eating in the actual restaurant that they over steam the edamame and it's mushy. Our edamame came FROZEN! I'm not even kidding. Like ice crystals still on it. The rest of the food was equally as cold. Have you ever tried to eat cold wontons or cold hot and sour soup? It's disgusting. This has been our go-to restaurant for Chinese takeout. Tonight we ordered our food delivered. When we opened out "egg drop soup" it had tons of tofu, carrots celery, peas, etc. It was horrible. I called the restaurant and the lady said that this was their style of egg drop soup and they know it isn't like typical egg drop soup. I asked why they didn't mention this in their menu and she had no explanation. There are enough Chinese restaurants around that I won't have to deal with this again.
